Thank you for your updates, I have reported back to EN crew and already got feedback from them.
Master Port Out Pin

Thank you for changing ON/OFF toggle!

a) If the switch turned on or turned off we do not need any pop up messages but when Master Pin switch turned on let it be a message on the switch / toggle “ON” and same for the switch turned off “OFF” status it also shows a color status any way 😉

b) We tried to activate Master Port Out Pin and put our number in the field as a default Master Port Out Pin and it shown on the page for sometime, but when we leave the page and returned back to the page the filed was empty we could not see a Master Pin Default Number in the filed that we set 1 minute ago. Would you please ensure that when Master Port Out Pin ON a customer inputs a number to the filed the number stays in the filed till the Master Pin turned off again.

c) We also tried to set up a Master Pin and then generate an order the order generated a random number agin and not the one we set as a Master Port Out Pin (default) probably same issue as clause b)

d) and an other problem we tried to activate a number for with new Master Port Out Pin enabled and we could not activate any number with new Master Pin enabled. We visited Activate Numbers page and when we clicked activate the loading gif keeps loading but not activating numbers. We tried to disable Master Pin function and still was not able to activate the numbers. We though that it has broken something and contacted Telinta to check this issue from their side and here is what they replied to us screen shots below:

For BULK Edit
Yes Nishit your previous observations make cense if number sits in two Brands say… NEW and Million Numbers and then site admin decide to move this number to the other brand say.. Repeaters then there should be a logic in that to specify which Brand this Number is going to be moved to from NEW or Million and this is why we probably need to make a tick box in front of every brand that this particular number belongs to and specify accordingly.

But for pop up there will be only one brand input where to bulk move numbers going to.
So let us do it this way and if customers decide to make changes on that again we will request additional funding for you so you can implement that as a next sub task but please make this job looking good with no conflicts 😉

Hello Nishit for Masetr Port Out Pin just a friendly reminder to reduce the allowed pin characters from 4 to 6 no more. The reason why site admin reduces to this amount due to Telinta activations if pin contacns more digits than 6 activation wont work. Aslo Pin should contain only digits no other caracters allowed.

Your sample screen shot looks good but leads to some risks when site admins accidentally clicked on x and close one of the brands and mess everything up.

For pop up according to site admin they need that only for bulk moving products to a different (single brand name not multiple)

Any way what ever you do we will let you know if any adjustments are needed.

Basicaly we want you to change Master Port Out Pin input fields to one filed not six as it was before and digets that can be used for Master Port Out Pin reduced from 4-8 to 4-6. We have also add more funds to apply such changes.

Looking forward to hearing some updates from you.

Hi Nishit Master Pin is easy to check your selfl if you activate Master Pin. When you enable Master Pin then you should set up your unique default master pin for example 00111 then when you generate an orger on EN your default API must be default Master Pin (since it has enabled) and not random.

Currently Master Pin even though it is enabled it does not work so this we can not understand how this Master Pin linked to API?

Mastre Pin Task not working. People activate Master Pin but random pin still got generated. Please if you belive it is working send us your video how it works at your end.

Hello NIshit thank you for checking price change i will ask site admins to check again or possibly send us a video.

For #13951 1) Becuase one number could be in two or more brands EN site admins would like to see all the brand that number belongs to. Currenly in this small window they can not see all the brands names where the number belongs to. Maybe if number belons to two brands that display two widnow so the can clearly see whci brands in if three then three widnows. Or bigger window and and all the brands visable on in a raw each, you can make your better option if you know better idea. Do not worry to make your oprion we will tel you if it wokrs. Unless we can see all the brands where the number belongs to.

For #13951 2) when site admin would like to bulk move multiple numbers to an other brand (for example from NEW to VANITY ) they go to the admin-products. Then select bulk numbers 50 , 100 or more numbers then click – bulk edit – change all in the popup they put brand VANITY and move all the numbers from NEW to VANITY. Becuase now numbers can be in two brands then site admin should be able to specify which brads they mobing numbers to what brand.

For example if 10 numbers belong to both New and Million Numbers the site admin go to site admin – products – Bulk edit select all 10 numbers them should be an option to see which brands this number belong to For #13951 2) then site admin should be able to move all 10 numbers from New and Million numbers to VANINY. Or they may want to change bulk numbers from Million brand but Leave on New and transfer all numbers Million brand only to Vanoty so then aftre transfer numbers will be moved from Million to Vanity but also remain in new.

10 numbers NEW, VANITY -> bulk edit NEW, VANITY

In the pop up site admin selects a brand where to they move all the numbers to. Maybe they wnat to move all numbers from both NEW and MILLION to VANILY only then it should be as below:

10 Numbers NEW, VANTY -> bulk edit VANITY
and so on.

Hello Nishit, thank you for your message. Yes you are very right i missed that condition that quick search not appearing on Advanced search page.

So far i can not hear any major complains from EN staff members which is a good sign. Thank you Nishit when fixing all issues with no delays. We can now continue working on Bulk Edit task which is the last task in this job. Please let me know when you finished that so we can test it and close.

Before uploading files on your weekend please double / triple check if all right and no conflicts or misconfigurations risks. If 100% confident then you do and we can test.

There is an other minor issue reported today that you can also fix as it is stopped working for some reason:

PRICE CHANGE issue
When EN site admins go to their product and in to the list of products page change the the price the price actually not being changed in product DB. How we found it was: – We changed the price $300 to #200 as mentioned above and it showed as it has been changed but on our API customers sites trough API show old $300 price so we returned back to our product lists and checked the price shows new $200 but when we clicked on the product EDIT button and entered its product settings page we found that the price there shows $300 🙁 which means that on product lists page “quick price change” does not work). So if you also could fix it please.

for #13943 1) i have manulay copied a working link from the brands and added in to Pages URL so it started working now but please check Nishit when site admin start creating pages or brands everything works well.

We will keep checking for the rest if any issues around and let you know.

Hello Nishit thank you for your quick fixes i appreciate your quick respond but please check everything before you finished your work today.

We have just quickly browsed the site and already found the folloing issues:
1. When we requested a number from QUICK SEARCH at the top right side of the page the search seems to be working but when the page results come the QUICK SEARCH disapear from the page.

2. We clicked on New Numbers page and it shows page not found https://excellentnumbers.com/brands/New-Numbers.html

for #139039 yes please make it working properly so if no numbers in the folder it shows 0 as EN site admins very confuced.
