    Hello Nishit, thank you for your message and more dtails,
    from my understanding that what ever we have build before was not build the smart way and efficent performance starting from database queries pagest proper corresponding.

    I like your plan and i think before we hit to the coding part will need to start to step by step project updates implimintations.
    1. Firstly please if we can get rid of unnessasary DB queries to make at least the portal home page loading so customers can see their numbers.
    2. Please also check what area takes the most of the data load as the server HD 87% full please let me know if we can flush this volume and make the project breatheing beter.
    3.Please start the Lavarel upgarde as mentioned above (will be added budget for it)
    4. Meanwhile please check if any API connections causing its slow down and if our currect server architecute able to handle with all the curremt API calls ammount and sequence.
    – We have now tured the server to PHP8.3 php envoiremnt so it is going to be friendly with new lavarel upgrades whic covers your clause 2 from Required Updates & Improvements 2)
    5. Along with your clasue Required Updates & Improvements – clause 3 Dependency Management we will need to updates some pages look so it has got more cleaner and user frieldly look and performance.(will add some budget to thsi too)

    and further down your list will need to possbl;y combibine and improve some page to page link referals and proccess dependancises taking in account our goal to build an additiona API libray for Voip customers API numbers managment such as pin code changes and updtaes, portout approvals and rejects and so on. (therew ill be extra budget added to this)

    Please Nishit you can start with all above and as we may work on this project for some time untill we reach the customer needs.

    As from above will be adding additional tasks to our current job. Just to let you know during this Voip upgarde / updates development will be garualy moving from Voip branded conten to nanotelecon so please keep it in mind so all the pages and styles should be more and more looking close to the nanotelecom design as https://nanotelecom.com/ will soon become a landing page for our fules strcuture and replace this direcotry https://voip.us/ and domain.

    This is why this job name has a custom works and not a voip.

    We were assigned a ceratin budget for the current job repair but baced on your #15859 breack down and analyses will be having more discussions on other tasks suggestions and their budget affordability.

    Hi Nishit, thank you for your input in #15857, yes i understand that currend DB records are a way over exceeded our expectations and are not efficent.

    I agree with your message and approch so we most likely to run laravel update and DB optimisation before we dive in other jobs. So looking forward for your review and updates.

    Hello Nishit thanks for your update, yes please check the DB in particular which i think loading too much data and how we can optimize it, i aslo checking with the system team so we needto make our updates start right so we wont come down again from the roof to fundation.

    Hello Dave thank you for your reminder, yes there will be some updates and so far updates are good!

    Honestly i can not even recogniize if it is you Dave we have so much time spent on Errors discutions and now you make it very well so i now wonder it is a Dave that we texted from february this year or diffrent person so you respond to the errors and just nail them as a bullet! πŸ˜‰

    We have been testing latest app and from first quick test we found that notification come, and youtube videos play back works there are still some minor issues with the text field as on some chats the text not being ovelaping but on some chats it still covers the text inlut fields so want to figure out whats going on and probably send you a video on next week and more feedback.

    But i think the updates all good and we will get back to you on next week with more detials!

    Hello Nishit, thank you for your analityc message, i like your approch.
    Yes we would need to upgarde its laravel to the latest version that recieves regular upgrades.

    For the data base records would you please advice why it has so much data stored in the DB does it have some junk information which is not being flahed pereodicaly or is it somthing about increasing server resources?

    Could you please let me know if any other issues we would need to have a look at or any system server architecure review reqired?

    It will be good to assess the server capabilities before we go to other areas.

    Please Nishit check the EN project storage and delete all the junk files you no longer need or media that used so it is all clean and tidy as we are going to seal EN project for sometime and do somw work on Voip project customer.

    Hello Dave i hope you can now access cPannel, meanwhile we have been checking you latest APP, i want to say that it is much better than previous the main thing is that we now can use it and did not delete and this is great breaktrough.

    So far such points that mentioned in here #15816 are the ones we need to fix.
    We have fouding some more but they are not that critical but it is good to fix them too.

    to continew above list in #15816:
    6) When members send voice messages and we now can douwnload them as MP3 the problem is we found that these audio files saved somwhere wbut we can not find them where it is. Before all audio files were saved in Downloads folder but now it showing that it saved but we can not find. Could you please check that all downlaoded files from the app downloaded to a Downloads folder so we can find them? and they have a proper extention names as mentioned in #15816 clasue 4).

    7. When we comment on photos in the app the comented photos not opening we ned to scroll up in the messanger to original posted photos and open them to preview.

    8. On some stage when viewing messages or playback in the app we noted that app gets crushed and closes we still can not understand why it happens but still cheking it and monitoring.

    but overall it is getting much better im sure there are some points above to fix and it can go!

    Hello Nishit thank you for your message, yes we have got a job on voip site we still disussing with the site admin but they want us to change voip.us to nanotelecom.us so portal.voip.us should be portal.nanotelecom.us once we have done movments there voip.us is not going to be active but nanotelecom.us

    Once we moved voip files to nanotelecom domain we would need to create some API library for their customers so they can manage their nanotelecom numbers on their own portal, simmilar how we did on EN for numbers but we would need to do nanotelecom numbers API managable library.

    For now you can check if you have got access to voip and nanotelecom.us, if you can do any migration taks or shall we giove this job to system team.

    When voip become nanotelecom we will need to do some work there too improvments, updates, and ect. A bit of work there but i would need to double check with Voip team and get back to you soon.

    I think we also can close this job tomorrow too so we move to other job enviroment;)
    There will be some jobs there with some tasks so we may work of it for sometime…
