I more and more realize that our previously created task Bulk Edit has not been done despite my screen shot sent to you during Bulk Edit work https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Multiple-Brands.jpg , https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Ticked.jpg
The problem goes back to that time when we though that job is done and probably not properly tested so we now can see what we see. Unfortunately now when EN team needs this function working it is not working. From your messages again could you please clarify if you need more money for the task properly done is that what im hearing from your reply.
Currently EN team still reporting that it has not been fixed and they can not bulk remove thousands of old numbers from New Numbers brand in order to bulk load and edit new bunch of numbers and this causing a big problem.
Just to remind you that when customer select bulk amount of numbers that say sitting in New Numbers brand and click “Change All’ then pop up filed pops up and if we need all selected numbers to be removed from all the brands we save popup window filed blank and that used to remove all the selected numbers from all the brands.
A. Currently we can not save blank filed in popup please fix it. Site admin says that they could save blank pop up window before.
B. Single edit not working as mentioned earlier and you saw it on the video above after removing brand then click save the page goes blank and not saving changes this is a bug.
C. In your drop down please add multiple selection and also add in the selection list “blank” empty selection to remove number from all brands.These above instructions what we wanted you to do last time (maybe slightly different ) but already paid but still not working. You can do it your way unless A,B,C points are implemented. Please do it today as it is urgent!

The requested price is almost the same as we have got a quote from other developer who’s offered us brand new redesigned messenger APP but we rejected due to following points below:We wanted our previously purchased source code app repaired (no need to spend too much money for redesigning) just to repair .
Our previously purchased source code app is already integrated to our WP messenger plugin.
We wanted YOU (your company) to do the job as we mentioned earlier we have been trying to demonstrate our loyalty towards to our business relation ship with your company.The requested price found VERY high. The project is non commercial. The APP source code is already exist (please confirm if you have downloaded the source code from the job page) no design require only repair / upgrade.

in reply to: Carrier Lookup API #14489Hi Nishit in addition to #14488, with your drop down brands selection, could you please advice how site admin can assigned one number or multiple numbers to more than one brand? If number is new but also belong to repeaters how site admin be able to select both New Numbers and Repeters or maybe somthing else in the same time?
I just tried to use your drop down and it only allows one selection…
in reply to: Carrier Lookup API #14488Hi Nihit on your video i now can see the dropdown selection and i also checked the site it also dropdown. When site admin sent video there were mo dropdown and there were no brands selection available.
Could you please advice what was the problem so it was not before but now it is there?
Aslo please advice if site admin want to remove all the numbers from all brands how do they do that?Site admin say that if they go bulk edit and then click on “change all” link and in popup leave the field empty it should remove all the numbers from all brands would you please advice if that works too?

there were only my suggestions on that task but if you done dropdown this is still good as long as we achieve the job’s goal and customer can work with bulk edit.

No one accessing EN filemanager and we not chnanging anything anywhere. Yes sometime site admin release their funds to pay for your job but not fully cheking your work as they arextreemly bussy, but when they pay this only happends as they trust us and we trust you. Thus we know that if any errors found later you repair them and this builds strong business relationship.
Bulk edit i could see there was a bradns selection before but when site admin sent us their video we littraly got shoked as everything we did before simply gone and we do not know why. So if you could advice why it is happening we will be more than happy to hear from you.
Im here not to blame anyone and i forwarding you videos that recorded by site admin. When we charge customer for the work and then this work disapears you can imagine what we are hearing here from the site admin and i tell you it is very unplesant conversations.
When we fix bulk edit we will go back to Carrier Lookup API as there are some quesions about this mentioned in #14477.
Can i also ask you you a favour and ask your to be honest – how many developers work on EN project? I mean there is only one person working on the project but if sometime you work on other projects and/or if you bussy or not available we belive there is someone else working on the site.

in reply to: Carrier Lookup API #14480for #14473 i can see that the Friends App Repair job has been assigned to an other developer’s user name this is why you could not see its budget i have now assigned it under your name so you can see the Friends App repair budget.
We have totaled all funds for for both repair and upgarde now.

Why when we do somthing we alwasy break somthing else why it is so hard to not make one job good without breaking somthing else?

Third big problem that site admin wants us to fix URGENTLY as they want to move all numbers from New Numbers brand but they can not as all BULK edit and SINGLE edit functionality got broken so please FIX THIS URGENTLY they can not work. Please ensure that site admin can remove numbers from all the brands. If multiple numbers selected and in pop window left blank then all selected numbers got unassigned from all the brands.
PLEASE FIX Bulk edit urgenty they very ungry.

Before your confirmation please make sure that all done as described on the job description espessualy regarding error response. So i would advice you to finish all check ups incuding finishing touchups so we can test it and close.

Initially both WP Guppy Messenger Chat and Guppy Mobile App have been purchased and owning together. These both were fully synchronized and worked great.
After some time WP Guppy Messenger Chat (GMC) got upgraded but Guppy Mobile App (GMA) not and that’s started causing problems on synchronization and users noticing it from their mobiles.
So what has broken and need to be fixed to make both Messenger and App working properly.
1. These needs to be fully synchronized as before what ever users can do on messenger, adding video, photos, geo locations and etc it all should be visible and doable on the mobile app.
2. When users send images from the App they can not see on the mobiles that images being sent so it should be fixed. User attach an image or multiple images it all uploaded into the app screen and sent and showing on the mobile and othre use whether one on desk top or mobile all should see the content sent and respond accordingly.
3. Same for Video App users can not see if videos being sent as there is no preview on the mobile screen and users think that videos are not being sent
4. Audio messages we can sent MP3 files but sometime when we record stream audio it is not being recorded. It shows that the voice message being recorded but when file sent nothing sent.
5. We would like to get all above repaired and also change the App icon upon new APK file generation.
If you fixed that above the we would like to have some upgrades done on the APP
1. We would like users to be able top share their Youtube or other platform videos from the App. For example if user attached a YouTube link it has got attached to the message with its preview displayed.
2. We would like Mobile app has got an option for its users to record offline text, voice messages. Users can record voice massagers or put some link while offline the audio recording has been recorded and being sent on next available hot spot when internet connection become available.
3. Notifications, once user received a message on their mobile app there is a sound and visual notification being shown on their mobile (Currently we do not have this feature)
Once all done above please kindly generate APK files for both Android and Apple’s iOS
