Mark customer received your request that job is done and can be tested and after their tested they called me so i could check that port in is not working. More over there are some more complains and compliments about it i recorded for you in the video below:
Please Nishit check the video below if you could fix it asap.
Video Recap
a) Please remove webmaklay.tracker code from the Voip project as we have been measuring / monitoring server voip cloud connectivity.b) Please improve members home numbers loading and pagination. Once first page loaded it should not be taking too much time for loading the same page again. Please checks pagination – if customer has 16 numbers and one page display 10 pages the total pages should be 2 not 5. If 100 numbers there should be 10 pages no more. Those pages that are loaded must not take time for loading them again when plipping pages.
c) once port in request sent the gif appearing good well done Nishit it works also great work that all the page loading fast and only dynamic content being loaded with gif. However could we please have a percentages countdown or bar display percentages progress so customer can see how long time to wait till the loading process complete. 10% to 100% (please Mark Jeff could you please check how much more funds we can add to this task for Nishat to implement)
d) Please ensure the portin functionality 100% works i understand Nishit part he may not be able to test this as he hasn’t got numbers for his testing (please find some numbers below) but please make it 110% working.

altough could you please implement the following changes for your #11122.Account Pin – please remove asterix as it is not compulsory as somtime customer does not have a pin.
End User Name should not be in the address tab.
Location Tap – please remove both options Type and Value
Both street post-direction и street pre-direction not compulory please remove asterix.Please carefully check Inteliquent Port in fields so it is the same.

Just forwarding to you some messages that related to this EN upgrades development so you can continue receiving supportive information for your successful timely job completion:1) there are some replies regarding your Telinta queries mentioned in https://webmaklay.com/forums/topic/en-upgrades-23/page/2/#post-10652. This is the Numbers Activation task which is urgent. As we can hear from our clients that some EN site users can activate their numbers which is a good sign and it makes us thinking that you alrady partialy resolved this issue but when site admin logins their still unable to activate could you please resolve this too?
We have contacted Telinta with your message and here is what they say in reply between dashed lines below :

This user has customer class “default”. This class has AVALARA pre-installed tax system which is not active now. I just changed the class to “Retail”. Please ask him to test now
—————-2) We also started receiving complains that contact form delivers not formatted notification emails again as we thought has been fixed by your before. Could you please check that as it is important for our clients to be able to read their messages that being sent trough EN contact form. I attached a screen shot below for you so you may detect the issue and repair it asap.

Overall the Advanced Search upgardes should look like so: Design Changed/ upgraded 70% and adjust functionalities 10% and fixing some issues mentioned in 10661 20%Thank you for helping us with this.

VERY IMPORTANT WITH PEERLESS
When we create a rule for Peerless which has got plenty of numbers ends with 6666 but we are missing them all,
we create a rule but it does not work we noted that just one notification come from PeerLess about 6666 but where all the other numbers that matches our Rule with 6666?This has to be fixed ASAP as when we receive one notification, we are missing other hundred of numbers and this should not be happened.
Please check this Nishit.

for single rule or bulk area codes it would be easy to create two folders with email templates; one for single rule “S” and second for bulk area code’s rule “B” then you can add additional condition such as “All Numbers” and so once “All Numbers” condition selected the notification templates goes from B folder and if we specified numbers “end with” or “begin with” then “S” folder notifications being sent out.

Question
Nishit with this new area codes and unspecified numbers, we are thinking about new task that we would like to add but need to find if you can do it,When we set up a new area code notification rule for example 212 area code and when numbers filed is blank, then system searches any number that comes under new 212 area code.
So as Mark mentioned it can be 1000 numbers and notification comes saying about 1000 new numbers and we can click and view these numbers or preview it somehow BUT
are we able to make the system automatically reserve and even buy some “easy to remember” of them for example reserve and buy all numbers that end with 5555 or 8888 and so on.
Aer your able to do it? Please let us know if you can we add the job and budget for that task.
We need this function so we wont miss those numbers that released at night time for example and someone else purchase them. I think we have got that option working already (developer for inteligent) but we need it for PeerLess.

in reply to: Voip Optimisation #9823Good day Nishit, Mark, thank you Mark for perfect explanation, in fact for 9821 c) we are looking forward when we could tune our project apps as we want to gradually move to that platform so could expand our businessship with Siliconinfo company as well.
We are planning to combine this portal with Friends business members and store all the jobs there, if one developer got overloaded with the jobs an other developer can step in and take the other project developing. This will increase overall yearly Siliconinfo revenue plus we can improve our communication chain such as voice messaging, documents sharing, payments improvements, stats, charts and etc.
So hoping will do everything in a time.
