Hello Mark,
Below is url for API documentation.Please check the design of the document and also you can ask admin to test the API. May be somehow i am missing something or giving something extra to the user you can ask me to change or update.

Hello Nishit thank you for your message and document link, the document looks good to me i like it but i have forwarded it to the site admins to get more feedback from them. Unfortunately i still got no numbers for you today but we wait when it is got approved by the Voip managers and reply back to you as soon as we got more information from them.
I believe you still got enough work to do while we waiting for numbers otherwise please let me know we are here for about an hour or so.

Hello NIshit just a quick update that your numbers are on the way, team selecting some for your tests so you can also try port out tests.
For your document #11915 feed back – the Voip site admins also like your document just please check some spellings, for number it should be plural numbers as there are more than one:)

I am working on download numbers API .
I have fixed some spelling mistake as per my understanding. You, please ask the admin to test the customer API functionality and give his feedback. If there is anything i made mistake or need some changes . I am ok to make them change.Hello Nishit thank you for your updates in #11922, before sending this task testing to the site admin i had a quick check on your API report and find that user selection box has got some records that is not looking as a users ID please see screen shot attached below:

same when we clicked on get all active numbersAlso i can not find where customer can download API library from that they supposed to load on their own resources. Could you please advice if we should test all the API tasks or just link and site admin user selection part?
For testing numbers we have finally got a reply from the site admins and here is what they suggest:
===================Message from the voip site admin starts======================
If your want to test numbers that should be showing in Pending Port Out then the best option to test that is not submit a PORTOUT requests but your can check it from the Voip user Great Number Inc who ports out their numbers EVERY DAY. So you can login as Great Number Inc user and see the portout numbers on Great Number Inc portout table.If you want to test Reject and Apporove functionality you can test those numbers that are available on Webmaklay account. If you login as Webmaklay you can find numbers that are already assigned for Webmaklay account.
If you want to portout Webmaklay numbers then you need to make a port from Inteliquent in this case in your Webmaklay account you would see this number PortIn and Portout for the same number because you changing providers but on the same Voip account.
We have checked Webmaklay account and found your have got a number 332222227 and this is Inteliquent but you can not port this number from Inteliquent to Intelquent. Currently we do not do any ports to PeerLess we do however PortOut from Peerless but not doing Port Ins.
When you want to test PortIn and Port out then test Apporve and Reject orders functionality then we will create a number and test it from our end but please clarify when you want us to test it and where.
Aslo please let us know if number is not created but just sitting in Inventory then you can assign any number from Telinta and find any number that has not repeating numbers 4444 or 22222 but find simple number like 3627495 and assign it and process your testing.
We already noted one test today with number 201 if you testing it thats fine.

The Customer list i am getting from the telinta (means all user i am getting in selection box is registered in telinta.
For the question from you about the error in API testing :
Mark you are doing wrong. The url i have provided to you is not a web url. It is an API url. So need to provide required field in url to get the result.Below is an example url for you to test.
https://portal.voip.us/api/get-all-number?name=WebmaklayNOTE: Remember the name of the user is always mandatory, without user name i can not find the specific user data.

Meanwhile we have been receiving some complains that some other Telinta CLEC Page API Error API reporting access errors i hope it is not conflicting with your codding’s.

We do not have any CLEC page on Voip portal. So, this issue is not generated/conflicting by my code.

Hello Nishi we have got some feed back about your API works and as we have reported to you before in #11925 it does not work.
Regarding selection box https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/User.jpg site admins say it is confusing there are two buttons there and also hard to search customers from the list if you please can improve that.
For documentation page as reported before the same issue https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/Api-Doc-Links.jpg as we reported to you earlier.
Nishit could you please check when everything working before reporting to test as site admin was very disappointed seeing it all not working as they sometime hire a tester and pay for session.
Please let us know when you fix it so we will test again
Also please let us know if we can create a mirrow on the other page to see what customers can see when they add their API on they page.
