Hello,
i think the issue of mail need some server side setting changes. Because i check the code Line by line and get correct header till last function of php-mail.
Issue is mail server is not accepting the HTML code of mail and header of mail.

Hello Nishit thank you for your updates will send your thoughts to our system admin and get back to you with more details, as per now just would like to let you know that the server is the same as we use for EN primary projects so it has got same settings on it.
Please also find some more comments from the site admin below:
1) The numbers still not being activated for the clients who is not in telinta we have addressed this issue multiple imes and it is still not working see screen shot attached https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/IMG-1112c2cb58d842ef67649c0c3f58fbce-V.jpg please fix it

2) The screenshot link is same as the 1st one. Please re-upload it.
1 ) I we have a user Test6 which does not have the customer account on telinta( https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/1.jpeg).
And i choose a number (718) 509-0543 to order( https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/2.jpeg ).
Then i created order for it ( https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/3.jpeg , https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/4.jpeg ).
Then i go to the number activation page and then i tried to activate the number on telinta and it worked(https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/5.jpeg).I also check this on telinta the number is assigned to the EN account (https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/6.jpeg)

for #9524 i have contacted server team here is what they say:
it is highly unlikely that this issue related to the PHP version but rather missing syntax aslo to double check please try changing PHO version back to the previous V to investigate.Cheers

For Mail issue :
I also checked it after changing version 8.0 to 7.3 it is working fine and both headers are same
and using same mail function from same line of code.on 7.3 it is using the mail header which i passed but on 8.0 it is not using it.
