    Oh Nishit i hav cleared cache and now it shows as we asked.
    I’m a bit worry for switching the site now what if somthing got broken that EN site admin will find and we are all on weekend? Can we do it next week what do you think?

    Hi Nishit for #15407 1 and 2 okay!

    Yes unregistered users must not see the prices across the EN site, also please check the prices are not visable for unregsitered users on all the searches advanced search or anywhere else.

    Curently if unregistered users got to quick search and search any number the system forward them to the advaced search page and then prices become visable – this needs to be fixed.

    Hello Nishit, thanks for #15405, also thank you for testing template on EN.COM im glad we do not have any issues with swicthing on / off templates this is very good so again appretiate your effort on this.

    EN team checked again EN.CV theme and they are happy almost with everything but still some minor adjustmenst they asked us to do before migrating and here are these points below:

    BANNER ADJUSTMENTS

    1. On the picture https://excellentnumbers.cv/templates/Bootstrap/images/banner-img-1.png phone – please change this number 1-800-TECH-CITY to 1-877-440-0000
    2. Please remove “Toll Free” from Premium Local and Toll Free Numbers – and only leave Premium Local Telephone Numbers

    QUESTION – Can the EN site admin edit the banner by themselfs in the future.

    PROBLEM FOUND ON EN.COM
    As you know unregistered members should not see prices on numbers bu if unregistered members click on Advanced Search or Quick Search and it takes customers to Advanced Search page then unreagistered customers can see prices there please fix it.

    So please Nishit fix what needs to be fixed on your #15405 and above and we can move. Please find the best time for you when to move so you will be accessable if any majour issues to fix them. Aslo i would recommend you to do it before weekends so probably from monday because i do not think you can finish everything today and then we wil only have day or two for migration not sure if it is enopugh for you…but please let me know.

    If any issues that reqire time to addjust them roll back to old template.

    If no isssues please try to buy a test number makes sure that customers can buy numbers, aslo try to register if customers can register.

    Please aslo let me know if you have corrected refund task.

    since the migration is not complicated process please start migration at for your reminder and suitable time but after 02.00 AM US TIME (at night). Before activating please do nessasary backups of the files that are going to be replaced if any. Please let me know when are you going to activate your template.

    I like your important suggestions.
    We are planning to sent a mass notification to all EN.COM users once your responsive theme has been activated and confirmed 100% functioning.

    HOWEVER i agree with you we are already thinking about creating a direct support page between EN.COM customers and us.
    To do so we wil need to create a support page on EN.COM portal here https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=createPage. Technical Support

    the Technical Support link should be added as a Technical Support tab here https://excellentnumbers.com/account.php .
    the support page shoud contain the following form fileds for EN.CUSTOMERS;

    First Name
    Last Name
    Email Address
    Confirm Email Address
    Country, State

    Company
    Phone Number
    Do your have an account on EN Yes / No tick box
    Device Used (mobile phone , model, Desk Top OS browser details)
    Text box to describe the issue experienced so we could reproduce it.

    File to attach ( just allow jpg,png, txt)
    Sent button.

    The email copy should go to support@excellentnumbers.com and we helpdesk@webmaklay.com
    The fields will help us to gather issue information what we need.

    Hi Nishit would you please advice,
    A. if the ponts mentioned in #15322 all done.
    B. How long will that take to migrate

    you mentioned that it is a switch on/off process if point A. yes can we try to activate your responsive layout on EN.COM we just want to see how it is going to work.

    If all work well we may stay there and start deep testing
    If not then we quickply switch off amf on back to old theme.

    Please advice.

    yes please fix the mobile regestration it should be working as usual i have no idea why it has topped working and people can not register from mobile side.

    it can not break by itself it aways worked so please check the previous work you did on mobile which may affected mobile regestration process we shoud only repair and improve the EN project but not break En team awlasy find somthing that has got broken.

    Responsive Bootstrap design – Nishit no one going to test your work we expect the theme works in a great order.

    When we migrate all your theme shoudl work as other templates on EN design side. This is why i remind you that your Responsive Template shoudl be functioning as a template when we switch it it just replace the old template by new one and all the functionalities should be as they are.

    When we migrate the EN team not going to test your new template they simply start working on it and if somthing wont work that will be a big issue.

    I try help you and check your new responsiive theme from my point of you just to avoid any major new miss but i again im also not a tester.

    Please check your work so everythigg works 100%.

    There amybe some minor adjustments it is not alright but if we adopt new theme to the new working En project suoer fast it is okay. All the other core and main functinalities should work 100%.

    First think when we move the EN team will hilhly likley start checking all the points mentioed in #15322 and start creating new widgets, pages, menu and ect.,,, so please you got save on those. will come back to this after mobile regestration fixed.

    Hi Dave just to let you know that i could see your messages on Jully’s chat, when i tried to view what you sent my old app crushed imiddetly wighout even any chance to see what is on Jully’s chat. Im thinking maybe it is because of the amout of the data or maybe bacause i tried to open it with my very old app. Just to let you know so you may need to check this issue before generating a new app.

    Hi Nishit it seems that your #15371 (fixed regestration form)was regarding the dectop only and EN mobile version regestration form still not working and many customers trying to register now but from their mobiles and it is not working ;(.

    Well let me remind you about the customers and EN team:
    all of them are SUPER BUSSY people, some of them and their customers are retired and old some of them wearing reading glasses and do not have computer literacy.

    If you look at the video in #15385 people spent so much time when they try to register on EN project and it is very hard for them to figure out which filed not fileed and why regestration buttons are not procceed further they are getting very stressed and angrree why they can not do some easy steps taht supposed to be very simple.

    So they address their frustration to EN team and EN team reporting back to us and wondering why we still cannot fix it and make it user friendly.

    We hear some questions like: – “are you guys checking the process it self do you see that it is not user friendly and why you can not fix it?” ; ” are you able to cope with this job or we better hire somone else?” this kind of messages should be recieved as a high priority and even warning.

    That means if you Nishit not 100% finished somthing and saying that it is complete this is not the way we want to go. Im also not tester and we do not want to hire a tester as it will affect your payout.

    If you do somthing before reporting completed please make sure, DOUBLE , TRIPLE cheeck if the work is done, yes it is good to record a video from your side that it is working. Unfortunately i could not test EN mobile version and this seems to be still not done and regestratio process not working from EN.COM mobile.

    Yes im looking forward when we migrate new EN.CV to EN.COM and we no longer going to use old EN.COM mobile version, but in order to move there we MUST be sure all working 100%.

    From your #15381 i assume that EN.CV not even ready to migrate yet so we doing same mistakes again and again ( reporting complete job when it is not) .

    Please Nishit be very carefull with this as it is very serious we do not want to loose you and we trust your proffesionalism but we can not make our customers feel sad.

    So please FIX registration form on EN.COM both desk top and mobile. When im saying FIX on EN.COM decktom i mean it is working but when customers filliout the form please make it clear which filelds not complete so new EN members can see what to fill out which area not filled out if it is state make that field SHINE RED and message that somthing lime YOU MISSED THIS fealed to fillout please complete SO ALL THE PEOPLE can see hhat filed is missing and that feald hilights so IT IS 200% clear what is missing to proceed and complete with regestration, same on EN.COM mobile, and when we migtare IT iS ALL WORK on NEW RESSPONSIVE theme.

    Will add more funds to your payout later on if you do it quickly.
    THIS IS URGENT new EN customers want to register to pay money to EN so they can continiew trust you and PAY you

    it is impornatnt now once this 100% done we can continiew further.
