    I checked the log of the api script. The api did not find any numbers for purchase rules. So it did make any purchase or send notification.

    Is there any numbers which are purchased by script but did not get any message/notification ?

    Hello NIshit, thank you for your message, will request site admin regarding purchased numbers that not sent notifications. Just to let you know that you can also check it on Telinta and put your @webmaklay email address in notification filed on Voip. So you will be informed if any auto purchased notifications being sent or failed.

    Would you please aslo updated about #10535 and if there is anything that we can start checking now?

    I already add the My @webmaklay email address to the notification email field.

    I checked the issue for the Great Numbers Inc. And here is what i found.

    Here it displays user numbers direct from Telinta. And in this numbers detail there is a password available. For Great Numbers Inc the API does not provide any password with number details. This pass word is not like user login password.

    Here are some screenshot, It gives you some more idea what I tried to explain.

    a) I checked some link and fix it. Checking for other.
    b) For load Port Out latest data admin have to click on the update button. It will load the latest data of the port out.

    Hello Nishit thank you for your explanation and information.
    It is good that you have added a @webmaklay.com email to your notification check then you will see that there is no auto purchase notification coming trough but if you login to Telinta you will notice that numbers being purchased. So we will need to fix this issue as it is one of important issues that has to be rectified.

    For Great Numbers Inc – this is an account that is not updating call forwarding. There is obviously some problems with the pass that affecting its functionality and if it is the case we will need to fix that problem so the account starts functioning properly including call forwarding updates.

    For some reason Webmaklay has the pass and othre accounts do not – to be honest im even afraid reporting it to the site admin as their reply will be straight forward – the site is broken and has to be investigated and repaired. Customers asking us to see results of work bit not other problem about authorization misconfiguration. :)So please Nishit can you fix it asap and find out why it is going this way as we need clients to be working on Voip.

    As per your Voip Account Numbers – waiting for the answer for this task
    question is : for which user portal is not load all numbers? – have you tried to login from the user portal area and cheeck if the site loads numbers. It seems that we loginging from admin it shows one picture and when customers logining in from their user portal sometime customers see source code (screen shot requested)

    for b) For load Port Out latest data admin have to click on the update button. It will load the latest data of the port out – is it possible to display latest data every time admin visits this page? We just can not understand why admin needs to click update button everytime they visit this page?

    Hello Mark,

    I can fix this. But my concern is this is developed in coding, if script get password into the numbers detail which are received from Api then it will update the numbers details to the API,else it gives the error message “Can’t save. This account has no password.”. It might be for some security or other else.

    To fix it i need to remove some conditional lines from code.

    Hey team, just adding some notes while Mark is away (should be back on later shift),
    for your previous correspondence: – this should be a similar system as on EN project customers have multiple numbers activation processes, call forwarding etc.

    There are two passes on Telinta for an account one is generic and the other one is for services. Service pass always used for activation processes if no service pass provided activation is impossible.

    the account pass which is the number as we can see is not setup for some reason probably there is a synchronization miss and we would need to get it fixed so VP – Telinta data being sync accordingly.

    For #10549 – if this resolves then it is great. If script get password into the number and if it does the work unless all the data keep synchronized so client won’t face any production interruption.

    I believe there is an extra time on these adjustments that are not covered by the task description which will be added to your pending payout.

    I checked all the password(

    ) is already sync and we can login on VOIP with it.
    And i don’t have much idea about the service password (https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/pass.jpg),
    But i want to point you on 3rd password on telinta for the numbers account(https://portal.voip.us/public/image/temp/GNI_Pass.png). As i check this password for webmaklay it is filled with password stars, and i checked it into element screen i found the password in hidden fields as name secretkey (https://portal.voip.us/public/image/temp/W_Pass .png).
    This password field is blank for the GNI and on element screen i can not find the secretkey field.

    Hi Nishit some accounts have been created before voip and some trough voip this is maybe the case.
    any resolution for this so we can get all accounts proper functioning?

    Hello Mark,

    This pass is different from the customer password and this password may be individual for all number. So where do you guys want to put this password change functionality?

    This will be new task for voip.
