Hello Nishit thanks for being here,
we have been trying to upload new files of contact us module, we are in touch with FE developer he can look at this issue next week i guess as it is weekend here.

For your For #10380 yes we can see you made some changes on this form module but still it looks very poor qualify im not even reporting it to site admin as they already told us that they want their contact us form notifications changed and looking better so unfortunately it is still looking very bad.

For #10377 : yes if you can see i have disabled latest Contact Form Body with (B) on the file manager and we uploaded new files with Contact Form Body and we are going to investigate it later on and we stuck we will ask your assiatnce.

For Load more link for area code: we would love you to rather get that working to not waste your time on contact us form yet as we have contacted FE developer for advice.

Please if you could make the Load More link working properly that would be great,
Please let us know if we can do somthing from our end to make Load More link task done.

Also please advice if you will do For #10351 : so i can prepare funds request for finince?

Hello Nishit thank you for your replies and updates, For #10351 : i guess the answer is yes as we need to create this section for the mobile site and we will put this onto finance to pay for this extra task.

for b)c)d) thank you will report site admins to check and let us know if any issues.
Would you please advice if there is any progress with mobile “load More” task. Your said that you have had some issues before with this, were you able to resolve it by now?

As per email confirmation we have found some unformatted code source and here is the screen shot from there.

For #10367 How you say that i did not tried to install… I hope you are not angry with me and i did not tried to be rude with you and if you think i was please accept my apologies for that.

The EN project is very busy and we’ve been receiving multiple support tickets from them and some of them related to the EN development. You are only the developer who works on this project. To release you from extra works we hired an external FE developer to refresh the contact form for the EN project and once that done uploaded it to you for installation. If you find some issues that help to adopt this form and make it running we are rely on your skills and professionalism. We know that one day you was off work and we hoped that you can fix it on next day.

We have got a lot of comments sent to you apart from broken contact us form and we hoped that you can fix them all when you come. After so many time passed we could only receive a message from you about the error that you reported and no other repairs come trough.

It juts puts us under an other day of pressure dealing with the same complains from the site admins and clients which is can not be acceptable.

I hope you could understand me here.

for #10372 – yes Nishit you the only one who can adopt it on the site as we can not allow othre developer on the site, so please go ahead with it.

We may need to check how it works and looks and contact FE developer to apply some changes and send you updated files.
So it would be great if we could know how to work with this module juts in case of further updates.

Hello Nishit thank your for your clarification,
for the contact us form please advice if you able to create a contact form or as you say we should ask the front end developer have a look at this? Yes we found the files on the server but for some reason it is not working we have tested it on the developer local machine and it works well.

As per protocol we can not allow access any other developers as all the permissions secured to Silicon Vallley so we rely on your support as well as adaptation support. Could you please clarify if you can adopt the form module or we send the contact form module back to front end developer please advice.

Im here staying back please Nishit be aware that we are working on the server side there maybe a server reboot for 5-10 mins.

Please let us know if you require any help on anything.

Please check that code referring to the right docs sources path so it has no gaps in the path Contact Form and its php file. Feel free to change to CotactForm so it has no gaps as we checked on front end developer PC and teh form works well.

Please update with the #10351, as we did not get anything form you about all the #10351 for more that 24 hours now. Ppl working and they keep reporting us same issues and even more. Hello Nishit we have been investigating your #10352 message and can not find that you actually downloaded https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Contact.zip the pack and read the installation instructions from the front end developer.

In fact you did not even tried installing the form package from the zip with its original coddings and installation instructions but reporting our old code that hasnt got any files on the server https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Investigation.jpg.

Also we can not see any repairs for our yesterday messages and comments.
Would you please clarify and advice more on above stated.

Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, for #10352 it looks that we would need to build a contact form without a module since the project access restricted for only one developer. Would you please remove all old forms files and add new contact form please feel free to use our site contact templates for notifications. We spending too much time on this.

Also to safe time on development and secure budget allocated for this task we have been sending you all the issues and errors so you could resolve them but after whole day spent (time difference) we only received #10352 message from you.

Could you please advice if #10351 has been resolved?

How is your Improvements(C) progress going?

SOME COMMENTS ABOUT THIS JOB.

a) When customers visit mobile site version they can not find some numbers that are available on desktop. For example on Deck top customers can see last 10 new numbers (excellent numbers) these are can not be find on mobile version of EN. Also Featured numbers are not available on mobile site could you please check.

b) When customer buying number from mobile site the purchase confirmation page displayed in old style looking ugly and no frames. Please fix it https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/old-notes.jpg

c) When customer pays for their number by 2Checkout or PayPal (without site credit), then site admin cahnge order status to completed the error still appears and showing “Something went wrong” but then site admin re loads the page it looks ok. Could you please fix it.
