Hello NIshit how is all going? were you able to resolve the FTP issue?

I havent heard from you regarding #13647 so i asked site administrations to check if any feed backs about the job you doing now and if any progress and here is what they replied to me below so please read carefully so all these poins are met:

1. When admin visits site admin then – products – view brands from there they were able to create a category and this automaticaly appeared on the site right hand side widget ” Top Categores” or “Popular Categories” so please check that it is all works. Aslo site administration know that we can manage EN widget from this page Edit Side Bars. https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=viewTemplates all these side bar blocks can be edited AFTER when they got created by site admin. The site admin blocks being cfreated and it works just make sure that all newly created categories also automaticaly created and appearing on the side right hand side widgets too. Please fix this point 1 urgently.

2. Second point is: we noted that you modified Add Brand page here https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=addBrand which allows site admin creating multiple categories https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Add-brand.jpg this is ok but this is not quite that we wanted you to do. We want you to make the job as per job description and here i will eloborate for you a bit more: When you visitsite admin – then products you will see all products (numbers in there). For example take any new number – when site admin uploading new numbers all new numbers automaticaly added to the New Numbers Group https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/NewNumb.jpg. If number lookls like 300-0000 then site admin should be able to add this number in multiple categories such as New Numbers, Million Numbers, XY0-0000 and ect. Currently EN system does not allow site admin to add one number in multiple categories.

We aslo noted that you already started doing multiple categories selection function in Products – Edit- Brand Name, but this functionality a bit inconvinient as site admin should hold CTRL key and select some brands but this customer does not like: – nither the way how categories being selcted no its design with gray hilighting. Would you please make the selection option looking as a radio buttons so site admin can tick those categories where they want to add each particular number please see this picture. https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/tickboxes.jpg aslo please make the selection box expandable as it is very narrow and it is hard to see for some peaople with poor vison.

3. Issue found, this is about what site admin asked us to be carefull while we doing this work to not break any excisting functionality. So here is what they found – this new number (618) 300-0000 was in New Numbers category and we tried to add this number in to two categories Million Numbers and New Numbers (used CTRL key which is VERY INCONVINIENT) we selected both and cliked save and checked Million Numbers category and unfortunately number was not in there. So we went back to Product – Edit and checked the Brands selection and selection we selected before has not been saved so this tells us that it does not work. The biggets problem is now site admin can not save new number in any brand due to selection function broken.

In conclution:

I understand that you are still in process of this work and did not tell us to test it but just tring to be ahead and reporting to you all these above so you could take these three points to your considiration and do this job as described in details above.

Hi Nishit sorry to her about your FTP connectivity, i have tried to open your FTP account it has loaded with seconds, the old FTP software that i used stuck and takes to loong time to open directory thats because old IP address saved in it. The FTP acctulay working well and loading very fast if you remove old IP address from there,

Can you try to create a new FTP account from CPannel please let me know if you can access it if not will try to create a new FTP account for you if that will work.

The software i sent to your uses same credentails that you have and opens your FTP account just for 1 sec i can send you a video.

Simply remove old IP from your FTP and use new one.
Please let me know how it all went trough for you.

Hello Nishit i have recived some feed back from the site administration regarding your Matching Number task.
you have created Matching Numbers poprular categoty wich is right, so we have to logged in to the site administration dashboar and change Matching Numbers name to a slighlty diffrent name (site admin might be changing it again). We saved new category name and it saved in admin dashboard but at frond end the category has not been changed and still showing Matching Numbers name as you have created in the begining.

Aslo when we changed Matching Numbers name to a diffren name from the frond end the link still leads to an old Matching numbers page and it is not changed as well.

So this is the first issue for some reason categories names not being changing when admin change them but it worked before. Is it somthing that needs to be adjusted from your end (as you have said ” Don’t worry if things are not going as expected”) or is it a error on the site? Any way this needs to be repaired.

Second issue to test the Porpular Brand area we have created an othre TEST brand and this newly created TEST brand not being shown at the frond end widget so we suspect it is all broken.

Anyway when you continiew on this task please ensure that all above working so the brand names changed everywheer accross the site from back end as well as at the frond end.

I think you still got the job right just needs to be re tunned everything right and when site admin edit any number please make sure that site admin can add their numbers to 2 or more categories as per jo discription the number can belong to tow or three diffren categories.

For example one number can have matching area codes and also be in repeaters category million number and ect. For that please check on this page https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Matching-Numbers-Selection.jpg so customer can add number to 2 and more popular categories while editing any product.

Hi NIshit yes you got it right in your #13621 but most importantly when site admin add such numbers the numbers wont conflict with othre popular categories so site admin can add same number in 2 or three other categories as per job description.

Oh thats said, you can install any other FTP client as the one you use now still reading old IP. Aslo you can reinstall your FTP client and install it again fresh installation and connect to the server again it should work.

Please note remove all saved FTP client settings from your PC sustem folder so you can install fresh brand new FTP client set up. I have tried this way and can connect to ftp with new IP.
