Hello Nishit we have had some downtime here due to local cyclon, the site unfortunately still loading very slow i can see that from our end too. Are you able to to find out the problem why the fron end of the EN site loading slow?

Aslo have you checked #13652 (1)?
there are two issues holding this work error and site slow loading

Hi Jeff thanks for looking at that, yes i remember us flushing DB before but i also Nishit already made some auto flushing functonality so it should work.

Hello Nishit here is some feedback from the EN admins:

A. Site loading EXTREEMLY SLOW frond end very slow loading since you started working on it please improve it asap. (Especialy frond end pages loading very slow seems to be a conflict somwhere and codes waiting for some respond)

B. NEW sticker job does not fully work – we have added 274-200-0000 number in two categories New Numbers and Million Numbers https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/catg.jpg then we checked on New Numbers the NEW sticker not showing up https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/nonew.jpg, then search for this number and no NEW sticker again https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/srchnonew.jpg. However on million numbers category we found this number with NEW sticker on it.

C. Newly created category (brands still not apearing on the widget once created)
D. Site is loading VERY SLOW from the customers side, admin side faster BUT ironicaly the error that you fixed #13669 (3) autosuggest the autosuggets working BUT ONLY this particular function works VERY SLOW it did not work that slow.

Are you using any trackers in your code? Could you please investigate your codings ppl complaining more and more.

sure thanks Nishit the site was able to create a new category called Blocks and it works but some othre categories creation does not work so there is a bug there as well so it worked before and now does not ;(

Hi Nishit thanks for your video, have you activated number stright from first attempt? Site admin says that it has been activating but not always from first attempt sometime it reqires 2-3 times to click activate button and it works , this was their concern

Hello Nishit there are addition complains come from EN team, they say these functionalies worked couple days ago and now it is broken:

3) Site admin – Orders add new order EN admin can not add orders to their clients as product auto suggest filed stop working see this video https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/add-orders.mp4 please fix it asap

4) Site admin can not activate numbers from site admin – products – activate pending numbers when we click activate we can see loading gif apearing for sometime and then it desapears then site admin clicks activate again and it did not work again aftre some times clicking on activate button it somtime works so please fix it asap.https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=viewactivepending

No errors showing up while processing numbers activation.

Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, we can see you have done most of the job and it works much better we can not add the number to multiple categories and selection functionailty now works good.

I have also discussed with the customers if any feed back on that and here is what they say:

1) When customers put new number in multiple categories there should be a rule working before that all new numbers should have a NEW sticker displays on every new numbers uploaded to the New Numbers category see this image attached https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/new.jpg.

So now since we allowed site administration to add new numbers in multiple category those numbers that are in new category should display NEW sticker and since this new number apears in other categories Million Numbers or X00-0000 category customers say that NEW sticker should be apearing on all listed categories IF number belongs to the NEW Numbers category. Site admin say that it is a error but we explained to them that in this situation it is NOT a error but just additional functionality that has to be added for this new (multiple selection) scenario,

So Nishit please make this functionaily and we have requested additional funds to add to Matching Numbers task to implement this work.

So if number belongs to multiple categories including NEW NUMBERS category the NEW sticker should be presenting on such numbers. If the number removed from NEW numbers category then NEW sticker not shown on this number.

We will add more budget in to your Matching Numbers job next week.

2) Site admin complains that since we started working on Matching Numbers task the site started working very slow. Pages load become very slow and some pages loading blank page would you please investigate that and remove all conflicting codding or bugs that slow down pages browser load.

and yes please fix the repair work discussed in #13652 (Clause 1)

Hi Nishit, thanks for your reply, it is strange but site administration say that it was working before, more than that they have created new Popular Category called Blocks and this came up on the sitde widget so it works sometime but not always so site admins would like you to fix this.

Please let me know if you fix it?
