    NOTIFICATION ISSUES
    g) When clients requests a refund the site admin does not receive a notification message to proceed.
    h) same for new user registration there is no any notification comes to the EN site admin when new user register on EN.

    we have been testing some of the areas as you go and i will put some comments below this message as our comments for Vendor Search and other previous works.

    Will check again when you done with finalizing order with charging our customers EN credits.
    Also please note that loading gif presents while customers searching numbers on CLEC inventory. We tried to search some numbers and clicked search – we could not see any activity while the retrieving numbers from the Vendors inventor. We know that it will take some tinme to display but customers do not know so we need to make it very user friendly with loading gif, messages such is “working on your request time outs and et.

    COMMENTS:

    CLEC INVENTORY
    a) on CLEC inventory search please set a default search numbers quantity to 100 numbers.
    b) Please add a select quantity of numbers to be displayed on the page somewhere around search area so customer can tick 200 500 number per search. If more that 100 numbers displayed please make a pagination pages by 50 or 100 per page. Currently when we requested a number the out put was huge and customers have to scroll the page down as amount of numbers is massive and not organized.
    c) Sometime when we search number the popup message comes up saying as ; – ” there is some issue with API …” apparently there will be some interruption with API during connection while developing but the current message does not look nice as clients do not know what is API and so please change this popup error message to: – ” We are experiencing technical issues please try again later” we do not need to customers to see any API and other tech vocab messaging.
    d) We can see you started a CLECL Inventory setting page https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=viewTemplates would you please advice if well be able to use it to restrict Vendors Search / CLEC Inventory usability, add providers, specify searching rules for example clients must pick area code or state. If any of admin parameters not met client seeing a pop up warning / message saying that” You must select area code or state and so on. Would you please clarify here if we will get such settings page functioning for EN site admin?
    e) All buttons should be alive – when some numbers pupped up there is a ADD SELECTED button looking very static no mouse hover effects so it looks like just a picture without any functionality. Please ensure all graphic look professional when customer moves his mouse on the button it has an effect that it is actually a button not just a not functioning image it looks very unprofessional. same for next button and etc.

    LEFT HAND SIDE NEW NUMBERS WIDGET
    c) New numbers widget that you designed looks very nice and client likes it just one more thing some clients can not see the numbers font size on this widget it is hard to make this widget bigger we understand it so can you please increase the font of numbers that are new so customers can see the numbers bigger the rest of the font can be left as it is. So please make the number font size is bigger here.

    NUMBER PROFILE PAGE
    We have cliekd on the number and on its profile page we can see number area code which is all right but we noted a category 367 that we can not understand what it is can you please check it and fix, see screen shot below:

    Hello Nishit #6759 looks good so far if any changes will ask you later.
    for #6761 the answer is “No” but we may use coupon code system used for vendors orders so you can keep it in mind while develooping,

    as for my previous suggestion: –

    we have discussed that it will be good to have a letters before the orders for example:
    B039493 = B – we would know that this order made from banling meaning topup
    IN939404 = inventory number, meaning our EN site inventory
    VN839955 = (Vendor Number) – meaning Vendors Inventory (live )
    PT83244 = Ported in

    in addition all these have their own color coding so we can see them all in a raw and filter them accordingly
    Please see if you can do that will add budget to your completion pay.

    Same for the orders search and filters please think about making a possibility to search /filter such API orders by site default criteria’s.

    Hi Jeff – there is a fixed budget for this task but as job has got some notes:
    “Note: if you have any better scenario, please let us know. This is the best we came up as for now” – we are waiting for this job completion to assess and there is a high possibility to increase this budget depending on Nishit’s actual job outcome additions, ideas (as above) which has been advice , developed and applied fully functioning.

    – Nishit so far we checking https://excellentnumbers.com/pages/CLEC+inventory+search.html by trying to search some numbers and we can only see a pop up saying the following:
    “There Is some issue with Api. Please try again after some time”
    could you please check that.

    OVERALL
    Please Nishit check all functionality performance and user friendly interface so we can test it on both deck top and mobile so it works.

    Once again if you have additional ideas how to make this job looking better and more efficient we are looking at your development and reserved budget is already secured for you, however all your additions and implemented ideas will be also noted and appreciated on the top of your secured budget pending.

    Hello Nishit, thank you for your message, sorry for delay with my reply, for #6741 yes i guess there should be a record about a customer buying a number via API, i guess that it is should be an order of the purchased number using a store credit.

    For #6739 i would suggest that order would be displayed on default orders page, although i think that site admins would like to see such orders with vendors details data so it can be tracked/ filtered easily.

    Hi Nishit in #6736 i meant we do not need any limits requests on EN it is only on Peerless,
    as we noted the Peerless only allow us to retrieve 200 numbers which means (as per task) customers will be able to get these 200 numbers to check if they find any numbers that they need to order and select these numbers out of 200 retrieved from Peerless. Once they picked some numbers they can complete order by using their EN store credit process the payment and complete their order.

    Only customers with store credit would be able to order such numbers from Vendor Search.
    The PerrlEss provide 200 numbers at a time for some time ~ 1 hour so customer can order such numbers.

    Please let me know if it make sence.

    Hi Nishit not sure about what you asking here but i do not think we need same system on EN as long as the users can pick the number what they need and that can order those that they need as you noted in your message!

    Hello Nishit, thank you for your patience i have got a respond regarding Peerless API,

    The Peerless system designed that way when customer requesting a number they only respond 200 numbers at a time and these numbers reserved for limited period of time ~ 1 hour.

    So this is why it is important while working on this task to force reseller to specify their numbers request by state or area code and maximum phone numbers allowed 1000 for Inteligent and 200 for Peerless.

    This is why the budget for this work is very tight as we may set up our search preferences and complete this Vendor Search task which aftre we will test it and apply some other enhancements i new tasks and new budget.

    It will take some time till we clearly understand how this new Vendors Search system will behave and be used by our clients. After some feedbacks from the clients will create new job till we make this functionality feature working perfectly.
