    Hello Nishit how is all going we could see you were doing something what is your professional thoughts about our vendor searc? We are looking at those parameters how our vendors storing numbers in their DB and each number has got separate sections such as NPA – NXX – Start – End – Vanity https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Numbers-Vendor.jpg

    would that be more efficient to make the same search structure to improve our vendors numbers searching?

    thank you for #9913 although it took a long time to do that.

    We have got a bad news Nishit we have asked a tester to check your progress and found that there have been number of previously functioned options on Vopi Porject that no longer functioning on the site.

    1) this VERY IMPORTNAT condition we pleased you to keep safe and to not break https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/notes.jpg is now broken:( As a result client losing a lot of money as they have been missing important numbers on the Vendors DB.

    Please see some screen shots below. We have got some rules that used to work on Voip Settings Notifications now stopped working. As an example see this rule here: https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Nots-Broken.jpg and it does not work as when tester logged in to Vendor’s DB these numbers are there https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Numbers-Vendor.jpg but we missing them (as no notifications coming about it) as numbers specified notifications got broken and stopped coming:(

    2) We have been receiving these notifications now https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/00numbers-wrong.jpg but these are wrong, some numbers that are on the vendors DB are missing again see this https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Vendor00.jpg

    3) When we see some numbers that are available on Vendors and set the rules for them we can not see notifications about such numbers Available on Vendors DB which means cron jobs that we set for every one hour does not work as well or somehow affecting notification emails.

    4) this is why we asked you to put an UPDATE NOW button on Notifications Setting page https://portal.voip.us/admin/settings somewhere here https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/update-now.jpg so site admin can click on that and got immediate fresh data update from the vendors according to the number’s rules set.We can not miss any of the numbers that are set in our rules.

    We can not understand it is not a difficult job mate to take almost a month to stuck on here? What has happened with you Nishit?:)

    So the very important question is now; – Can you fix it all ASAP URGENTLY

    Hello Nishit, thank you for your updates,
    in #9904 that was good idea so you can test your notification work too. You still can stitch notification function temporary (1-2) hours but please leave it always working especially when you leave or go for weekends.

    thank you for adding a code for area codes, We now started receiving only one notification that contains multiple numbers which is correct if it is about area code, BUT if you open notification settings there is no any single rule created for bulk notifications (area code only). We tried to create it but we can not do that as number’s field still compulsory (so this https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/not-allow.jpg still does not work.) and not allow us to safe a raw with empty numbers filed.

    also we noted our number’s specified rules notifications stopped coming could you please fix it asap.

    PLEASE NOTE – We want to receive both notifications about our specified rules (numbers ends and starts from condition as we used to receive before) AND “bulk notifications” for such rules that have only area codes in a raw.

    Hello Nishit thank you for your message, just to help you out with this i would need to undrestand somthing from what you have mentioned in #9893:

    1) When you say: – “I stuck into area code notification” is it something you can not do or can not understand?
    We can see that we still can not set a new notification rule and it seems that new rule can not be saved without indicating a number , can you please clarify here.

    Because your we still can not set up area code only how we can test it? If area code set without a number combination it should send notification about all numbers listed in the area code: see this task we have added for you https://webmaklay.com/voip-optimization/ – Area Codes Bulk Management.

    2) for #9883 – again please see this task here https://webmaklay.com/voip-optimization/ – Area Codes Bulk Management we have added for you it is not complex we just think that you may missing some points there.

    and lastly very important Nishit – Voip site admin complaining that they do not receive notifications on their emails from Wednesday when i send you this message #9879, if you not working on the site can you please turn the site back to production mode so the site admin can receive notifications about new numbers as they missing a lot of numbers on the market and we do not want then start complaint on our long time development plus the notification breakage for their work. THIS iS VERY IMPORTANT.

    Hello Nishit thank you for your reply, im temporary not running after working ours shifts and can not reply to you at the time when you work (time difference) this is because we are running very late with our Voip Optimization progress and company saving money.

    So I will try to send my messages more clearly so we wont loose more time on communication.

    For #9879 thank you for working on area code notification changes, would you please advice when this can be done (EST).

    as per #9873 – here is the question – are you able to do this functionality and if so will you do it? – we would need some time to generate an order for this task and add more funds to feet your labor.

    Hello Nishit we have received an urgent message from Voip admin they say that it has been notification working 24/7 about all new numbers according to notification settings, the site admin noted that new numbers being released on both Peerless and Intelligent but they stop receiving notification emails for some reason.

    are you working on it now?

    Hello Nishit, for #9871
    a) yes your got it right but it is not working, we have tried to create a new Add Raw and on area code we could not set any area code as selection comes All by default and we can not specify any area code. So it is still not usable. Can you please check and test it before RAF.

    b) by specifying area code only (if “a” works) without any number we expect the system tracking all the numbers for area code specified. For example we Add Raw select intelligent then select only 212 area code then under condition i would add an othre condition “any number” so the system can track area code 212with any number regardless how this number starts and ends. Then we leaving ” Numbers filed empty as you have already done in your #9871 a).

    WHY WE NEED THIS:
    As mentioned earlier – there are some new area codes coming in USA for example 212 and there is no numbers in this area code on the market yet.

    So what we would like you to do here is to allow our system to track our vendors when they release any number which is under 212 new are code. It can be 5 numbers or 5000 (we do not know) but we do not want 5000 notification messages coming to our email about each of 5000 numbers but only one message that says something like: There are 5000 numbers have been released under 212 area code”

    Such nitification we only need for the notification Raws that does not specify number in the number text field
    All othre notification raws that specify numbers ends with and starts with can be same as they are (nt many numbers ends with 777 for example or start with 555.

    To make it simple for you i would add an other condition for the Condition field and name it ‘Any Number” with this selected you can separate notification messaging.

    So once again if too many numbers released under “Any Number” condition, – notification can say that something like: There are 5000 numbers have been released under 212 area code” When site admins noted this they can create new notifications Raws under 212 area code with specifying which numbers they want to target.

    For Peerless and Inteligent work flow if numbers being requested directly from API then why it makes numbers unavailable could you please clarify if ordering process not using old numbers that used to be stored on our Voip DP and at the moment of ordering such number the order fails due to unavailability. Could you please advice?

    Also could you please advice if there is any task left from this job that you are working on so we can test them?

    for #9858 does Remove Older Record Button removes old notifications from DB, i though the system deletes 10 days old notifications automatically?

    For notification update button : There are some new area codes coming up in USA and site admin wants to take control of it if any numbers release for this new area codes. So the point was if there will be a button to sync data and check if any new numbers released for new area code by using this ” Notifications Update”. How often does notification checks the vendors number?

    for #9860 thank you we will need to be sure that all system fetching data correctly from both Intelligent and Peerless so the numbers found trough API and successfully ordered. Please let us know if any additional adjustments require for this scenario implementation so we could discuss it with site admins and finance.
