    Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, will notify site admin to check refund system if it works well now or any other side effects.

    Yes please let us finish Carrier Lookup task which is also due and we can test it as well. The site admin respond will maybe take time to check everything and get back to us with more feedback so we need to continiew on finishing the job and if any issues come we can finish all issues as they come.

    Hello Nishit thank you for your reply, it takes a but if time for your both Carrier lookup and errors fixing , this is why we keep asking you wny it keeps breaking up on the site.

    From your messsage now i think thats because you always add new codding on the system without reparing the core issue and this is why our system works very buggy due to multiple code’s layouts overlaping one an other. I think it is not good if you not reparing our system but adding new temp sollutions over and over again and this keep breaking again and then you spedning time searching which cable brokenand then deside to add an othre one…

    So please do not do it and fix our site original code as it worked great before and customers asking why it takes so long to fix the issue.     Please let us know what have you done so far what we can test? – there have been so many days gone we can not see progress ;(

    For your manager communication, honestly i can not understand what do you mean?, what ID? we have texted before and he replaied us with no problems https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/rep.jpg, if it is hard to reply on teams you can show him the job from the link we shared with your and let us know if you keen to take the job and if not thats fine we will source other developer.

    We are just beling colobarative by giving your company more jobs as a credit for being with us for some time instead of giving othre company to earn more money.

    Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, for refund issues I assume there is a error in code maths and this has to be fixed. You Can create some test orders and buy then process refunds if that helps you to identify the problem.

    Any news for Carrier Look Up testing? – when do you think we can test it and use?

    Nishit we have sent a message on teams to your company manager  Rupesh regarding our Friends App repair but he is not responding could you please ask Rupesh if they can repair our mobile app. If not we will source from other companies.

    Hello Nishit thank you for checking refund process bug im not sure why all these errors coming is it because you are working on the project and it cause these issues? Today site admin says that customers complain when they set up their pin codes on My Numbers page then save their Pin Codes and when they leave the page and return back again the previous settings did not saved… Would you please check this one too.

    Please Nishit just a friendly reminder while working on the project please let us be careful with previously set ups so we wont break the site 😉

    Hello Nishit, hope you are well, for #14409 i have spoken with EN site admin and we have some questions / comments about the following:

    * Please let us know when this Carrier Lookup API what kind of stats it will be displayed and on what page?
    * When serice is unpaid what kind of error will be displaied at the Cariere LookUp User end?
    * Please ensure that both pages Carrier LookUp Dev doc https://excellentnumbers.net/api/carrer_lookup_api.html and Numbers API dev doc https://excellentnumbers.com/pages/Developers.html have simmilar design currently they look diffrent.

    for #14406 we havent check this yet but it looks all right for now but site admin will be testing it thorughly and get back to us IF any issues. Meanwhile please ensure that numbers only can be shown to the following EN site groups: Approved, Wholesale, Resellers – all other group members incuding site non registered visitors CAN NOT SEE numbers prices;)

    Up on checking site admin found an other error about customers refund process; – We belive this gug still comes from our recent EN repair task https://webmaklay.com/en-repairs-2/ – Return Requets when we asked you to check a return data but we found more problems that that have not been fixed:
