Hello,

Can you please tell me on which browser the client is testing the order, because as i test here it supposes to show the Process Globe and it disabled the confirm order for clicks so user can not click this button multiple time to prevent the multiple order for same product. And for time there is no changes or any suspicious code which take time to load data. This issue may be because of server’s slow response time.

And i also made change regarding the activation information, it displays the data of Activation information part(https://i.postimg.cc/mDj7f17V/image.png).

Hello,

For Return Process / Top Up :

A) I checked the the refund process. And i made some changes into it. I checked the return process like displayed in to the video (https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/return%20process%20check.mp4).

If i missing something to check here then please point that.

B) For account top-up request there is no return request functionality for it as it does not charge any directly from customer’s account so admin can cancel it.

and for the changes on it i added the globe image while the user click on button and process will start. And I also disabled the check out button on click to prevent to make request multipal times.

The issue was not with its design or any HTML template the issue was with its back-end code. So if you make changes only in html files then there will be no issue regarding the format of mail template.

For 10388 :

This issue is generated because it can not set the proper mail type into mail header while it set the message for mail and “quoted_printable_encode() while message is set into variable”.

And we are currently using the default mail body which provided into mail module.

For #10380 : This mails are after the changes in old Contact us module Today.

For #10377 :
The mail is from new contact us module. Can i make changes in new module’s files or you want to discus with FE developer?

For Load more link for area code:
The issue is with the select2 plugin’s functionality. When user click on load more link it refreshes the drop-down and close it. The functionality adds area code into drop-down but its closes drop-down every time when user click on load more .
