Hello Nishit, thanks for your reply, I guess from your reply you’re being confused with the DID word in the task description, this probably take you to telinta, voip vocab.
Once again for custom DID API job what we want to do is to create a single number status update API for our customers API check from their own webs.
While you repeating this table https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/API-Dics-scaled.png you can probably add an other function there for custom DID API so customer can request a single number status update – this is how easy it is and so we can not understand why it takes so long to make it.
Customer needs to request as single number details from EN project so their clients can see individual custom number update from clients platform. Well anyway I can not see any more questions from your 14690 so I bet it is clear now.
For your: “API issue you mentioned, I will check it. But just to inform you— I was not working on that file. Even while working on the DID API, there will be no need to modify that file anyway” – customer says that it has stopped working couple days ago but i suspect that client’s developer just started using it on their platform and found this API options actually not 100% working. As i can see archive EN site admins were not able to test this API job properly and now when customer’s developers started to work on these their found it not working.
We must to fix this Nishit as we made this job and charge money from our customer and we paid you for this work to be 100% functional.
Now it should be working for them. There is no one else working on EN project except you. Please try to understand me right im not blaming you here as you might think i do but if you believe that this job https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/API-Dics-scaled.png is 100% functioning and clients developer ( very good developer by the way) not able to read your documents or install it on customer’s platform then please let us know how we can help to our client’s developer to use your documents and scripts so they can use it properly.

I’m not sure if you domne somethiong on EN yet regarding Custom DID API job but our clients started to complain that EN API integration also does not work correctly could you please check their message copy below:

in reply to: Custom DID API Requests #14684Hello NIshit for DID api customers would like to request individual numbers API calls to see if number is available and not sold or reserved. You have already done some API works with inteligent before so it should not be dificult.
For payment details:
AS you know we kept your previous payment for Carrier Lookup API job credited (due to your PayPal issues in your country) so since you sent us a link for payment it seems that your PayPal banking has got resolved now so we contacted EN team to increse your pay for Carrier Lookup IP to 245 NZD to support your #14660.However once we paid we realised that the link you sent to us not supporting NZD payments (even though we selected NZD currency) and while we paid you for Carrier Look Up job your payment link charged us 245 USD instead of 245 NZD so our account has been charged 435.35 NZD which is 200NZD more.
Which means taht your http://www.siliconinfo.com/payment/paypal.php page NSD currecsy trasaction does not work so we advice you to fix it till further funds transfer.
We decided to not initiating any refund requests but rather leave this transaction as it is and debit your accoiunt with additional 200 NZD towards Custom DID API Requests job which you are currently working on.
Thus we encourage you to complete DID API Request job as soon as possible as we have got EN team and their customers would like to start testing it by now.

Usually it will be config in application to point to socket of Reddis, application has to support Reddis cache it is memory caching. Not sure if you need terminal for it as system admin says it must be in PHP. The same way like you connect database, application has to support Redis . When you requested Redis to be installed on the machine do you know how to us it?Yes DID API task we need to make it done already as customers waiting for it.

– How can I check if the Redis server is working? I believe I’ll need terminal access to verify that. Please advice if you have terminal access to check it?

On the image attached the dropdown with a tick looks correct as it was before on the EN project and on the right hand side image with cross it looks a bit ugly and it is not looking as it was on the EN site before.Would you please advice if your: “CSS enhancements to make it look cleaner and more user-friendly” already applied? We would be happy to have drop down category design same way as it is on the left hand side of the image with a purple ticked sign.
For #14598: that’s fine when you have time can you please check if we can use Redis for our large data processing so we can add new job for you.

in reply to: Custom DID API Requests #14666Hello Nishit this is a sample URL as customer sees it when they request custom DID status . At the end of the URL you can see a sample number 3039000000. The idea is when wholesale customers display all the numbers from EN they sometime would like to request a custom / individual DID number status too.
So consider this url as an example for you to see what customer would like to see but it can be different coded as long as you achieve the job’s goal and wholesale customers can send their custom / individual API DID requests and it will show them current DID status on their platforms.

It was working before but not any more. There should not be any any improvments on all categories and area code expanded menu they used to work like this before.
Although from your reply it seems that since you put new coddings on this platform that may affect these category section design misconfig or conficted. If so please do nessesary alterations so all functionalities work as before we do not need any temporary fixes the site should work without any bugs.
I can hear your conscerns about spending more time on this thus i will disucss with EN site admins to add more funds to this bug fixes to make it look cleaner and more user-friendly as you mentioned in #14660.
Thank you for starting DID API task we are a bit behind our jobs schedules that we planned to finish before end of this year. So please Nishit fix these errors asap and we already need DID API task testing…
We will add more funds for category selection bug repair (since you need more time to repair + enhance this functionality). Most likely site admin will add more funds when they see categories section functioning and as you mentioned it will get more CSS enhancements to look cleaner and more user-friendly.

If you saying about this https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/All-Expended.png which is single product edit categories and their area codes where always expandable then what do you mean it is impossible. The function was there by default from shopping cart platform and it is now broken for some reason.
If your #14657 – regarding bulk edit area which is here https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/expandable.jpg then probably because of the new multiple selection codding you done before and now this affecting categories expanding functionality. Then while doing multiple brands selection we should have takeen in consideration all related and existing functionalities so we wont get back to it for some codding’s repair which is not efficient timewise.
If your #14657 “code to implement bulk edit like functionality” on single edit – then you probably misunderstood the error task. What we want you to do there (on single number edit) is just to fix an expanded menu so it works as it was. No need to implement any BULK EDIT on any other areas expect the one you have already done.
We would like you to fix these errors only.
