Hello Nishit, we have noted code has started buying numbers which is good. Not sure if you changed something since my #12993 but so far it has been going good. Please note we have also purchased manually some other numbers – this time do not worry we have purchased all the numbers that we want no unwanted purchases has been detected.

So they want to help you with investigation about your query. Customers also want to know why this junk numbers purchase happened.
If you have any questions to them you can ask as per now they are waiting for a code samples from you.
Will try to find if any numbers released for the last day and a half and see if your code is working as there should be some numbers released today but we not getting them

in reply to: Notification Settings #12990Hello Nishit we have still been receiving messages from NanoTel administration so i have added some notes to Inteliquent support. Also Inteliquent support requesting you to provide them some information as below:
“Can you please submit a disconnect order for the numbers that are not needed?
Keep in mind that portal support is not authorized to cancel or close any orders in production, and orders that are already closed cannot be canceled. Can you also share the sequence of API calls you’ve made?
If no TNs were returned in the reserved list, what prompted your code to order random numbers?”Can you please provide them the above.
regarding your message #12988 – will check back with the customer so they are happy with your work as they have been going trough a lot of stress with this multiple issues with notifications and now these unwanted numbers. We may need to give them couple days or so so they will see that your code works stable with ordering numbers and accurate notification emails.IMPORTANT –
1) Please check that all the notification rules has got maximum purchase quantity but some of them do not have could you please advice make sure that maximum purchase quantity function 100% works and those rules that do not have maximum purchase quantity do have it.(see my screen shot link in red square box) https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/qty.jpg

A. You – please provide Inteliquent support what they have asked you so they can respond back to us about what had has happened and why.
B. Myself – will communicate with site admin regarding your code functionality if it works well as they want it and they happy with it.
Then will catch up with you on next week and report to each other about our A and B plan results.

in reply to: Notification Settings #12986Yes i have asked already site admin and no one else reserving numbers only us webmaklay, voip and nanotel what ever codding’s you do it reserves and ordering numbers for purchasing we can only see few purchased notifications today and not much. We will monitor how purchasing going and let you know.
Before today we have had multiple wrong notifications and those numbers that we set for purchase was reserving numbers and we have been manualy purchasing numbers, yesterday you changed your code and hopefully remove all reservations and today we got multiple junk numbers purchased.
So far there is hard to judge what’s going on we need to be sure that system works 100% reliable to take a final statement. However yes we noticing more numbers being finding those that we wanted to find but all our customers awaiting for the system working stable with out any surprises to make a final say.
Did you write Inteliquent about their mistake and latest orders cancelling?
in reply to: Notification Settings #12983If you believe something is going wrong and about to happened then please do not proceed you code unless 100% sure that it is all good. We must not do this people are very unhappy with this.
in reply to: Notification Settings #12982I also tried to discussed with site admin and if you can see the numbers purchased it is mostly junk numbers we haven’t been even reserving them. So we can not blame the site admins that they haven’t done manually something plus what you have mentioned in #12981.

in reply to: Notification Settings #12980Hi Nishit i think we should have remove all the reserved numbers from the system before switching to this mode, everyone is very busy to process that amount of numbers. If the system purchased this numbers we do not have any unwanted numbers now right? and this should not be happening again?

6.Or export these orders https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/6.jpgthese purchased yesterday, as you have asked us in #12968 – this time site admins were even sleeping. We havn’t even touched anything and when we got up there was a payment waiting for that staff and people are very unhappy with this.
So please find our what has happened if it is Ineloquent issue please kindly write them on support so they cancel all these orders that we haven’t requested.
If it is your mistake please let us know about this and still please write to Inteliquent and explain them what has been done wrong so they may cancel all these orders.

in reply to: Notification Settings #12971thank you for instructions Nishit will try to follow them. Are we able just disable reservation option from both Voip and NanoTel so no one can accidentally set reserve option? If you just leave two options notify and purchase.
in reply to: Notification Settings #12967Hello Nishit we have spoken with voip, nanotel administration regarding your #12957, that’s not quite what they want to have but if it will help you to finish this work you can implement solution 2 and disable reservation option from voip and nano tel so all the rules that set for auto purchase – work and auto purchase and sent proper notifications.
Can we still leave notification function on Voip?
We will see how you do it and if all works well, with numbers taking and notifications will think what we do then.
