    Hello Nishit for API Updates / Numbers Activation what you need to do is to provide us a error message that you receive from updated Telinta API and Telinta developer will help you how to resolve the issue, no need to debug all the codes as the error related ONLY to numbers activation process.

    As per Drag & Drop will send request to finance to review your arguments to possibly increase its task’s budget.

    Although as you know finance always adds some funds if you work on any extra tasks and i would recommend you to start at least API Updates / Numbers Activation task as it is urgent and by holding this urgent task because you want to negotiate about the budget just bringing more delays with this work and as a results company extra expenses which is not good time while requesting budget increase.

    Hello Nishit thank you for your message, it seems that you not responding to our #10637 and we strongly believe that the job mentioned in this job does not require 10 days 40 hours development process.

    In fact as we mentioned to you earlier we not seeing any of your arguments which task in this job do you think is underestimated . First task basicity requires you to reply what errors you see while sending API request and our Telinta developer will give you a hint how to resolve this issue which is couple of hours work.

    Drag and Drop task will take some time of yours and and we can discuss with finance to add some more funds to this task. Overall we can not find any of arguments working on this job for 10 working days unless you work on some other parallel projects.

    Please let us know if you think our developers missing anything here and advice if you keen to proceed with this job.

    By the way Nishit – as Jeff mentioned we are in touch with multiple developers and to help you with this API Updates / Numbers Activation task we can see your testing on activations and that’s probably you experiencing difficulties on – please kindly send us your API calls and responds issues samples so we can present it to our Telinta developers and they will coordinate you with this and find what’s wrong on this to help you out to accomplish this task.

    For example: it has been a day passed since you started this job and we can not see any progressing report from you. This questions being answered from our accounting DPT we can not ask more money when we losing time this is one point and secondly as you already aware there are multiple tasks that we have already paid money for they not working or for some reason we need to work on them again and this double ups company expenses.

    My suggestion would be as below:
    1) Please present daily progress on tasks.
    2) Please do not be shy to deliver your work even better that requested (feel free to to focus on WOW factor)
    3) Keep an eye on quality, please see if your out come look impressive and 100% reliable with no fault) this will help us saving money on testers and this money will come to yourself.

    When site admins / client asks to build a tab for example make this tab even better looking than customer expects it has nice contemporary look, modern design, graphics and other fancy features = WOW factor.

    These above will definitely lead us to more tasks and better budget.

    Hello Nishit thank you for your message, we have updated your EN credentials on your office page did you try them? We tested it was working from our end. Please advice which what type of difficulties you have got? Are you able to login to EN admin side?

    for your query: – the Telinta updated their OS and now EN customers unable to activate their phone numbers from EN via API. AS per task description please find updated Telinta API documentations and logs and find what changes needs to be made to fix this issue. Same for other functionalities. At this stage we only got a report about numbers activation failure and all other areas seems to be working.

    Activation Sync: you can do this task after API Updates / Numbers Activation – here we simply want you to make the customers page with numbers activation display activation success without reloading the page so once activation done it shows straight away -successful so customers not get confused by leaving the page and reporting to the site admin that activation not successful. All websites already work this way and page reloading is a past times and we want to get rid of this from all processes across EN project.

    Product Page Search – here is an admin product page, we have got multiple complains from the site admins so when they search client, number, order and etc. it requires full data entry to find the information but it is not always possible. Please make the search on that page working very sensitive if site admin input any characters Webm… so the search already suggest and brings up all the matching results to the site admin attention Webmaklay, @webmaklay and etc. Same for orders, numbers and all other parameters so the search response very fast and suggests all found characters no meter how they input. An other example if customer inputs “223” or “-223” the search should immediately sort and bring all the matching combinations available.

    Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, yes we can see some AutoPurchase notifications, you can now remove your autopurchase rule from the notification settings page we do not want our Voip customers to pay for trail numbers.

    Hello Nishit for #10605 sorry for incontinence i guess they will respond on tomorrow as im here late shift for you. I have also checked firewall and tried to add your record to allowlist it should be now working well.

    For #10606 not quite understood that it responds you with error but notification is for auto purchase is working now?
    It will be greatif it is which means i could send this job to finance.

    Are you going to test more autopurchase notifications if it is 100% working before we report it fixed?
