Hello Nishit, thank you for your message and video, it is a good news to know that we are comming close to this job completion.

b.so by looking at your video i can not find that butifull page that you created before and which looked so nice and macthing to nanotelecom.com styles and desigh. On your video i could see old voip with no style changes that matching nanotelecom.com project:(

c. portal.nanotelecom.pro page looks nanotel.com style matching and i thing it will work that way, however i still can see some user logining issue which i experienced too. When i tried to login and failes there is no any message of what is wrong, is it a password error or capcha isse no indication on whats going on and why it is not logining in. Just looking ahead i 100% sure this issue will be brought in by nanotelecom team.

d. When you logged it to user portal – same issue as in clause b. no nanotelecom.com styles.design macthing, old voip and even logo from voip so here is an other red flag that customer may say why we should paid so much money if nothing changed…

e.from your video I can see page builder starts and it seems working on changes but again we can not see that beatifull page that you showed to us and now everthing old again and same gif image that you asked us to resize and we agreed to remove and change all styles matched to nanotelecom.com project so can not see it anymore.

At this stage we can not present this work to nanotel customer as im sure they wont be happy with it taking in account of time they wait and budget they approved.

Could you please improve these above so we can have a look at that again and if all changed and enhanced we will check inside functionality how it all works and functioning before we report as completed to nanotel team.

An other importnat message Nishit,
EN team contacted us today and they said that CLEC invenotry orders comming trough but customers complaning that finincial part for all the orders are incorrect and they are very angree with EN admins.

1. CLEC Inventory payments work incorrectly as it still showing coupon codes but we asked you to disable them for CLEC inventory as its numbers activation cost very low just 10$ but system applies coupon codes and which is worse even adds shipping to it and all the order accountings looks very messy – please see they screen shot here: https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/CLEC-ERROR-PURCHASE.jpg

2. Aslo even when customers paid for CLEC order numbers EN admin can not activate it from the Numbers Activation page this makes them very frustrated and they say we did not do our work well again ;(((. 3. Contact us page image looks VERY ugly it has been sqewed and squzed which makes that page looking embarasing please check it your self https://excellentnumbers.com/pages/Contact+Us.html it is very sad that EN team can not edit this page themselves as they would fix it without asking us all the time and then wait when we fix it. This also reminds us that they request was after moving to responsive theme so they can edit their pages themselves but now they can not and we also not chhanging it as they want. So could you please fix it all above.

I think somthing happeneds when members sned mulitple audio messages or video files, when user uplaods / recieves multiple audio/video files more than 7 the app crushes please check this scenario too.

One favoutr could you please not send any messages to live users you can use my login, Jully and Friend for your investigation.

Hello Dave thanks for your reply, the user send multiple audio messages we can not open as the app keeps crushing, i do not know users’s password but when i try to open his chat the app keeps crushing we can not even test your latest app.But when i text this user trough the web messaneger it works well no issues, somthing wrong with the app that keeps crushing;(

Hello Nishit, i do not think we can install any superviser on linux as the budget we assigned for this job is already very high and imvolving our system team to additional tracking tool installation is not budgeted:( We never used that before are you in doubt on your Laravel queues?

I undersood that you have tested all functionality and it works well,i asume all functionalities includes this job tasks that you have complete and now working well, please confrim if i missed anything here.

For site speed, i agree to perform old data flush once project optimisation has complete and 100% functioning.
As per supervicor instalation im a little a bit confused here what supervisor are you texting about? – Is that multiple emails that our customer complained about? If so please confirm.

Hello Nishit, i hope you did not miss us, we have had a majour breackdown on fibre conection which had been damaged by the trafic subcontractor. I hope it has been resloved now, our appologies again which was not actualyy our fault but we are now back on air so should be all good from now.

Hello Dave yes i whish we can close this job but for this as you can see we still checking the app and then we will need to check the IOS app ( if you have got one ready please send it to us we can check),

I guess it is the same source code so if android app works great the IOS should work great too then we will need the upgarded source code from your as mentioned here #15943 and we can close the job!

firstly our oppologies for server downtime as it was not controlled by us due to some inscedents on the line.

For #16040 yes we do not need to do any word press work as it has already done, i told you before the word press site is already set up and running on nanotelecom.com. On that word press users will be clicking on menu and going to new upgarded nanotelecom domain (old voip)

Our job is to make new nanotelecom working great fast and nanotelecom styled. When you finish all develpement we will move all your files from testing server (nanotelecom.pro) to ASW and replase old voip project with new nanotelecom

All the functionalities should be working there from ordering numbers and thoese tasks nentioed in this job. The page you showd me before “AI” geneeated which was here but now gone looked great but if we can not edit it then why we installed Laravel bage builder and spedning so much money on this if nanotelecom team wont be able to edit it- this is going to be first quesion how we edit this good page.

On old laravel we had a CMS tabe with menu editor and page builder so if you upgarded it where it is and why it is not working. Yes again we are not going to build any pages since it is going to be controlled from nanotelecom GODADY side but at lease we can change and control all the pages footer, manus that are exist on old voip here, menu here and here.

All these pages and functionalities on them should be working as nanotel team are going to test them 100%
So no need any extra wordpress developing but old voip and new nanotelecom should be working with swift speed.

When you saying:
Regarding the search card, I had already mentioned that it is not working on portal.voip.us either, and I don’t think it is necessary to include it on the landing page.

that is fine you can put the search card on other pages but nanotel team 100% will check this how it works so if it is broken we would need to fix it.

for #16043 yes you did it right: admin panel and all public landing pages to nanotelecom.pro, and the user portal (after login) to portal.nanotelecom.pro you did all good and it looked very good the only one thinh we need to be sure that all these good looking pages are editable from Laravel so nanotel team can edit them and change them otherwise it looks all good but if nanotel team can not edit/change from CMS, page builder or manu editors they wont accept our work:)

So you started all good just need to finish it up it has logical managment menus, pages, content and ect.

Please Nishit let me know if you remove old records from DB so the site loads a bit faster i noted it is still working slow we do not need old data from 2020 i think you can remove all data till 2025 for now and hope it will be loading faster.

Please also check this error why it has been happening

P.S after compection on test server we will move all the files from testing server to ASW and replace old Voip direcoreis and new domain will be nanotelecom.us

We need to be sure taht all the functions are working well and fast so we can start next job API developemnt;)
