CUSTOMER SERVICE RECORD

Please create a page on EN for customers service record also add a page link in to Manage Your Account widget named CSR please continue this link with an icon as other items in the Manage Your Account widget.

On the page please create a title Customer Service Record and subtitle “proof of ownership”. The page should contain a table with all the customer information for the number(s) purchased. Please populate the following information on the page and keep all the EN project design styles on Descktop as well as on Mobile Site.

1.) Phone number
2.) Status
3.) Account number
4.) Business name
5.) End user first name
6.) End user last name
7.) End user address
8.) address 2nd line
9.) Pin code

the image above is a sample of the table how it should look like please feel free to change it if necessary.

Please make sure that table and page looks professional on both desktop and mobile.

API Work flow update
Please update EN API work flow as per message #9551

if the store credit is not available then it creates order with ‘Awaiting Payment’” can we please modify this to If the store credit is not available the system rejects the order with the kind message: You have got not enough store credit to proceed please top up your store credit and try again.

PHP V UP Repairs

Please repair all consequences and broken functionality after PHPV# upgrade including points mentioned in message #9578

Notes: please make sure all work must be done on both desktop site and mobile. Also please test all tasks before reporting completion.
