Today i have recived an other complain from EN site admin saying that now they noted that customers stopped ordering numbers trough API library as it is also broken and ppl very disapinted with the site keeps crushing.

Please keep me in in loop of your invetsigation and API orders and Slow Browsing currenly major issues at this stage;(

Please check there are multiple errors on the site that may be a clue for this task investigation. Hello Nishit thank you for your message, yes please try to disapble diffrent modules to find where is the bug for such a slow browsing at EN fron end project.

We have discussed with site admin and agreed to close this job as we can see you have complete Matching Numbers job and also New sticker task.

However we still facing difucutlies while loading front end pages on EN priamerely on front end pages.Also Brands and Top Category widget there has been a long discussions on this topic as a result we have agreed to close this job and move this resolution discussions to the next job which is Master Port Out Pin here https://webmaklay.com/master-port-out-pin/.

I was also tried to explain the team that we still need sometime to troiuble shoot EN Front End browsing and we could add some extra funds for that so you can investigate this issue and resolve it urgently.

So on Master Port Out Pin first task is EN Front End Browsing – please finish this task first before all other tasks as EN Front End Browsing Improvment – https://webmaklay.com/master-port-out-pin/ – is the most prioritized task and we would like you to repair it first and asap.

Hello Jeff thanks for your input on this, Nishit could you please check on what’s Jeff brought in? There was a brands function before and it is not working now. Site admins say that the loading pages slowing down more and more. If you can not fix this can you please temporary disable Matching Numbers functionality and check the loading speed without it?

What Jeff says it make sence the old EN shopping cart has got network of file correspodning to each other i think there is an issue somthing behind this slow loading process.

I guess we should have taken very carefull conflict preventing planns when developing these kind of jobs, now it is clear why we have deen asked us to add important notice in this task description as it may cause some consiquences that we are going trough now.

However it may be not the case and probably some other issues slowing down the front end browsing but when team asks as to put such a notice https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/task.jpg this is what they wnat to say that if you guys mess up somthing it is not a reason to create an other jobs for repair.

From an other hand i tried to explain to the team that it reqires a time to detect this porblem to resolve now and as i was assureed the site admin happy to add some more funds to this Matching Numbers job once these issues resolved.

As per your investigation there is no code before but admin created a category and it worked so now it is not working any comments on that?

Aslo have you innspected a site slow load header and footer docs why it takes long time to load the frond end? Our crew say that there maybe some functionailty connecting trough API using old IP address or needs to flush cache. Please advice if you can fix it or you want a new job for that as well?

Hello Nishit we have had some downtime here due to local cyclon, the site unfortunately still loading very slow i can see that from our end too. Are you able to to find out the problem why the fron end of the EN site loading slow?

Aslo have you checked #13652 (1)?
there are two issues holding this work error and site slow loading

Hi Jeff thanks for looking at that, yes i remember us flushing DB before but i also Nishit already made some auto flushing functonality so it should work.

Hello Nishit here is some feedback from the EN admins:

A. Site loading EXTREEMLY SLOW frond end very slow loading since you started working on it please improve it asap. (Especialy frond end pages loading very slow seems to be a conflict somwhere and codes waiting for some respond)

B. NEW sticker job does not fully work – we have added 274-200-0000 number in two categories New Numbers and Million Numbers https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/catg.jpg then we checked on New Numbers the NEW sticker not showing up https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/nonew.jpg, then search for this number and no NEW sticker again https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/srchnonew.jpg. However on million numbers category we found this number with NEW sticker on it.

C. Newly created category (brands still not apearing on the widget once created)
D. Site is loading VERY SLOW from the customers side, admin side faster BUT ironicaly the error that you fixed #13669 (3) autosuggest the autosuggets working BUT ONLY this particular function works VERY SLOW it did not work that slow.

Are you using any trackers in your code? Could you please investigate your codings ppl complaining more and more.

sure thanks Nishit the site was able to create a new category called Blocks and it works but some othre categories creation does not work so there is a bug there as well so it worked before and now does not ;(
