We creating test purchases and some areas of the site a still delay with the loading gif and some not even updating customer’s details as you can find it on the video sent to us.

for A and B have sent these reports to both site admins and finance.While we checking up would you please go trough all the task and check if we wont forget anything and all of them are done (excluding CEO) task and if something needs to be finished please finished it before we locked this site up and move to voip.
By the way please check if you got all VOip accesses needed and if anything not working please kindly let us know so we can re generate new corridors for our next https://webmaklay.com/voip-upgrades-23/ job.

Nishit just some notes to help you out – when you will be chekcing return process please note some messages that come up while processing returns they look very ugly like : Return Item(s) from Order #….and then other message confirming
Please make them looking nice and attractive EN theme and style , frames icons etc

A – could you please thoroughly check entire return process there is something going wrong with this site admins keep reporting us with multiple return issues and sending us complains that it still does not work. Also as we have heard and seen there is a return process flow is working very poor and when we logged in from a customer to process return and found that:Some buttons not even clickable which may cause customers clicking it multiple times.
No loading globe indicating that the process is going, confirmation messages that look very old and outdated (not the EN theme, frames design ect) and other bunch of issues. Still return records are missing at the EN admin order sides.We have already requested finance to add some funds to do this job fixing and upgrading.
B- Here is an other important complain come this morning, customers top up their account twice see screen shot below:

So the FE developer provides us entire email module archive and we upload it on the public html area. The archive incudes all the files including HTML prebuild templates. So will all these HTML templates be working now?

Sure will check the contact form soon but question is -if the site admin requests some changes on the contact form or change its HTML notifications will the HTML notifications work on EN site or we need to customize the form everytime we upload updates so it sends properly formatted HTML messages?Cheers
in reply to: EN Repairs 22 #10400Hello Nishit sorry missed you #10397, we uploaded a new form as notified earlier but we can not make its notification HTML emails working properly, if you could fix it that would be great.
On this #10398 screen shot we can see new contact us module on testing page. When you saying Got the issue for mail html format, is that mean that you fixed the HTML notifications from the email contact us form?
SOME COMMENTS STARTED COMING FOR THIS JOB.
In EN admin we stopped receiving (Return Requests). We used to see a number Return Request when client created it from their client interface and we used to see such numbers return requests down in the EN Admin orders (same number) but now when customer creates his number return requests and we open that number order we no longer can see the Return Requests can you please fix it?

thank you for your updates For #10391 yes that would be good,
and i have sent request to the site admins to test “Load More” feature.For #10351 : a) our finance approved that work but they shifted it to the other job https://webmaklay.com/en-upgrades-23/. We just wait when we finish this task and we may go to Voip for some works and then back to EN Upgrades but still not sure will get you updated.
Meanwhile we test around this job while you working on email template and publish comments to here if any reported.

How is “Load More” work going on Nishit any progress around that.
I have sent all your fixed reports to the site admin hoping to hear from them next week.
These issues above stopping is from going forward hoping you can find the ways around this.

Is it related to PHP version upgrade or anything else?
