Hello Nishit, thank you VERY MUCH for enabling count option for 300, 500, and 1000 it is realy handy i have asked site admin to check Bulk Edit what ever left to tidy up this work and documented it and let you know. for Regarding the Expand/Collapse category button before when we click on + icon the category (US States) expanded and we could see all the sub categories (State Area Code tick boxes) drop down so site admin can see US Categories Area codes and select what they need. No as you can see when we click on US State in higlights US state but not exapnd its area codes.
For Refund i have asked site admin to clarify what exactely does not work refund amoutn on email notificaion and they say nothing works correcly. When they need to refund the ammount paid it refunds incorect ammout and sends wrong email notifications as well as its order shows absolutely wrong quantity so site admin manulay puts refunded money to the customers credit and it is frastrating as it worked before and now broken please fix it Nishit.
Once this fixed we would need to check again in all Carrier Look Up task done and ready to be used – please let me knwo if anything still to be completed if so let us please finish Carrier Look up API task too and we will need to close this job and pay for your work.
Before we Pay please double check with your team if your new paypall acount is now active so we will start processing money to your new ceo….. PP account.

Yes you are right we need to urgently fix Bulk Edit so EN site admins can start working and then we can work on other errors.
Please Nishit check all the Bulk Edit issues mentioned in #14513 and then other points.

For #14500 – we have checked your dropdown and adding “No Brand” option so we can remove numbers from the brands,it looks good thank you for that.
MULTI SELECT
for multi select – site admin have mentioned that multi select with CNTR button is not convinient for that and they woull like to have a radio button or tick box so the can click on multiple brands and move their numbers to the brands they want.Aternatevely you can leave it as it is but multiple brand selection should be just by click without CNTR btn. When we click on brand one it has got selected when clicked on brand two it has got also selected. If we clicked again on brand one it has got unselected and so on.When selcted brands got higlighted this is good we like it.
MORE INFORMATION FOR BULK EDIT:
Site admin want to transfer 7000 numbers from one brand to No brand or othre brand and we still need to use Change All function so it will speed up process rather than doing it page by page. By the way there is only 100 pages https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/100Pages.jpg can be editable at a time the question is if you can increase 100 pages to 500? We thought even to ask you 1000 pages but not sure if it will overload the system. Could you please advice?WE FOUND AN OTHER BUG
On bulk edit page we noted that under Categores tab we no loner can expand States drop down. Before when we click on + icon it expanded categories area codes but not it seems to get broken also on the same tab we no longer can use Expand All and Collapse All links these stopped working could you please fix it? Site admin and their team glad that you could partialy fix Bulk Edit but as metioned above the amout of numbers to edit is huge and we still wating when you fix “Change All” pop up function. I think you can fix it as it was before when we save blank field it removes all the numbers from all the brands or since you added No Brand option you can make this Pop up to remove all selected numbers from all the brands if site admin put No Brand in to the popup field.the EN team strugle to remove big amout of numbers from the brands and we though that we can use Change All popup with No Brand option but it seems to be still under repair.
We also found an other option where we can export some of the products to excell file select Bulk Edit trough file https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/Export-Products.jpg and in the SVC file change brand with an empty filed then save the file and import it back again to the system but for some reason it did not allow us to do so and responded with a error message as “dublicate products found and the file not been imported” – so the quesion is if you can check and advice how we can use this export / Import feature as we may do somthing wrong or if it is broken to fix it. We know that we did not ask you this before and if it is fixed or maybe if you can check and advice how to properly export / Import files for bulk edit we will also pay for your help.

The problem is that we still not fixed any of the points here #14493 clause A in particular and EN team VERY angry as they can not remove old numbers from the brands… Please fix it ASAP people can not work and they say that “Change All” popup should be always save blank filed so we can bulk select all the old numbers and then click “Change All” link and save blank popup and this used to remove all the selected numbers from all the brands (since we saved it blank) this suppose to be a default function not sure it is now not working 🙁
Any way we are waiting for you when you fix it so we can continue working on EN bulk numbers and we also document it to the document archive so you can also access it while do other works and always refer to its default settings so they 100% working.
For friends APP I can see they trimmed its price a little a bit but it is still costly, but can you please ask them the following:
1. Once Friends APP development complete would you provide a support for the work if bugs / conflicts have been occurred?
2. The APP is integrated with WP Guppy messenger plugin if the WP Guppy Plugin got updated and as a result some conflicts with the APP will you be willing to provide us a support on re – config / sync support?
3. Does the APP rely on any third party connectors that may affect its proper functionality / connectivity?Nishit could you please put the Friends updates on Friends App forum here https://webmaklay.com/forums/topic/messenger-app/ so we can track all the messaging properly.

AS A SAMMARY FROM ABOVE – Im very sorry Nishit but i can not undestand your message when you saying: “bulk edit there is currently no function for that“, “drop-down was also not here before“, “bulk edit brand selection instead there was no function which support brand selection” if all these have not been done then somthing was not finished from previous task and now we experiencing this Bulk Edit complains.
I also found that Bulk Edit task have been added to a some other tasks i think next time we better split these tasks in two. There were some bussy times working on Master Port Out Pin job which we shouldnt be doing and next time we are going to make a separate jobs as we facing some errors during developemnt.
This invetsigation has been conducted as per EN site admin request. Now we encaurage you to urgently fix / complete bulk edit unfinished work as we need it for EN site production which is now stuck.
Once Bulk Edit job complete we will document its test results and store it for our records in our DB.
We have agreed to add some more funds on closing this Carrier Look Up job if you will be able to complete Bulk Edit task urgently.Please let me know if you have got any questions on anything.

The problem goes back to that time when we though that job is done and probably not properly tested so we now can see what we see. Unfortunately now when EN team needs this function working it is not working. From your messages again could you please clarify if you need more money for the task properly done is that what im hearing from your reply.
Currently EN team still reporting that it has not been fixed and they can not bulk remove thousands of old numbers from New Numbers brand in order to bulk load and edit new bunch of numbers and this causing a big problem.
Just to remind you that when customer select bulk amount of numbers that say sitting in New Numbers brand and click “Change All’ then pop up filed pops up and if we need all selected numbers to be removed from all the brands we save popup window filed blank and that used to remove all the selected numbers from all the brands.
A. Currently we can not save blank filed in popup please fix it. Site admin says that they could save blank pop up window before.
B. Single edit not working as mentioned earlier and you saw it on the video above after removing brand then click save the page goes blank and not saving changes this is a bug.
C. In your drop down please add multiple selection and also add in the selection list “blank” empty selection to remove number from all brands.These above instructions what we wanted you to do last time (maybe slightly different ) but already paid but still not working. You can do it your way unless A,B,C points are implemented. Please do it today as it is urgent!

The requested price is almost the same as we have got a quote from other developer who’s offered us brand new redesigned messenger APP but we rejected due to following points below:We wanted our previously purchased source code app repaired (no need to spend too much money for redesigning) just to repair .
Our previously purchased source code app is already integrated to our WP messenger plugin.
We wanted YOU (your company) to do the job as we mentioned earlier we have been trying to demonstrate our loyalty towards to our business relation ship with your company.The requested price found VERY high. The project is non commercial. The APP source code is already exist (please confirm if you have downloaded the source code from the job page) no design require only repair / upgrade.

If number is new but also belong to repeaters how site admin be able to select both New Numbers and Repeters or maybe somthing else in the same time?

Could you please advice what was the problem so it was not before but now it is there?
Aslo please advice if site admin want to remove all the numbers from all brands how do they do that?Site admin say that if they go bulk edit and then click on “change all” link and in popup leave the field empty it should remove all the numbers from all brands would you please advice if that works too?

there were only my suggestions on that task but if you done dropdown this is still good as long as we achieve the job’s goal and customer can work with bulk edit.
