Is it something customers need to do, we have checked that EN site admin ticked all the brands so API customers can access from their API side.

in reply to: Maseter Port Out PIN #13861Hi Nishit in addition to my previous message we have checked the prices on home page are now visible but reserve button has disappeared ;(, this is also we need to look at when we fix something some other parts got broken down. Could you please check why it is happening?
For API calls in your : “i have default limit of 500” – we have some API customers ordering thousands of numbers from the EN project is that mean that now they wont be able to get all the inventories?
For your: “to prevent site speed issues” – do you think our project resources are subject to improvement please let me know more details on this. We need that our EN customers have an ability to get all numbers from our EN inventory and we no longer need restrict them from accessing any numbers. If it requires more resources i could hear that ppl say we do have enough, and if it requires more encoding improvement then let us know so we will include it in our future jobs for you.
Please also double check: – If three are two API calls available for the API to use then do our customers know about it, is mentioned in the API guide page and docs?
in reply to: Maseter Port Out PIN #13860Good day Nishit, thank you for your reviews and repairs, yeah i think we need to double or triple check on every codding’s we do so it functions well so we wont get back to that again for more repairs.
Would you please advice if any other factors affect these above errors on the site? We would not want you to spent your time on repairing issues and bugs and would like to know how to minimize them and eventually get rid of all the bugs and errors from the project.
That’s how we can focus on some bigger jobs that we would like you to do.
For #13859 – i hope these two different API’s use instructions had been already mentioned on the EN Developers page. Any way we are panning a proper job on API in the nearest future when we can modernize this part of the project by brining more efficiency and track and trace options for the API users and its management.

So far we do not have any complains from the customer, just one think they asked ” on this page https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/API.jpg” site admin would like to display all the numbers for the customers API and thus they ticked all the tick boxes and API cllinets got all the numbers exept “Million Numbers” and “Repeaters”
So we are not sure is it a sbug in API or is it a BUG on this page https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/API.jpg if you could have a look when possibble as it may be few clicks to fix? We tried to move one “Million Number” on to the other category and it displaid trough API but for some reason it is not being fetched trough API if numbers in these two “Million Numbers” and “Repeaters” ;(
We are planning next job on that page soon but meanwhile if it could work without interuption?

Also got some good news for you too, i have spoken to site admin and we do not have any complans from the customer’s side regarding your #13820. Despite additional cost on repairs site admin still agreed to add a bit of bonus to your total job payout which we have just done on your office page.
So now looking forward for this job completion, testing and close.

Please Nishit you can now continiew on the rest of the tasks in this Job and i hope all the API’s issues are now resolved and if so i will try to get some bonus for your support!:)
in reply to: Maseter Port Out PIN #13822Cool Nishit i will send them your messages, i hope it will beall working. For #13819 i will better ask site admin as they communicating with the clients and ask them if any issues.
Aslo Nishit while we asking customers and site admin to double check API would you please have a look at the API logs page that generated thousands of issues and we can not flush the data as fush buttons do not work we trying to delete and then everything comes back again.
Hopefully we can now continiew with the rest of the task on this job, and if any othre comments come we can respond accordingly.
