Number Starts is – NXX
Number Ends is – LINESo the number 305-900-0000 = NPA-NXX-LINE
305 = NPA
900 = NXX

When we create new rule we can see you have already added new chron times in the drop down 1,2,3 hours and etc but when we EDIT old rules we can not see new Chron times can you please add new chron times to EDIT dropdowns as well

just letting you know that we still getting plenty messages (notifications) from Voip.
We are looking forward when you complete this job and remove all unwanted scripts and old notification settings from the Voip portal.Please let us know if any difficulties with your development.

then they set up a rule # 20 that suppose to capture the number from Inteligent but for some reason it did not find it please see this screen shot https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/Screenshot-2023-01-12-201312.jpg so this is why site admin reported in #10051 as the system not finding numbers properly.
So now when we checking your rule # 25 with you added 5225 you indicated only ending digest where as Voip admin rule shows the number starts X85 and ends 8585 and why this rule #20 is not working?
We assume the starting filed not woring properly or “X” character not capturing numbers from API can you please fix moderate so it works as planned:
a) Please ensure that Voip Upgrade table 100% works.
b) Implement #10032
c) Please add your email to Notifications when testing (for 1-2 hours email and test that it all works correctly) then remove email to not junk mail box.
d) Please insure that all notification messages look clear; For example currently we can only see message >> NUMBER BEGINS WITH 417<< but it is not clear is it just notification, auto reserved, or auto purchase please make the notification messages looking clear please read here #10042. We need the table works 100$ then it will be searching only requested numbers and not sending bulk numbers and notifications as it is junking their mail box. for #10061 - FYI : number purchase functionality is under development. one more example :IF WE ADD 417 area code but number ends with 444,555 script shoudl get ONLY those that Voip site admin mentioned in the rules NOT ALL 417 🙂

for #10044 – good question i think it would be great to have a weekly email saying that there were no matching numbers criteria detected for the last week so site admin will be aware that the system works and checking all rules but last week could not find. However it is very crucial to ensure that system wont miss any of the numbers rules set by the VOip admin so they can get their very important numbers immediately as they released on the vendors side.This is the main key of this Voip Upgrade project job so please ensure it works 110%
for #10046 we can see some notifications started coming to the site admin email but it is very messy and has to be all sorted. Probably due to multiple scripts being worked on the Voip API scanning.
Could you please ensure that all the other notification noise has deemed and we can receive clear notifications about the numbers set on the Voip Upgrade table.
As mentioned in #10046 you can disable all other OLD searching rules scripts on the Voip ONLY if Voip Upgrade table is complete and 100% working. Please read #10046 for more details.

At this stage we facing following issues and observing very messy notifications report being delivered to the Voip admin email box and overloading it with wrong notifications please fix it asap:
1) We have been receiving notification about 612 area code but we did not set any rule for this area code.

It should work as this – IF WE ADD Code 417 and first three digits 417 then script should search ONLY 417-417 or 417 -999 but your script searching ALL numbers that ends with 417 and bulking our mail box.3) Also it does not search NPA-NXX
4) Also we checked auto reservation on Intelligent – it does not work
5) We checked auto purchase – It does not workit is very messy and we simply being overloaded our emails with different unwanted notifications as it is working incorrectly.
TO FIX IT
a) Please ensure that Voip Upgrade table 100% works.

Please kindly double check.
To remind you- that there suppose to be three different notifications coming trough regarding following statuses:
1) Notify – notification about when matching rule numbers released at the vendors side.
2) Auto Reserve – Numbers combination matching rule have been auto reserved.
3) Auto Purchase – Numbers combination matching rule have been auto purchased to the site admin account.Question about auto purchase.
Please let us also know how the system is going to be working when numbers matching rule will find 10 or 100 similar numbers combinations that matching site admin rule will all of these 100 numbers going to be auto purchased? Please advice. If so, we may need to create an update task for this function where we can specify / moderate this function in the future to add some limitations or exceptions for auto purchase scenario.Cheers

1) Once done please let us know we can test your work.
2) When the job tested and confirmed please remove all previous numbers tracking codes from the Voip site so we could only use the table that you are currently working on and mentioned on https://webmaklay.com/voip-upgrades/ job.
3) Please ensure the https://webmaklay.com/voip-upgrades/ page replaces the old page which is on https://portal.voip.us/admin/settings Notification settings.Currently we can see that there are multiple numbers code searches on the Voip and this overloading our server resources. This is why the https://webmaklay.com/voip-upgrades/ table should be the only table running on the Voip portal.
However please make sure our both client site numbers search and purchasing function https://portal.voip.us/home and admin side https://portal.voip.us/admin/dashboard1 are not broken and working as it was before.
Looking forward for your completion to send this job to finance.
Cheersin reply to: Voip Optimisation #10030Hello Nishit thanks for your message, for your #10029 it is a qood question we did not received any details for notifications emails structure which means this task maybe build up in the further jobs. Meanwhile please use the current notification template juts separating them by title Purchased, Reserved or notifying.
Also please put a simple notification text (that i believe currently exist) while notifying about released numbers.
As per purchasing numbers please set up a text that notifies site admin about those numbers that are purchased or reserved.The priority for now is to complete this job as soon as possible and later on we will let you know about some adjustments or addons that we would like you to develop with an other job and separate budget.
