Hello Nishit numbers on the home page are incorrect 1-800-0000 it looks like a toll number and it is not allowed for excellent numbers and vanity was not correct please change it as below:

Regestration people still colmplain when they register and missing filed in the pop up says “field” missing – every one asking WHAT Filed is it a zip code is it an address, pass or email, ….could you please specify in the popup what’s got missing in the pop up so it is clear for example: – password field is missing! or first name field is missing and etc..

Hello Nishit thanks for enabling mobile version, im glad that we do not need to move bak to old template again. No questions about caching the point was that people seeing old mobile and clicking new links on it and old mobile site was working as it is not swicthed, if we on new template there should not be any any old themes around as people got very unhappy.

Could you please fix this one too https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/1.jpg so it works notmal so users can buy / reserve them or activate depedning on each case scenario not all the buttons together, and please check it is all aligned properly text buttons and all the styles.

I aslo noted that your still leave “OR” word diffrent color we asked you many times please make it same calor as all the font at the top header menu so all ” Signin or Create accout” same color font

While you doing this will send you some other issues that ppl reported today in the next message.

Since we gone on air and most of the people started clearing their cache then now you saying switching template, we can do that it is VERY bad we can not say people clear cache again later it is not profectional and impacts our reputation.

We must finish majour things today before tomorrow people are very bussy and it is hundreds and thousand users !!!!

Hello Nishit, depends how long it takes to repair all this, this was i keep saying to check before moving now we told team it is up and runnint and they all started checking all the site and sending us bunch of issues

Also have you tried opening responsive theme on any mobile phone?
I have got some EN feedbacks today, they reporting plenty problems,
1. Mobile site not opening on their mobiles Iphones and Android (Site can not be reached error)
2. On desk top and laptops some areas looking messy if you click any number it shows all the buttons together https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/1.jpg,
3. Text misaligned 
4. Who cleared cache they can not open mobile site AT ALL try your self I did and it says (can not reach the site)
5. Who not cleared cache they for some reason opening OLD mobile site with VERY messy graphics
6. The meta description of the ExcellentNumbers absolutely crap and no longer showing on the google search.

These above just a few issues sedning to you for URGENT FIX

I have got some more to text later please fix these all ASAP I will send some more …

aslo about home template will not be touching it and let you know if any changes, however please please check if the banners sections works well.

Oh wow cool, Nishit that was super fast, okay what will do now could you please go trough the site and see if all works, im not going to update En team now i belive there will be feedbacks very soon.

Will also redirect support HelpDesk emails to your eamil address so you will be able to check if any complains, comments or questions come up from anyone.
Most of teh customers using mobiles for their EN operations so we will need to check if mobile version works great.

Will give a day for EN team tomorrow and if there is no complains will tell them that we have moved (as they might be bussy there) and then will send notifications to all EN members and customers and give an othre day or two for that if all good will close this job and start doing other jobs that we have plenty.

After a week or so will delete EN.CV direcotry from the machine unless you need it for your future jobs.
