Hello Mark, This is some time happens because of server overload , Browser problem or firewall blocks. But here we can not say it is Browser problem , because if it is browser problem then not everyone should get this error. I see thanks for that Hello Jeff could you please check this issue?  before start Nishit can you please check and remove all unwanted files from home/voip directory and if any other unwated files of portal.voip.us and public_htmlJf Check now and please remove as advised in #12121
