    Hello Nishit we have been monitoring your new updates over weekends and found the following: We have recived only one notification message and there was no any other notifications so we decided to log in to the inteliquent and check that number but wen we logged in we found more numbers than one: See screen shot attached. https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/MNUM.jpg

    So now it is even worse we can not see which numbers are there and they still going to reservation so we need manually purchase them.

    What we though is – if you create an entry with last 123, 456 or 789 numbers. Just make quantity minimum so it will capture such numbers and we see them we know it is for support. Next time when we purchasing numbers we leave them untouched so you can get involve inteliquent team to have a look at this issue and suggest what kind of bug it is and hopefully they address you a resolution for that.

    there should be one API key i think that belongs to NanoTel, but you can also see voip that auto purchases numbers so it works there and for some reason do not work for NanoTel. You can check numbers at any time not necessarily at midnight we sometime see the numbers in different times so you can capture which number is going reserved.

    We also check over weekend if your new code works and let you now afterwards.
    To inteliquent you can explain them that we have to manually purchasing numbers as the auto purchase is not working and we have to manually buy them to not miss.

    I think once you got the number you can screen shot it and send it to Inteliquent and we also check if any changes and update you.

    oh i see, i guess by the time when we send you numbers that are not purchased but reserved these numbers already not available as we had to purchase this numbers before reservation got expired and we loose them.

    I guess the best way will be is to see when Nanotel notification come and say this number is purchased then login to Inteliquent and see that number is actually sitting at orders reserved directory and then Inteliquent support can track it and guide you properly.

    If you done cahnges to your code we can monotor it again and let you know our feedback again if it works. Currently some of site admins are in the US and this is a big time difference for them and if they see any numbers reserve they try to purchase is immediately before their gone this is why we need to make it auto purchased.

    Also if you watch TV News they have going trough huge weather condition (hurricane) so they may be not getting access to the internet and if they do they check numbers and try to purchase them straight after they got reserved.

    When they checked reserved numbers they send them to us but purchasing them manually, this is why when you send these numbers to Inteliquent to check they found them unavailable:)

    So probably these numbers in #12937 recorded after your new code implementation.
    Let us try to watch it again so when you see notification come from NanoTel you can check orders reservation tab on inteiiquent and if the number is there then you can screen shot this page and send it to Inteliquent support and explain them that we have to manually purchase numbers as their not being auto purchased.

    Hi Nishit, here are some numbers that are reserved but not purchased:

    520.416.4444
    507.599.7777
    507.599.8888
    320.464.4444

    You can share them with ineliquent support.

    We need consistent numbers purchased so please let us know what code do you meant to change and what are the consequences.( Not quite get you here with: – “Sorry, but you may loose your number if the code doesnโ€™t work”.)

    Please let me know if inteliquent helping you with your queries. Can you please also clarify about your encoding is that something wrong with your codding that makes auto purchasing not working and how this affecting notification repeating?

    What do you mean with: – “i have old code and will make as it was” – i think we just started working on NanoTel project can not understand your “old code” terminology:)

    We thought that you got the point how to get your script taking numbers and we could see progress, just need to make these numbers auto purchased and emails notifications not being repeated and it looks it is done…

    Please let me know if i missing something here.

    Hi Nishit please see here https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/ReservedTN.mp4 there are some numbers reserved there, numbers being reserved for sometime and then if we not purchased they are gone. You can ask inteliquent to check this for you why numbers not being purchased?

    Hi Nishit we have got all numbers reserved and non of them purchased so we manually purchased all reserved numbers as if we wont do that the numbers reservation expire and they will be gone.

    What you can do is to login to Inteliquent and navigate to order reserved numbers and see those numbers that are reserved and not purchased https://portal.inteliquent.com/CustomerPortal/tnsReserved.htm hope it will help you to track those numbers that are not being purchased and fix it.

    Hi Nishit you can provide support these numbers that we have purchased manually 4454654444 and an other number with 000000 (6zerros at the end) can not remember which number, will collect manually purchased numbers and let you know.

    I do not think that reserving numbers linked to repeating notifications. We have got some numbers that purchased by nanotel but still notification come with repeating numbers.

    We will monitor and let you know next messages.

    in your #12925 i have noted your requesting trank group and request for voip not nanotel.
    do you think we need to request trunk group? what if we drop this request will that make API calls faster?

    Hi Nishit some updates, latest numbers have been auto purchased by nanoTel.
    However this number 445-4654444 nanotel had reserved but not purchased after sometime we noted that reservation has expired and Nanotel reserved this number again and we purchased it manually.

    Also this number 66666 has been reserved but not purchased so we bought it manually

    Im not sure but we think sometime nanotel reserves some number but voip purchases them is that possible since we’ve different API accounts?

    We can see there are some numbers still missing but now less, and NanoTel works better and gets more numbers.
    Have you checked repeating emails if that can be fixed?

    Hi Nishit do we need to setup a wild card record just because our normal entry does not work yet or is it because wild card entry more efficient in terms of better numbers purchasing?

    Yes if you can fix reservation issue so all numbers got auto purchased by default.

    Today we could also receive some of the numbers that are repeating in notification messages, please let me know if you need screen shots of what we are getting but it is same as i sent to your earlier https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Reapeating-Numbers.jpg but different numbers.

    Yes all numbers going to reserve on Inteliquent and then we have to purchase these manually very quick as reservation time is limited and it is very inconvenient:(

    just checking on the messages, yes all the numbers being reserved and not purchased for some reason.

    Today we’ve got the following numbers released 402.402.2000/2222/3000/3333, Nanotel could take 2000 and 3000 but 2222 and 3333 NanoTel missed.

    You can check 2000 and 3000 have been reserved today and not purchased. I guess this is one of the issues we need to repair. All numbers being reserved and your auto purchase seems to be not working.

    That’s all good Jeff, i know you are busy with your stuff thanks for your thoughts it does make sense i guess,
    I guess Nishit will also need to know all this behind the scene.

    Please Mark, Nishit would you please advice if that is a good idea that Jeff suggests in #12703,
    are we able to move Notification functionally away from Voip to an other instance so the other isntance what ever it will be only focusing on numbers purchasing so we can improve that percentage from 100% /2% to a better results?

    Good day team!,
    will try to be very quick.

    As Mark has mentioned we had a big meeting with some of our customers and our Voip customer is very unhappy with some points regarding Voip development. Yes the API data load ability is very poor and that affects multiple areas mainly Port our and Numbers search aout purchase, auto reservation and notifications. I guess the last one affected by the same issue speed of the API transmitting and probably something else.

    As your Mark already mentioned some points in #12699 we hope that webhook will resolve the issue but we still think about some changes that we will need to think together.

    The biggest issue is that our voip customer missing a lot of numbers and other companies taking valuable numbers first before our notification system created and wild card. For example Inteliquent loads 100% of numbers and even though we filtering them and setting rules for 2 seconds it is not enough as our competitors take all good numbers faster than us. So we only take 2% out of 100% and this is a HUGE issue.

    So my question is to all of us myself Jeff, Mark and Nishit – how we can improve this picture and why it is so. Is it because other companies have a better developers, better and smarter codding’s, more powerful resources and infrastructures?

    Would you please let us know what it is, we become so bad on this?

    And what are resolution plan for that?
