1) Will functionality purchase all Numbers match with the admin choice? – Yes only site admin will regulate and set up all rules which numbers to purchase and those to reserve.
Currently Intelligent allow numbers reservation for the limited time that is set at Intelligent interface.
2) Please use current admin emails that associated with Voip users for purchasing numbers. Admin emails are mentioned in notification settings (where you put developer5…email)

As example lets say that there is already a record 212 area code 123 and last 4567 site admin wants to track same area code and same start with 123 but only change 7890 then it is possible to duplicate previous record and then change last 4 digit from 4567 to 7890.
Please let us know if any more questions on this. We are very much delay with all the jobs but you are going well now ,if you do it faster and in good quality we may add a bit of more funds to this job budget to support your great work.

FYI : fifteen days means fifteen working days – thats fine we expecting it done by 14th jan 2023. You did a separate page – is it temporary and are you going to re link Notification Settings to this page once complete?

If it takes 15 days please while you working on that can you please change the Intelligent numbers scanning cron for every 30 minutes so we wont miss the numbers that we are looking for.Please confirm if you started the job and let us know when Intelligent scanning changed to 30 minutes we will notify Voip Site admins.

So we have cancelled 4 and 5 tasks due to very LOOOOOOONG development but decided to keep its budget for you despite of our loss of time and money. Plus we added some budget for this urgent task – (https://webmaklay.com/voip-upgrades/) which comes to overall good budget for you.

For your #9987,
1) Yes, this is why you may need to create a few cron groups so site admin will be able to set up different times for different rules, times mentioned on the image job (https://webmaklay.com/voip-upgrades/)
2)The Inteligent portal should recognize “X” as it can be any number from 0 to 9 so you may do not need to write any codding for it, but please kindly check API while working on VOIP jobs https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/IMG-068d0f875058c8c3d04e3932db36abdd-V.jpg please note that this function can be used if area code specified.

4) Please at the meantime focus on auto reserve Intelligent allows reserving number for some time i think it is 1 hour. The out reservation can be only done for the period of time that Intelligent allows.
