Hello team Happy New 2024 year,
best wishes in this new year to all the team members.Just a quick note that Mark is not available today, to those who’s been working on Webmaklay portal please be aware that we are going maintenance downtime for about 15 minutes so please do not be worry if the site gone unavailable for sometime please check back later we will be as fast as possible to complete all works on the machine.

in reply to: Custom Features #11484Hey Nishit how is all going, Mark is not in today and will be back to tomorrow, im just reading some of your correspondence about the project processes and we have heard some from Mark too.
When you say #11477 2) We can not combine active numbers and inventory numbers into one tab because the response from API is different.
– would you please advice what do you mean here, is that something you can not do or is there anything we could not understand. We’ve got some developers work on some project where ppl intergrade 4-6 deferent APIs and that was not any issues. On All numbers we just need some API data taken from Telinta’s inventory numbers and accounts (DIDs) all other tabs already taking data from required fields. So why our system can not obtain such parameter’s from Telinta could you please advice?I also can see Mark already mentioned some other comments and guidelines. Could you please let us know if we can finish this work by the end of this week so we can do some other work before end of this year?

based on your conversations and arguments we have received a confirmation to increase this job budget from the following sources.a) Telinta developer support fees have been reduced so it will be still an opportunity to address your query to the Telinta developer upon API Updates / Numbers Activation development which is prioritized task in this phase. If required please carefully prepare for your questions that is going to be addressed to the Telinta developer as such assistance will be limited.
b) Project support assistance labor hours have been reduced. Mark we have to cut down some of your overtime hours for the period of this job development (10 working days as per Nishit EST in #10639). Nishit please be aware that we can only be able to assist you during our Pacific Time working hours NZ&AU time. So please be very certain in your support discussions so we wont loose our time during this job development (10 working days as per Nishit EST in #10639)
Please note however we wont put any timeframe limitations to this job development and not linking it to the updated budget indicated on both project page and allocated developer office page, so kindly implement sonnets resolution perspectives on API Updates / Numbers Activation task which is prioritized task in this job.

thank you Nishit, Mark just if i can add to #10635 & #10636,I think we need to create a topic of how we actually create a budget on each tasks when we sit down with developers and analyze each task how it can be done and how much time spent on this and etc. Each developer comes up with various developing resolutions and ideas and this is how the task evaluation comes down on the paper.
Having said that my question is to you Nishit what is your opinion which task is difficult for you so you think that we underestimated it would be very interesting to hear and compare with other developers?
and yeas hoping it is not become a long discussion on this as Mark mentioned and we everyday expecting some progress to the work done.

for your previous correspondence: – this should be a similar system as on EN project customers have multiple numbers activation processes, call forwarding etc.There are two passes on Telinta for an account one is generic and the other one is for services. Service pass always used for activation processes if no service pass provided activation is impossible.

the account pass which is the number as we can see is not setup for some reason probably there is a synchronization miss and we would need to get it fixed so VP – Telinta data being sync accordingly.
For #10549 – if this resolves then it is great. If script get password into the number and if it does the work unless all the data keep synchronized so client won’t face any production interruption.
I believe there is an extra time on these adjustments that are not covered by the task description which will be added to your pending payout.

Hi Nishit we have checked around on various browsers and devices and found the folowing:
some of the previously made/paid functionalities not working properly. When EN site customers click some buttons on (Top Up page and Return Process) not responding or responding with delays as well as loading gif that suppose to indicate processing request started straight after bottom clicked.
As a result: we have added a task to to this job https://webmaklay.com/en-repairs-22/
It looks that customers clicking twice on the same buttons as they can not see buttons clickable or can not see any confirming messages such as “Please wait your request is being processed” or loading gif that process has already been started.
In most cases loading gif appears in delay when customers already clicked once or twice on the same button or procedure.
