for #9765 i hope you are filling better now. Thank you for #9766 will check it all when all th page will be fully functioning and we get back to you if any issues.

for #9767 sure please do all needful, i think it is a good idea, so the admin side on dashboard functionality searches and orders numbers both numeric and vanity – currently we can not use it:

a. it does not search vanity numbers
b. it does not finding numeric numbers properly
c. those we find not exist on PeerLess
d. those it say available we can not order due to same issue as c.
e. please make pagination properly as mentioned earlier.
d. numbers count accordingly

so the dashboard1 100% working we are very much delay with this jobs unfortunately we hope you can tune it up asap

The Telinta access is the same we did not change it you can use Telinta access from your office page please let us know if any issues.

Hello Nishit thank you for your reply and explanation, well it seems that the functionality is outdated and it is collecting numbers in VOIP DB. We could not order any number from dashboard 1 page this is all issues being generated from.

The question is how we can upgrade all this functionality so we can order numbers from our vendors. It seems that DB data holds outdated information and those numbers that are on Peerless are different. Can you please come up with an idea how we can make clients ordering numbers so they are available and orders got trough.

Pagination and numbers orders need to be also sorted, since we assigned this job for you we expected to be updated and here is why out team’s comments above. Kind of miscommunication as we though you have already upgraded dashboard 1 page and search.

When we read your ” i have done some changes on this page or on search” we have heard it as – “it is ready you can test” i think it is good if you could give us more information about what exactly you changes about and what has been done, which is fine we will keep it for future communication.

So what would be your plan regarding numbers ordering? Are we able to keep fresh Peerless data or request numbers right from Peerless DB?

Hi thank you for #7559 have got message from admin that search is not working,
the vanity that are available on our vendors not shoing on the search, more over we have tested simple numbers to search and found that some numbers being fund are not available on vendors for some reason.

Those we found trough search we tried to order and while ordering the error saying that number is marked not available in our inventory however we have got an email from voip that new order has been placed for # .

We tried CA x00 and x888 inteligent it finds some numbers but they are not in inteligent.
We select some numbers and no meter which number we select first showing not available, the second numbers showing as available and we click purchase then seeing a message that is not available.

Also when numbers listed pagination does not work as well, we click next page but numbers showing from 1 to 10 if we go to third page – numbers are changing but numbers orders are still from 1 to 10 when we used all pages but pages not going any further.

So as a result there is a kinda of a mess here hoping fix it all on next week.

For #9751 are you able to make a sync task so if we delete user on Tellina it will remove from Voip. Since we have some users on VOIP that are not in Telinta it means there is no sync process.

Hello NIshit thank you for your reply, the search should request numbers from Intelligent and Peerless i can not understand why you listing from Telinta?

The Voip search should get numbers from vendors that are on vendors listed on VOIP. Just only Peerless itself has got 17 million numbers and there are huge portion of vanity numbers available so if the search not finding it then it simply does not work.

Could you please advice if you are ok with the task and your plans how to maintain this functionality.

Hi Nishit for #9748 we have just tried to search Vanity from dashboard 1 trying, HOME,ROCK,LOVE under the line field (could not use letters in NXX field yet) but we were not able to find any numbers on any of the vendors DBs available

we are not sure yet whether it is a luck of such numbers combinations or failure in search queries, will keep checking and testing it.

in #9748 – it looks like you were on current search feature which allows us to hunt repeaters from the Vendors’ data base. The modifications you made will be tested as i think you have got the point that we would need to be able to search all the easy to remember phone numbers plus allowing customer to request and detect vanity combinations as well.

We will test how your changes work and get back to you.

for #9750 – as per vendors deletion, yeah it is a bit tricky since client’s parameters comes from API and we can not create our Voip API to delete vendors from our end, however since Telinta – VOI have synchronized would that be an option to maintain a scenario when site admin delete vendor on Telinta it will sync the data and during synchronization not confirmed vendors record from Telinta got removed from VOIP?

For example: Sync Sycle 1
Telinta VOIP
Vendor 1 Vendor 1
Vendor 2 Vendor 2
Vendor 3 Vendor 3

Site admin removes vendor from Telinta and Sync 2

Telinta VOIP
Vendor 1 Vendor 1
DELETED Vendor 2
Vendor 3 Vendor 3

those vednors that are not confirmed during sync Sycle removes records from Voip as a result:

Telinta VOIP
Vendor 1 Vendor 1
DELETED DELETED ( Not confirmed during sync)
Vendor 3 Vendor 3

Please advice.

Hello Nishit for #9704 if you can make a vanity looking in letters that would be great otherwise digits are ok as long as vanity got recognizable and searchable.

As per letter x would you please clarify if we have got any search parameters on Voip site while searching numbers with “X” character if not it should not be an issue. Otherwise we may need to exclude this parameter while searching vanity # in the Dashboard 1 search in particular.

Hello Nishit thank you for your updates and queries,

in 9705 we thought so that Peerless search functionality not working as we did not revive any data from that vendor ;( yes please Nishit we need to add Peerless to both refresh Now and Search functionality as we need entire Dashboard 1 task display all information from all vendors. We may need to think about how to optimize its Peerless Loads so we wont wait for its results.

In 9706 as per task we tried to search 000 digets and could not get any responds in fact the search has got frozen and what we saw was only loading gif working in the middle of the page and all other areas of the page was locked and looked math bluer so we could not stop frozen searching process and could not access other tabs from left hand side menu. The reason being is all page got frozen because of the loading gif.

So we would like you to make loading appearing in a separate frame popup that can be closed, also set a loading process time limit if no results appeared after 50 sec -1 min there should be a message, something like “unable to establish connection please try again later”
