    Hello Nishit thank you for your explanation and information.
    It is good that you have added a @webmaklay.com email to your notification check then you will see that there is no auto purchase notification coming trough but if you login to Telinta you will notice that numbers being purchased. So we will need to fix this issue as it is one of important issues that has to be rectified.

    For Great Numbers Inc – this is an account that is not updating call forwarding. There is obviously some problems with the pass that affecting its functionality and if it is the case we will need to fix that problem so the account starts functioning properly including call forwarding updates.

    For some reason Webmaklay has the pass and othre accounts do not – to be honest im even afraid reporting it to the site admin as their reply will be straight forward – the site is broken and has to be investigated and repaired. Customers asking us to see results of work bit not other problem about authorization misconfiguration. :)So please Nishit can you fix it asap and find out why it is going this way as we need clients to be working on Voip.

    As per your Voip Account Numbers – waiting for the answer for this task
    question is : for which user portal is not load all numbers? – have you tried to login from the user portal area and cheeck if the site loads numbers. It seems that we loginging from admin it shows one picture and when customers logining in from their user portal sometime customers see source code (screen shot requested)

    for b) For load Port Out latest data admin have to click on the update button. It will load the latest data of the port out – is it possible to display latest data every time admin visits this page? We just can not understand why admin needs to click update button everytime they visit this page?

    Hello NIshit, thank you for your message, will request site admin regarding purchased numbers that not sent notifications. Just to let you know that you can also check it on Telinta and put your @webmaklay email address in notification filed on Voip. So you will be informed if any auto purchased notifications being sent or failed.

    Would you please aslo updated about #10535 and if there is anything that we can start checking now?

    Also you can also try to login from othre user but use their password from telinta as it should be sync data.

    Hi Nishit yes we have already requested that from the site admin and send you over once received.
    Meanwhile could you please try to log in from the user portal page feen free to use webmaklay account for that if you can generate the same.

    Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, we can see that numbers being loaded but for some reason numbers load is too long would you please advice what is the issue with long time numbers load for those who has got numbers more than 20.We had a chat with the system admin and he said that the server capacity is enough to operate with such ammount of data – any ideas?

    Multiple comments come regarding clients login area https://portal.voip.us/login – when customers login using their pass the next page show source code and when clients click go back on the browser then they can see user portal page and in some cases it does not work. Could you please check?

    Also we have got an other report – site admin logged as an other user to help him to setup call forwarding and when call forwarding number changed and clicked save we could see a error saying: – “Cant save the account has no password” Could you please fix it?

    Hello Nishit for #10525 your idea is good but i have requested site admins option and get back to you later on, same for loading numbers i have asked them to check which client have got similar issues to report back to you.
    There are some clients who have got plenty numbers and thats where was the issues from.

    Will check all clients and get back to you on that.

    for #10513 we can successfully login to current adminwebmaklay account using the pass which is indicated on your page.
    Please advice if you facing any issues with logging in?

    for #10512 thank you for all the fixes and we will contact Voip admin regarding credit card savings area and get back to you.

    As per #10511 :

    1) The buttons for save/cancel has been re-place – this one works good thank you for that but would you please make the confirmation message come up when call forwarding saved. Message says “your call forwarding has been successfully saved” and green tick icon shows verifying that call forwarding change went successful.
    Also when number saved can we please have this number changed in the number status bar without reloading the page.

    on the same topic.
    When customers change their call forwarding they receive notifications about call forwarding change AND pincode change BUT we did not change any pincodes for the number so pincode notifications should not be coming to the clients email.

    It looks that two notifications coming for one call forwarding so can you please separate these notifications so only call forwarding change notification come for call forwarding activity and if we change pincode there is an other notification come for pincode change if any.

    there is an other comment come but as we can see we have lready listed a task for such comment “Numbers Display” so when you done this task the issue will be rectified.
