2) could you please make the form itself a bit wider so if client has got an address field long it fits in the form.
3) i see looks like customers input incorrect ZIP then.Keep checking, so far no complains received.

1) Please make the find size a bit bigger
2) I think the dropdown forms should be bigger as some clients with large addresses field information town name, and street etc. can not fit in the row.
3) Where pin code it suppose to be zip code (which is post code)
4) We will need pin code too but currently the information isn’t correct.
5) Account number – when notification message goes to any client it has an account number this same information should be displayed here. Please note that account number is the same phone number but with “1” in the front. Also please do not forget that if the number is vanity xxx-HOME in account numbers should not be letters but only numbers.Please check where account number data being taken from while sending to the all clients in notification email this data should be in account number.
6) number status also taken from the site: Active, Pending Activation or other.Cheers

the site gets working better just a few errors found reported today,d) When site admin activates a number purchased by reseller the notification message comes which is good but this notification missing pin code see

Could you please check why it happens is it because the number has got letters or because of API. Please Nishit let us know if you coming across any new tasks that was not codded before so we can report to finance.

For some reason we fixing some issues and some are still reporting back as broken:b) Customer who is not in telinta still unable to activate their numbers, please see screen shot attached any idea why it does not work and when you test it it works? Cheersin reply to: Accounts Management #9604Hi Nishit for PHP V UP Repairs, please find some more issues come today these functionalities below reported as broken or working incorrectly, can you please check and fix it if necessary:
1) EN Back End Orders status – in orders area – if admin untick box next to the envelope icon, then what ever operations made by site admin (status cahnge, pin etc) there should not be ANY notifications sent to clients BUT ONLY ADMIN MUST RECEIVE notifications. IF admin wants to notify clients about updates then admin tick the mail box and then notification goes to the client including site admin!

3) EN Back End – Returns https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=viewReturns – when admin processing returns or (putting notes, updates etc.) then saves updates there is a failure message coming up ” Unable successfully update returns” could you please fix it.

in reply to: Accounts Management #9601Hello Nishit thank you for your message, if the page does not take PHP code that’s all fine please focus on the task and then see what areas can be customizable by admin. It is however keep codding that way so we can make this page editable by doing this way you will be prepared if any similar tasks arise in the future.
FOR YOUR Query : Do you want to display all Numbers or the Number selector drop-down like display in task screen shot(https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Table.jpg)? – it is a customer information page and only customers phone numbers should be there. For multiple numbers display i would rather stick to the screen from site admins.
