in reply to: Voip Optimisation #9973Hello Nishit, thank you for your #9969, i now understand your frustration and confusion, as i have checked the job page i found that screen shot with sync button made for https://portal.voip.us/admin/vendors Vendors but task description is about https://portal.voip.us/admin/customer customers as you mentioned in your #9969 and you are absolutely right here.
Most importantly that you understand all this and i can see it in your reply. So what i will suggest you to do is please kindly Check that this both sync buttons work correctly so we can report client that it has been fixed and working and we move further.
When i say both Sync buttons – i mean customers page here https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Customers.jpg which was actual complain come about so it works as i described to you in my #9968
And second SYNC button that you positioned on this page https://portal.voip.us/admin/vendors.
Please ensure they both work and let us go further.Please Nishith let us also know about an other unanswered question in https://webmaklay.com/forums/topic/voip-optimisation/page/11/#post-9959 we must finish all task by the end of next week max as we still need to quickly jump to EN and do some work there by the end of this year.
Please advice if you are capable with this.

For 9958 – you do not need any screen shots here i will try to explain again, we need users/ vendors on Telinta to be synchronized with Voip. For example if you check accounts* on Telinta that are not exist on Voip the sync button should synchronize all accounts, here is the example below:VOIP TELINTA

account 3 account 3

account 5 account 5OR
VOIP TELINTA
account 1 account 1
account 2 account 2
account 3 account 3
account 4 ———
account 5 account 5As you can see on example above Voip showing user/vendor account 4 which does not exist on Telinta – so the sync button should fix it. When site admin clicks on SYNC button it should sync both Voip – Telinta vendor/user accounts as below:

account 2 account 2
account 3 account 3
——— ——–
account 5 account 5When voip users purchase numbers on VOIP the system should create a user on Telinta and this users/ voip DB should be equal on both VOIP – TELINTA, if we remove user on telinta it should be also removed on Voip (there should be a sync cron job once per 24 hours for example or once per a month) but if admin wants manually sync members this is how your SYNC button should be acting like – but currently it does not work unfortunately.
The other way you can check it – is to create account on voip (by purchasing a number and then see that user must be generated on both VOIP & Telinta and then you can delete this user on Telinta and then test your SYNC button which should sync both users DB and remove Telinta deleted user/vendor from Voip too. Same thing should happened if you delete user on VOip then press SYNC button and this should delete Voip removed user on Telinta as well – then we can say that your SYNC button works great!
I can see i have already advised you how to check it in here (https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/forum-post.jpg) but you did not checked and this is how we loosing time unfortunately:( How we know you did not tested as i was trying to login Telinta and the pass has expired but you did not reported to us so we could respond to outdated pass. The new passes will be updated on your office page access sections.
Please Nishit test / check your RAF tasks so they work and if any issues we are here to help.
for 9961 notification – thanks Nishit i hope you find the problem that causing this issue and fix it soon.
for #9959 – we are missing your respond for it, what are your plans here – are you going to combine these tasks or not and what is the EST for both of your replies?

for #9943 initially mentioned in the task Vendors Optimization – i understand your confusion here, Telinta interface calls vendors all the users associated with with the account.On voip project we call the users but they come from the Telinta vendors – (our users) DB as a result yes this is about synchronizing users VP-Telinta.
Thank you for checking notification issue, could you please also update when you are going to finish this Job (all tasks in it)?

thank you for updating your availability i will send it to HR for scheduling support stuff for these days.Here are some comments about above mentioned:
For #9943 : 3) you can create an account with purchasing a number on Voip and then delete this account to test sync functionality.For Notification Settings – we have not been receiving any bulk notifications about area codes rules could you please advice if this is still under process?
And other comment come about notification settings – site admins report that when they change scan durations intervals for the number scan and script scans it does not work correctly. Could you please check that the settings work exactly to the same way as it has been set and changed from the site admin. So if admin changed the setting times for crons it works 100% accordingly. Please let us know if any issues on this.

It has been a few weeks left before end of this calendar year and we coming close to a holiday season, please let us know if you have got any plans for your holidays or any days off around dec 25 up to jan 5th as we have got plenty work to do so you can earn some funds during this time.
We are very much delay with this job but thank you for your #9940 update.
We would need to finish with:4)
5)and it looks that we can put it all on test, then Pay and jump to EN:)

Once site admin set the numbers searching rule on https://portal.voip.us/admin/settings for example here is the process:
New Raw
1) vendor all – number ends with 4444 then after 2 hours if any number with such rule come up on any vendor – site admin used to receive notification email about every single number that’s been released on any of the vendor PeerLess or Inteligent2) and then after 6 hours all these numbers that are accumulated for 6 hours come in a second summary email which looked like this https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Nots.jpg
These above should be working but we stopped receiving 1) notification process point.
Could you please advice why it has happened?

for your #9926 it is all clear but there is only one problem mate, for some reason Voip site admin stopped receiving life notifications from the vendors.It used to work every 2 hours and were sending life updates notifications before this script email (6 hours ) sent.
Could you please advice the reason why site admin stopped receiving life updates?We are here if you want us to get on chat or phone call.
Cheersin reply to: Voip Optimisation #9925Hi Nishit we have been testing life notification system which was working before and now broken, we have set new search for 3333 and no notification emails coming from the site. We used to receive life notifications about all such numbers as 7777, 8888, 3333 but not any more please fix it asap.
Just to let you know we have been receiving such life notifications every 2 hours and could see when each numbers and then every 6 hours we used to receive a summary email about all such notifications.
Please note there must be life notifications coming to site admin email (every 2 hours) and one summary email about all numbers.
Now we have received this email after 6 hours since we set 3333 rule https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Nots.jpg can you please advice what it is is it a life update email or summary email.
People can not work and keep complaining, tonight im going to stay behind company paying me overtime to support you if you have any questions.
