Hello Nishit thank you for your updates we have checked Inventory numbers it is loading but found following issues:
1) when we input pin number the pin not being recorded at the vendor’s side (inventory Numbers).
2) Also when we open from the mobile view the fields are not aligned properly and looking unprofessional. See screen shot here: https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/NOPIN.jpg
3) By default please let it be first phone number, then Status and PIN code

For your #11438 please check Vendors API documentations and API guides , we can ask their support if there will be an issue for example it is in API guide but it does not work then we can request support ticket from them.

We have almost completed the task with Inteliquent in inventory numbers.But we can not find method in peerlessnetwork which we can use to find the required number’s detail.
Which method will be used to change status , Currently we are not able find any method to update the status in Inteliquent and where the changes will be done (Inteliquent or telinta).

for your #11438 and #11443 please use parameters from Telinta:
Rate Centre – please let us know if you find it and if not will contact site admins for more details.
Status Filed Can be: – (In service, Inventory Numbers, Active Numbers, Pending Port Out, Ported Out) and this filed can not be edited by the customer as it just display customer number status.
Note; Also Can not be edited by the customer this info also comes from the the Telinta customer note.
Pin Number field can be changed by the customer as and the pin method changed explained in the task description. I think you were already tested this option but plese let us know if you still not sure about this.

Hello Nishit for #11450 we received a complain with a short video footage we can not see the user on the video but we can see some numbers (332) 222-2224 and (332)222-2221 showing incorrect and currently you are using filed does not work.

My comment : Please make this above point bit more clear to understand me.
Btw, What we understand is the current screen B which is being displayed should only when customer have selected ‘follow me’ in drop down.

thank you for your message for your #11452 it is actually very easy and sorry if we made it complicated for you to grasp.
To make it easy to understand just please make sure that what ever you can see on screen shot B it can only be seen if customer selected an appropriate option from “Currently you are using” drop down filed. On some numbers as mentioned erlier (332) 222-2224 and (332)222-2221 it does not work.
We believe there are more numbers with same issue so if you could please fix it 😉
