    Oh ok how do the pin changes affect API does the Pin number goes to customers API?

    Hello Nishit, thank you for your reply, could you please clarify your “would require changes in our API“? what is your comment addresses to? Is it about that Master Pin Not Working or Bulk Edit or somthing else?

    Hello Nishit we have finaly recived some feed back from site admins,
    Mastre Pin Task not working. People activate Master Pin but random pin still got generated. Please if you belive it is working send us your video how it works at your end.

    for #13950 price change aslo does not work please kindly send your video how it works at your end.This is our video πŸ™‚

    Hello NIshit thank you for checking price change i will ask site admins to check again or possibly send us a video.

    For #13951 1) Becuase one number could be in two or more brands EN site admins would like to see all the brand that number belongs to. Currenly in this small window they can not see all the brands names where the number belongs to. Maybe if number belons to two brands that display two widnow so the can clearly see whci brands in if three then three widnows. Or bigger window and and all the brands visable on in a raw each, you can make your better option if you know better idea. Do not worry to make your oprion we will tel you if it wokrs. Unless we can see all the brands where the number belongs to.

    For #13951 2) when site admin would like to bulk move multiple numbers to an other brand (for example from NEW to VANITY ) they go to the admin-products. Then select bulk numbers 50 , 100 or more numbers then click – bulk edit – change all in the popup they put brand VANITY and move all the numbers from NEW to VANITY. Becuase now numbers can be in two brands then site admin should be able to specify which brads they mobing numbers to what brand.

    For example if 10 numbers belong to both New and Million Numbers the site admin go to site admin – products – Bulk edit select all 10 numbers them should be an option to see which brands this number belong to For #13951 2) then site admin should be able to move all 10 numbers from New and Million numbers to VANINY. Or they may want to change bulk numbers from Million brand but Leave on New and transfer all numbers Million brand only to Vanoty so then aftre transfer numbers will be moved from Million to Vanity but also remain in new.

    10 numbers NEW, VANITY -> bulk edit NEW, VANITY

    In the pop up site admin selects a brand where to they move all the numbers to. Maybe they wnat to move all numbers from both NEW and MILLION to VANILY only then it should be as below:

    10 Numbers NEW, VANTY -> bulk edit VANITY
    and so on.

    Hello Nishit, thank you for your message. Yes you are very right i missed that condition that quick search not appearing on Advanced search page.

    So far i can not hear any major complains from EN staff members which is a good sign. Thank you Nishit when fixing all issues with no delays. We can now continue working on Bulk Edit task which is the last task in this job. Please let me know when you finished that so we can test it and close.

    Before uploading files on your weekend please double / triple check if all right and no conflicts or misconfigurations risks. If 100% confident then you do and we can test.

    There is an other minor issue reported today that you can also fix as it is stopped working for some reason:

    PRICE CHANGE issue
    When EN site admins go to their product and in to the list of products page change the the price the price actually not being changed in product DB. How we found it was: – We changed the price $300 to #200 as mentioned above and it showed as it has been changed but on our API customers sites trough API show old $300 price so we returned back to our product lists and checked the price shows new $200 but when we clicked on the product EDIT button and entered its product settings page we found that the price there shows $300 πŸ™ which means that on product lists page “quick price change” does not work). So if you also could fix it please.

    for #13943 1) i have manulay copied a working link from the brands and added in to Pages URL so it started working now but please check Nishit when site admin start creating pages or brands everything works well.

    We will keep checking for the rest if any issues around and let you know.

    Hello Nishit thank you for your quick fixes i appreciate your quick respond but please check everything before you finished your work today.

    We have just quickly browsed the site and already found the folloing issues:
    1. When we requested a number from QUICK SEARCH at the top right side of the page the search seems to be working but when the page results come the QUICK SEARCH disapear from the page.

    2. We clicked on New Numbers page and it shows page not found https://excellentnumbers.com/brands/New-Numbers.html

    for #139039 yes please make it working properly so if no numbers in the folder it shows 0 as EN site admins very confuced.

    and an other issue regarding Matching Numbers and Brands:
    We have added a number 16458000000 in to two brands New Numbers and to X00-0000 (Million Numbers) https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/8m.jpg

    then we checked the front end site and found this number on X00-0000 (Million Numbers) which is all good https://excellentnumbers.com/brands/X00%252d0000+%28Million+Numbers%29.html?page=4&sort=featured but when we go to site admin Products -> View all products then X00-0000 (Million Numbers) directory and found that 6458000000 number is missing in that folder ;(

    On front end we could find the number on both brands X00-0000 (Million Numbers) and New Numbers but we could not find such numbers (that are added in two brands) at the back end.

    So when number added in two brands the number exist at front end but it does not excist in the backend products lists.

    these are all isues that recived today Nishit i have split them in to diffrent replys so we can track them better.

    yes the search is very important as site visitors unable to search the products that they want and buy ;(
    so we are waitng for you when you find search bug issue i guess it is related to your previous links modifications mentioned in #13932

    third issue: Site admin created a new X00-0000 (Million Numbers) brand and we wanted to move from old Million Numbers brand transfer all numbers to the newly created X00-0000 (Million Numbers).

    then we go site admin products – then All million numbers https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=customProductSearch&searchId=55 from this All Millin numbers we Bulk Edit and transfered all the numbers to new folder X00-0000 (Million Numbers).

    Once that done we were going to remove old Million Numbers brand from the brands https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=viewBrands but in Million Numbers brand we could see 43 numbers.

    We though that some numbers from Old brand did not transfered but when we checked X00-0000 (Million Numbers) on the same page https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=viewBrands we can see all 120 numbers succsessfully moved to the new brand name.

    Then we again checked both the site https://excellentnumbers.com/brands/Million%20Numbers.html and site admin folder (that we created for Million Numbers ) https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=customProductSearch&searchId=55 and there is no any numbers there.

    So the quesion is why on brands page Million Numbers brand still show 43 number? Is it a links bug too or somthing else?

    the second problem is: – customers can not buy numbers system does not allow to buy. could you please check that one too?

    Hello Nishit i have reported client regarding the Links issue sorted and they checked it and they say it is now better BUT…

    It seems that we fixed one issue and broken an other πŸ˜‰
    All site admins , Customers and their clients keep sending us multiple emails regarding EN search functionality totally broken. They noted it straight after brands links “fixing” πŸ™‚

    Please Nishit can you urgently fix search now as it has got broken.
    What happened is:

    When you put any query in to EN site Quick Search and then click search it is no longer searching.

    Same thing with EN Advanced Search:

    With advanced search when we search any number it display searches one page and display some numbers on first page but if we look at pagination page 2,3,4 of the search results there is no results showing on the rest of the pages.

    There are some more issues coming up i will text you in the next message.
    Meanwhile please fix EN SEARCH as it is very important anda lot of people complain.

    Yes it looks that bulk numbers delete function is there so we just finish the bulk edit task and closing this job i hope πŸ˜‰

    Hello Nishit thank you for your udpates sure let me know if any questions on bulk edit job.
    We’ve got a guestion would that be possible to also create a bulk delete option for the products is it available on this platform ? If not would you please advice if we can make it?

    Aslo i still got unhappy EN sie admin – complain is regarding Matching Numbers widget and links, customer creates a new brands and widget generate wrong link so customers can not use it this feature on the website. https://excellentnumbers.com/brands/X00-0000%20(Million%20Numbers).html please see the widget shows on the site but link generaion is incorrect.

    We remember you have mentioned before: –
    “I reviewed the issue and noticed that the brand not is not matching the expected NPA/NXX format (e.g., 305.305). This appears to be due to the brand name containing a β€œ/” character. Since the system uses the brand name as a URL parameter, β€œ/” is not allowed in the brand name.

    I’m currently looking into resolving the issue by updating the brand name. Additionally, users cannot include β€œ-” in the brand name, as the system automatically removes hyphens when searching the brand name in the database”

    but if you look at the widget EN site admins could use “-” dash caracter before and it worked https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/dash.jpg so why now this does not work? We have to fix somthing for the EN customers so when they generate new brand and this syncs with site widget the link should be validated and usefull as they are not happy with paying for the jobs which do not work.

    Thank you Nishit, we haven’t heard any Master Pin task feed back yet, which can be also a good news. I assume everything works good. Any way when you finish Bulk Edit task will request closing jobs and see if any feed backs from there.
