Hello Nishit thanks for your update on this template https://excellentnumbers.net/project/excellent-numbers/ it looks good to me. I will send it to EN team for an other check and get back to you.

I think this template looks good well done Nishit the only thing i worry is that EN team finding some graphics that’s been used on some of their clients resellers websites and they urged us to not use it but i told them if any repeating graphics found we will replace.

While waiting Nishit please check how to inject this template to https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=viewTemplates library and start moving functionalitiy to it.

thank you Nishit for your reply, EN team say that there are some content in your design copied from EN customers resellers which we can not use. I understand that this is a draught but please do not copy any content from EN resellers and EN clients. Most of the websites are EN customers.

Hello Nishit i have personaly tried to follow your instructions from #14848
and so:

1) installed FCM Push Notification from WP
2) Logged in to Firebase and android account settings and found multiple options and snippets in Node, Java, Pyton not sure whcih i should use and where to put.
so i have many questions about how to hook it.\
a. I checked Android settings but there is IOS settings too how to hook them both?
b. I also checked the FCM Push Notification from WP settings page and it has got multiple fields to feelout not sure how to make it correctly.

So i have been trying to help yopu our with this to get this work done without hiring any one else.
So if you send me very clear step by step instructions i will try to make it myself.
Alternatevely we will need to look at the option #14855.

Hello Nishit if it is very easy why you not do it then, we no longer work with Guppy developer and not looking at any extra cost for someone involvment as it is a confclict of responsiibilities = only one devleoper on the project.

Previous developer done everything for us so i can not understand why you can not?

Hi Nishit you do not need to work on back end side your task is to meke sure it has got syncronized. The app sync with excisting Guppy chat as it now. If any syncroniisation broken now we do not want to hire extra person to get it fixed and set it uop which had been already setup. It is writen in the job description

Hello Nishit thanks for your message, i could find #14785 and read it trough but unable to find any step by step instructions on how to configure the firebase at my backend side. Your #14785 has got some links leading to the APP installation, then QR code which also leads to APP installation file too. So could you please send more user friendly details of what do you want me to do on firebase, alternatively please feel free to login to firebase as you have got access to 🙂

For launch screen, Icon as i have already asked you in #14822 – for me to provide you these graphics please let me know which size of the graphics you need and extension GIF, JPG etc.

Please also as per #14829 could you send me a notification sound file so we could hear what sound APP users will hear when new messages come to their device so we can check all this and provide you necessary files and graphics.
