When client submiting portin request puting numbers in the list the request does not go and does not work:
Numbers in the list sample belowxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxx
ect.So the input cshould be from a file, with comma separated xxxxxxxxx,xxxxxxxxxx,xxxxxxxxxx, ect and as a list above.
Could you please check?Aslo we have got a question for you, Niishit would you please advice if you prefer work on both tasks at the same time (Advanced Search and PortIn) if so we will then cobine budget and both jobs Custom Features and Voip Repairs 23?

IF you find problems fitting so many fileds in very compact space you can make two or three tabs where you can make one tab for user name and account and second tab for address and numbers selection

in reply to: Voip Repairs 23 #11117Hi Nishit the user input form pop up not quite correct as it neeeds to be set into the mid column, also the fields that reqired mentioned in the video i can not see any reason for us to contact site admin to check it as they all showerd to Andrey which fields they want and which not. In you draft it looks copy from inteligent i do not think it is a good idea to show site admin this druft as this is not what they expect for sure.
The fields must be in side of the mid column and should be very compact and modern,

* If number is not portable there should not be select tick box, and continiew.
* If number is not portable there should be a reason displaid under Not Portable Reason column.

We have got first commet come for your porting developing window, site admins ask why in your windwow customers shoudl click on the search icon and open numbers input filed?

So if you plan to use one window for both portin requests and advanced search then i would suggest you to make the following:
when customer clicks on submit request button the numbers submit input field opens right away but still leave search icon on the wiindow if customer decide to go to advances search option from there.And when customers clickeed on any of the phone numbers menu located at the top left hand side of the page (see advanced search task) https://webmaklay.com/custom-features/ then search window opens right away and then create portin icon that can be also used on the same window.
Unless you wanna create two diffrent windows for both portin and advanced search please share your plans with us.
Would you also update us if you fixed TN settings page?
Cheersin reply to: Voip Repairs 23 #11103Hello Nishit as per video customers upload bunch of numbers for portin request. If you can see on the video those numbers that can be port in apear in the list and those can be sent for protin request.
To do so customers can fillout all the fields that are shown on the video and sent request.
Once request send the ordershould be generated on voip and it can be seen on portin table (same or simmilar table that we already have and you made it).So once portin order confrimed the porting complete.
It is actually not a complex process as i thought before but after this video is more clear and just need to add all this fields and processes in the pop up window and done.Once you go ahread and buuild all the fields and porting request process will be guiding you if any quesions.
Also you can login to inteliquent and visit same pages as on the video to help you to understand more.
Hoping to see more updtaes from you.
Cheersin reply to: Voip Repairs 23 #11101Hello NIshit thank you for your updates, well done with progress, yes we can see and tried to test it it checks portin availability for the number which belong to a voip customer. Looking forward for the rest of functionality.
Just to remind Nishit please do not forget to add notifications for the site admin and clients when they add number to check annd clicked check availability the notification message should be apropriate.
for example we tried this (786)786-0100 number and cicked Check… and nothing happened
then we tried 78678-60100 checked = nothing
then we add 7867860100 and could see respond from the server “NO” number is not available for porting.So if customer input is incorrect then please add a notification somthing like ” Make check number contain digets only without gaps” otherwise ppl think that nothing works đ
and if numbers input is correct and then click check = “Processing” and so on.
Please keep all the actions with notifications so it looks profectional and user friendly.Please let us know if you had a chance to fix TN settings page?
Cheersin reply to: Voip Repairs 23 #11099Hello Nishit, i hope you have had a great weekend, thank you for your updates, yes we monitor the progress and saw the popup window you made while clicking on Submi Port in, it is looking good so far we are glad you got the point so now we wait for the next stage when you input some more content on that window fileds and numbers input, also how the functionality works and ect. Thank you for that Nishit it is all good so far but we need to make it functioning as soon as possible.
There are plenty tasks to do and we can not release them all as this Port in holds all the further plans.
Just a tip Nishit – when customer clicks on port in and goes to a porting window slide/popup please do not forget to add an escape buttom if customer change their mind and want to go back to the numbers view page. On Advance Search task you can see our idea was to creaet a slide down window when customer can go to the search area (in your case portin widow) but there is a wrap up icon too so customers can return back to the numbers only view. In your design it is still ok if your window opens diffrently but please keep in mind the escape/ exit button for the customers flexability.For setting page it is looking better now, thank you for that. Please also check some comments regarding TN settings page too as site admins wating for it to be fixed as well.
Please keep us updated we are trying to start late and staying back for support if you have any question or suggestions.

in reply to: Voip Repairs 23 #11095Hello Nishit how are you, we are closing as usual today, so just adding some more messages for you for today’s work,
in addtion to your #11085:– Is the customer can add any number in port-in request or it it only can add from his/her ordered numbers ?
= Port in – means bring any eligible number to our system. So if the number is already in our system it wonât be eligible to port in since it is already there.
The reason why we add this option is only to let potential customers to use their numbers which they have with different carriers in our system. Thatâs why they will be able to bring their numbers to us.!âMy numbersâ – in our portal means that these numbers are already in our system and they cannot be ported in ofcouse.
Aslo just reminding you those commenst about settings page, TN settings and othre issues please let us know if you have fixed them.
Just to let you know since we PortIn job partialy combined with the next job Custom Features (we adding a sliding on click window in the middle column of members home page) we had a meeting with finince and as instructed we have incread this task budget and updated your page. Just one suggestion if you could please make this window looking nicely.
Will check your updates later next day.
