Hello Nishit we have finaly recived some feed back from EN team please see below:

1. Down Time task: Does not work the EN team say that blank page still appears especualy when EN team regest refund from the client account and click SUBMIT the last page not being displaid and shows blank page as if the site experience down time.
i think the problem can be one of the loong time taking DB queries that system team found during EN DB investigation

2.To reverce the site back to sandbox the EN team suggest that it is very complicated and they do not now the production wise safe option to do it they will try to figurout how to switch back to sandbox and let us know.

3.On EN regestration page both tabs Personal Details and Billing Details have a field Company Name which is compulsory to fillout. Please remove compulsory rule and allow customers to skip the Company Name to be filed out as many customers do not have companies;)

4. During regestration process, customers complain that they can not see the regestration process stages such as (loading gif, “please wait” message, or processing) could you please check that customers (some of them old) could clearly see the regetsration process is going.

Same thing when customers click “send verification email” they can not see if the verification email sent message or laoding, gif or message being sent… and ect)

Potential client waiting and then suddenly the page redirects him to the EN home page.https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/respExp-scaled.jpg ( on this image i can see that the right hand side menu tab is not showing probably this is why customers can not see login page)

Some customers can not understand that they need to scroll the page down on their mobile and send email verification again. Some of them send email verification and because it redirects them to the home page above thy think it is not working but after some time they scrool down and see Verification Failed because it is Expired!!!

There should be more messages to make this process user friendly so customer can see that verification email send and valid for 1o mins or 20 mins. We noted that expired after 15 minuts.

Some people do not see loading giof, messages and notes they think it is nt working and then after sometime see email with verification button then they click and then it works. Please make it user friendly and clear for them.

5.When customer recived PortOut Validation Email the link leads him to this page https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/1.jpg if you see at the tome we can see number “1” and customers also confused what it is. Can you please remove that 1;) Aslo can you please make the Number font displaid better maybe bigger font and good aligned. Buttons Approve and Reject can you please make then in a line rather than in column. Also time on the site is wrong can you please set it Eastern Time.

6. When customer clicks approve see this screen shot the pop up does not have a closing X icome is missing,https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/approve.jpg on the same page could you please make the buttons espesually CANCEL looking better we do not like current design.

As you can see Nishit the EN team only can check when they can and when they submit their feedback they find some other points taht suppose to be reported aftre Responsive Job for example…

Any way please fix it all as they mentioned i can see some points that were not discussed before for example how the buttons should look like so when you do your stile you did it as you think will be good looking for you so any further customisation or changes is paid task so wll add some funds to your payout.

here are above just a few quotes from system team investigations.

the EN project Db queries suggested to be improved and the good news is that there are not many f this DB queries that reqire some amandments and most of them are mentioned on the screen shots #16375.

So what they suggest is: Just review your coding structure, language you use and compexety of your scripts, see if it can mi simplified to reduce their DB connectivity speed so it takes les time to reachout the DB and as they advice it will improve overall project pages load and less server core stress and engagment.

Please let me know if you able to reduce the mentioned queries speed it will be great improvment for the project and we can request some budget for this improvment for you.

The other projects such as friends and others also under investigation and team will respond to each of the project developers with their recomendations.

Hello Dave, thank you for your reply and advice yes the system team are on it and finding some long DB queries on friends account related to the codes to DB connectivity which brings some stress to the server and obviously loads the time of data trasmiting.

Since this job takes long time to develop I also letting you know that we may conduct a root invvestigation on the app source code and your encoding technic.

Thus would you please send us your developing app source code for inspection we are going to hire a specialists who will go trough this work with our system team and advice any possible confilcits that my cause this issue.

The server team confirmed that the friends hosting machine is very porweful to handeling such a small projects as we have and we belive it is all about the long time taking querries to the friends DB. So one of our developer will be assigned for this work to investigate.

So please make a copy of the app source code for you and send us an other copy which has got latest app version you generated the latets app from. The investigation team will go trough all details and provide us some feed back about possible issues that causing problems and holds this job to complete.

Hello Nishit for your #16370: I was not able to update you yesterday because webmaklay server was not accessible.

Please accept our sencere appologies for this inconvinience i have reported this issue to the sytrem team and not this mattare had been succesfully resolved. The reason of this mishap was some plugins uncompatablity with the latest PHP v documentations.

Hello Dave as per your messages above i have requested system team to take a server investigation so they can provide us more information regarding friends account architecture performance.

Aslo we have been reviewing your app again and timed it that it takes 7 minutes in avarage to display sent message contents on the app users chats which is quite long time which we havn’t had before with the same server arcitecure while we were using our old app.

Lets wait for more information from the ssystem team and get back to you again. Meanwhile we havde detected unexpected app shutdown whcih we recirded on the video and attached for you below:

what the system team say was that friends account upgarded to a PHP8.4 vversion and is shedulle to upgarde to the latest 8.5 do you think we should ask them to try to downgrade this account to the oldest version so you can check it on the previous PHP setups?

Hello Nishit i have a report from the system team who’s checking server load and behaviour for Dave work and they found that friends account load is very good but on EN project there are some issues that they suggest you to check:

For example we have got fastests CPU and fastests disks but some of DB queries load takes a looong time to respond.
So system team suggest you to verify if there are missing indexes on joins , why a select query is hanging for 27 seconds, which is VERY slow and it should not take so much time, see some screen shots below:

this happens when you have complex query and you donot have proper indexes used for joining in sql structure.

average db query should be 1-2 seconds
Could you please inspect these lines above and improve your queries?

Hello Dave, thank you for your reply and thoughts is there anything you want me to ask from system team that can help you out. Have you checked the settings with the web guppy messanger if it is syncronized properly,or something with the third party pusher casuing any conflicts? The web messanger works well no issues it is only the app.

I have checked with server team and they said the server load for friends account is good there is no issues with slow connection.

Hello Dave in addition to our conversation above:
We were just thinking that the app is getting better but with this messages not being sent i was going to suggest to you maybe the problem is at an other corner as we can see that when we sending messages at the first stage the messages are being sent and we can see that the watches icon turnes to a ticked icone which indicates that the message sent but when user leaves the chat and comes back again it shous that nothing has been sent.

So i think you may need to check no why messaegs not being sent but why already sent messages being removed from the chat at every time user leaves the chat…i hope you got my point and it may give you an idea where to investigate 😉
