    Hello Nishit thank you for your message. I like your #14074 advice and fully agree with you, we are working on a dublictate EN resource when you can safely work and develope new tasks this is why we will start to work on Junk Param a bit later.

    We have got some big jobs comming but we do need to create the EN replica where we can do such a big jobs development,

    I havn’t received any feed back from EN regarding this job tests but i have heard that Master Pin number has been coming correctly and site admins need to test this job for more if any more confclits found or errors. Any way no bad feed back from EN is already good sign;)

    Please let us give them an other day or two and then we will request closing this job. Any way if EN site admins find any issues later on we will still have to respond to it and fix / repair those issues if any.

    Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, please let me know when finished on the rest of the tasks so we can start on other jobs.

    Site admins confirms that orders started comming with correct MPP which is good. If any conplains will let you know.

    Hello Nishit, hope you doing well, today site admin metntioned again regarding activation numbers process. It is also related to the #14049 One or similar. We know that you havent looked and this task yet as per your recent reports but when you do that task so this below message might be very handy for your development.

    When site admin goes to Order -> add order -> then select a clinet from EN DB then when we search a number from the search DB (in here we would like to mention that numbers search become very slower for some reason if you can also check that) or we add number manulay and create a manulal order.

    Then we go to to activate pending numbers and activate this number. So when we click on activate this number site admin complains that there is nothing happening to see that process has started. No loading gif no messages like Activation in Process please wait, or server time out, time limit if activation takes loong time and ect. Please Nishit when you work on #14049 One please keep this point in your mind. Site admins mentioned this multiple times.

    Hi Nishit thanks for your updates, will check these two tasks and get bak to you. We aslo need the othre four tasks functioning as customers are desparate for Master Pin Task working. Please be reminded aabout task One : c) and d) so even on Activation numbers when numbers got activee we can see succesfull activation but if it takes longer time make sure it has got a time limit and error message displaid on the spot and error details emailed to site admin.

    Im still here hoping you can do somthing elso today so we can test more points;)

    Hello Nishit thank you for your message about Mike T activation errrors, would you please advice if the issue resolved and othre points from #14049? I guess you have been working on that as we can see some reports from EN crew that orders still coming without Master Pin on them ;(

    in addition to #14049, Five: please Nishit do not test and change anything on customers account, you can investigate Mike T account and try some activations and our webmaklay acount and no one else.

    Hello Nishit for your #14036.

    We contacted EN site admin and reported them your job updates. The EN site admin have reviewed the Master Pin job and already got back to us with more feed below. Overall we could see a good progress and want to thank you for your work. There are still more adjustments required some of them still not working right and some comments were not mentioned before so we are going to add more funds for those that are new. So we will list them down for you here with more details so it is all clear for you and you can complete them asap.

    One: We have partially tested Master Pin job and could not fully review it because one of the site admins can not activate their numbers for some reason. The one of the site admin account Mike T. Every time this user buys a number and activates the activation does not go trough. Mike T admin user tried to turned OFF Master Pin then created order then Turned ON MPP and created order, Changed Pin and created Order but still could not activate their orders. Some time while activating loading gif showing for a long time please ensure there is a time frame for this and error message displayed. We would like you please investigate and fix as soon as possible. When you investigate could you please get back to us with the following:

    a) A reason why it has been happening
    b) What needs to be done so it wont happens again
    c) When we click activate number from account Mike T it is not being activated for a long time and still not showing a message with a reason why it is not being activated.
    d) Please make sure that numbers got activated but if was any error then an email sent to the site Admin with Master Pin activation error details. We have such email templates for number status so similar email reports we also need for MPP (This has not be mentioned before – to be funded)

    We tried to change the pin to 3 digits and system said needs to update which is good well done.

    Two: When we turn ON and turn OFF Master pin the pop up still showing at the top of the page. Could you please make some message somewhere next to the MPP toggle for example Master Pin is Active and when OFF Master pin Disactivated no need pop up as mentioned before. We noted when we turn ON master Pin we can turn it on without even any numbers in the Master Pin field:) How that can happened πŸ˜‰ Please make sure it is not possible how Master Pin can be enabled without any numbers?:) Please restrict enabling MPP if no numbers input in the MPP filed.

    Three: Also please make that MPP number can not be started with “0” if customer input their MPP as 032345 let it be a message saying Your Master Pin Number can not be started with “0” please try different number. We noted that something wrong happens in the system when MPP numbers starts with “0” (This has not be mentioned before – to be funded)

    Four: On EN mobile site on customer’s profile please remove Call -in pin filed, Master PIn status shows “1” not sure what it is please remove “1” and add a toggle switch as it is on desk top. (Please do not forget to make a nice accurate message displaying Activated / Disactivated as mentioned above.

    Five: Today we have Enabled MPP for one client and checked that MPP got saved properly then we waited when this client creates an order . Eventually we got the order number (602) 669-HOME from this particular client. Order come trough API but Master Pin has not been generated only randomly generated pin number has been recorded in this order. Can you please check and fix this.

    Six: When site admin wants to enable or disable MPP from site admin in the customer profile there is not toggle swich for that in the site admin. We know that this has not been mentioned before and we can enable or disable MPP from customer front end profile page but please make same swich MPP toggle available from the site admin side, (This has not be mentioned before – to be funded)

    Hi Nishit, while we tetsing Master Pin and Bulk Edit, would you please review the following job and let us know if you are able to make this job without any breackdowns.

    We have been in touch with EN crew and they more and more afraid to do big jobs on EN as when we do any new jobs there has been something breaking down and they are worried about that.

    So could you please check if you can do https://webmaklay.com/junk-param/ job smooth. We belive that while removing shoping cart parameters from the EN project it may affect multiple areas and can cause EN Crew working production.

    Please le us know if you 110& confident in conducting these jobs on alive website or you would rather work on the offline mirrowed project?

    Hello Nishit thank you for your reply and questions, i wish you have sent them to me earlier straight after my #14033 as we loosing an other day but Master Pin job desperately needed for EN customer’s operation.

    Well your overall understanding is right except one single line in your message: -“However, the user can still change the PIN for a number after the number is activated” – this is wrong.
    When MPP set and enabled this particular MPP going to be used and no any other changes on Pins should be possible UNLESS user or site admin disable MPP.

    User or site admin still can disable MPP and then random Pin functionality should go ahead. User or site admin can enable MPP again with different numbers set which is possible and if MPP default has enabled then previous random Pin generation got disabled for this particular user or admin who enables MPP.

    Short scenario for you is:
    We currently have Pin Numbers random generation so this simply goes OFF for any user or admin who enables MPP with custom 4-6 characters numbers and those numbers that’s been set for MPP will become default numbers for orders and activations.

    IMPORTANT.
    Please make sure when MPP numbers set has enabled for example in your video 123654 tried as a default MPP numbers then this custom set of numbers 123654 should be used in orders, to be sent to Telinta or Inteliquent for numbers activations.

    Please Nishit if you still have any questions let me know asap so i can reply back to you. Due to time difference we can not afford waiting for replies and texting to each other days and weeks as people wait for MPP functionality for a long time now πŸ˜‰ So we hope my answers here will be clear for you and you can finish this job so EN crew and customers can start using it.

    Hello Nishit thank you for your reply, we have seen you video, you creating a Master Pin Number 123654 in test5 account and it saved. Yes that works with us too. Then you activate telephone number (984) 283-6666 it has diffrent Pin Number 2417 and not the 6 characters Pin that you have set 123654 so it does not work https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/numberact.jpg

    On your second video you showing same Master Pin 123654 and when you activating phone number (213) 594-7000 it has got diffrent Pin Number 123331 – diffrent from what you have set up as a Masetr Pin 123654. So on your video it also shows it does not work.

    If customer set up a Master Port Out Pin like on your video 123654 then – this pin 123654 becomes a default Master Pin for this customer. So if you generate an order the order should have 123654 not anything else. If you activate the number in the order the default Master Pin # 123654 has to be in the order and sent to Telinta and only the custom set Master Port out Pin should be used not any random pins like in your videos but 123654 as you have set it.

    In both your videos you setting up Master Pin 123654 but numbers activating with random generated Pin not the one you set and thos means job does not work ;))))

    Can you please reply if you understand the job?
