    Hello Nishit i have got a feed back from EN team, for your #14118 test could you please do the following:

    Please do same steps as in #14110 but in one order please buy several numbers also add those in #14115 plus add couple more from EN inventory (cheap ones). Then see if you can reproduce any errors?

    for the #14110 issue, site admin say that they have already created these numbers in Telinta so you can skip this step metioned in #14110.

    For #14113 have you tried to put any numbers to repeat those steps from #14110?
    If not can you please try any number and i will ask site admin if any specific numbers we can use instead

    Hello Nishit

    Thank you for your updates we have reviewed your process for #14100 and found it slightly different from what the EN site admin have been going trough so the errors still persist, Would you please refer to the following reproduction process to detect the issue and fix it:

    We go to site admin – orders – add new order – search a name of the customer who’s this order going for (you can add your account webmaklay) – next step is very important that we do not need to search for number BUT ADDING NUMBER MANUALLY which does not exist in EN DB then go as usual – next step and next step till purchasing number.

    Before activating we go to Telinta creating this same number on Telinta manually then we come back to EN

    Product – activate pending numbers and try to activate ( here you will find that activation for such numbers absolutely not working) so what we do is we go the EN ” Assigned Phone Numbers” page. Searching for our number (you can filter by pending activation) then click activate this number and ( here you will see the second error the page got freezing loading GIF keeps going for sometime then you should see a syntax error) so we can not activate it from EN website,

    Then we returning back to Telinta and looking at this number and it surprisingly shows activated – but notification that being sent to the site admin shows ” Activation not successful” although this number is activated on Telinta. ( an other error with wrong notification)

    SAMMARY
    We think this been happening due to manually added number is not in the EN DB (because we manually adding it) if not in DB then where this number being saved and if the API is functioning correctly. Please also check why syntax error popping up on Assigned Phone Numbers page which may help you to find the a problem.

    We were creating same manually added order with the following number: 645-444-4444 please do not do anything with this as it has been now activated as we described detail process for you above.

    There are some further jobs related question Nishit – as you know on EN admin site design there are some prebuild website designs but none of them have got a contemporary responsive designs so one of our next jobs to create one so site admin can switch to the new template and use responsive design for their EN front end layout.

    We also know that you are not a designer thus our BS developer have designed a draught for new EN site design and we uploaded his responsive EN library to the following directory https://excellentnumbers.net/project/

    So what we want from you to do is – to use this newly designed responsive boot strap files and codes to implement it to the EN admin – site design library. When you finish that we will switch the EN site to the responsive look which also become available for the mobile devices, and we can temporary disable EN mobile site which requires extra labor on every time new jobs implementations.

    An other scenario can be is to upload all the BS responsive EN files to the EN directory and just migrate all functionalities to its new frame works. For example if you can see new EN responsive draught source codes it has got all the containers for embedding main content ( numbers list) , menus, navigations where we can embed current EN functionalities.

    Please have a look at this newly created layout https://excellentnumbers.net/project/ and kindly let us know if you have any questions. This job is going to be processed on the mirrored EN website so our works wont affect EN production routine.

    Hello NIshit i have checked your screen shot https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/cart.png and it looks nice to me, i also shared it with site admin and they say it looks much better just suggested us to wrap its content in a nice looking frame but please do not make a frame to bulky or shar color it would be good to have a color of the frame same soft colors and shape so it matches your design.

    I also got some feed back for our previous work and repairs: when site admin creates a manual order and then goes to activate pending numbers the activation does not work, they click on activate link and nothing happening again no errors no loading gif or messages it is like absolutely not working activation. Could you please have a look at that?

    Just try to create a manual order and activate it from pending activation page so it works.

    Some orders site admin activate manually from the order page but when we see these order numbers on pending activation page we can see that these numbers still showing as pending activation! Not sure how that can happened if we activated them it should be activated everywhere so can you please check this issue.

    There was a number 7047044878 we tried to activate from site admin All Pending Numbers page the activation seemed to be started and after some time we could see a error displayed.

    Thank you for your message and reply, for icons Nishit please try to make icons looking more specific, as customer pointed out that if the tab related to the telephone number it should be more close to number but not to telephone πŸ˜‰ and so on.

    For your screen shot styles #14093 I have received more comments from EN crew saying that style and colors we shown are not good: – “do not like eggplant and too much blue”. It is may be a bit challenging to find what they actually like but what I have found out from them that they just creasy about iPhone and the style apple use for the iPhone and its content graphics.

    As you probably already realized that almost every job we do for them they want us that graphic looks as on iPhone. If it comes to the switches, toggles and buttons they want to look similar on i Phone clean, soft but colorful enough to attract their customers.

    As i have already mentioned we may start a bigger jobs on EN soon but need to prepare the EN morrow for that to be started. Meanwhile please try to look at this video which hopefully help you to understand what colors EN team like and orientate our focus on such styles they like.
