    Hello Nishit how is all going there?
    some more questions about your innovation in adding new pass functionality – will your pass development conflict with already existing Voip -Telinta pass systems? It is very same functionalities as EN project has and there is no any issues there with the passwords ppl got they call forwarding done and numbers activated with not much hassle can you please comment on this.

    Is there any thing we can check so far?
    Currently everytime we ask site admin to check they respond with bunch of errors that we have been working for a week now. Please see this error that we have been reporting to you multiple times? #10530, #10531

    We have tried to login for some customers that have multiple numbers and the numbers load still extremely slow as per our system admin report we have got enough machine architecture and resources to process such fetching operations sufficiently but the problem is still exist. As we have advised to your earlier – would you consider making a scrip loading numbers partially so the first 2, 3 pages then the rest pages so customer not waiting for long tiome when all the numbers being loaded. When we open this customer Mikhail Tumasov their numbers not being loaded AT ALL.

    We attempt to process a numbers search from the visitor page https://portal.voip.us/ added to search 6666 (as we know there are about 40numbers available on telecom provider) however page sent us on https://portal.voip.us/homesearch directory and everything went blurry white, there is no loading image indicating any process and nothing has been return. We also tried to search by area codes and last 4 digits , first 3 digits nothing found as well.

    We tried some other time searching for 5555 combination and after sometime waiting we have got respond for 9 numbers available. However search results where unknown under some state field. Could you also check that we could see the ALL the states for all the numbers found.

    It is already Thursday here Nishit and it seems that we getting stuck with all these tasks and those you reporting done are not really functioning unfortunately, In fact we still facing same issues as we experienced before – is it related to PHP upgrade why so many errors occur.

    In the comments above the task mentioned by the site admin we have already done and paid but it is not working as expected could you please fix it asap.

    Overall please let us know what of the task has been done by you and 100% functioning so we can test it and see legit progress of work and expenses that company covers?

    yes as Mark mentioned the EN works comparatively well without any password complications and it seems the same API connectivity that customers can use.

    Please Nishit let us know if you able to resolve all these and complete the rest of this voip job’s tasks?

    For #10565:

    As i already told you that in #10564 & #10558, this password is not a password of customer account. It is a password of the Numbers account on telinta.
    Both are different.

    Customer Self-care password : This password is used for login customer on telinta and Voip both. And this password is synchronized between Voip and Telinta.

    Number account Self-care password : This password is automatically generated. While the admin changes status of ordered number to active form admin side.

    The only one thing i want to clear that both passwords are different from each other.

    Hello Nishit thank you for more details, we can understand your #10570. What we can not understand is what are you going to do now, how you are going to make all account working properly and when. Since we discuss about this all week and there is nothing working so far ;(

    Site admin sending us multiple issues and complains and those we have already done and paid comes not working.
    Please Nishit could you be so kind to keep us updated about what you have done and what we can test and report as finished?

    Just to make it clear we would like that site properly functioning. Probably after PHP upgrade or some other reasons, customers finding multiple areas failed to operate and un reliable.

    Customers should be able to search numbers order them, change call forwarding, login without seeing a source code.
    Numbers should be loading easily. Auto purchase notifications come 100% , links are working, numbers diplay accurately and so on.

    Once it all tuned we can go further with other jobs. At this stage we are stamping on same spot.

    B) For port out Page latest data admin have to click on update button. As its long response time of Api page may take 2Min to load while if i call the api request on loading of page. Is this ok for the site admin?

    For https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Numbers-Display.jpg : As per task description i have to fetch the total count of DID numbers not assigned numbers. And I done as asked me to do into “Numbers Display” task.

    For call forwarding for GREAT NUMBER INC : I made changes and removed some conditional lines from code which are preventing data to save.

    For Numbers Loading issue :
    This loading time is not depends on VOIPs machine architecture and resources to process such fetching operations. This are working fine and performing well. And script is running page wise for selected page means if first page is selected then portal loads data of one page.
    The time taking process is the response from API. This is not in our hand. Our request sent as soon as we request for numbers. and after getting response from API the portal script displays it records asap

    For Mikhail Tumasov numbers load issue: I checked error for this and make changes regarding this.

    I also tried to search the numbers on https://portal.voip.us/homesearch and its looking it is working fine.

    b) Work for load data on loading page instead of click the update button

    Numbers Display :
    Changes has been made to display total DID count as mentioned into task.

    Hello Nishit thank you for your report, it looks promising please let us get on this and check if all works and if any issues found. All from your #10572 is clear and we just need to check it all what have you done.

    for your: I also tried to search the numbers on https://portal.voip.us/homesearch and its looking it is working fine. – have you tried to open in from mobile if loading gif appears, or did you tried to search by area codes or states? Also if you noted from admin comment they say that some numbers found with unknown state recording if you fixed that too?

    I checked the homesearch page on mobile device it seems loading image is hidden because of its static coding for position. I will change that.

    Hello Mark,

    I checked this home search functionality with tried to search with the area codes or states, and it looks working fine.
    And i also made changes for the loading GIF on mobile device, and also for the number with state unknown.

    for Voip Links(b). We can not make the loading port-out data on loading of the page, because of the API’s long response time. It is taking 2minutes to load data from API. Is it OK to Do that changes? or it OK, to load the data on click on update button?

    Also we still receiving one notification but reporting two reports in one we have mentioned about that before:

    For Great Number inc,

    Customer has change their pincode 9006 for this number (608) 688-8888. (about pin code)

    Customer has change their call forwarding 9177755555 for this number (608) 688-8888 . (about call forwarding)
    as far as i remember we decided to do one message saying that changes saved was it?
