in #10112 1) very sorry to hear that you facing api blank reply issues, is that something that happened in that particular time or is it a code that always respond with the blank api reply. If it is something permanent we would need to address this issue to the inteliqent senior developer for investigation.
If this is the case (permanent issue) please kindly send us your codding piece commands that not being responded back properly we will work on possible resolution. We must make the auto purchase notifications 100% functioning.
2) we have activated developer5 admin permissions on EN site the tested password can be found on your office page. Same for the FTP access we have re activated FTP access path that is available on your office page as well.
Please check if that both ADMIN and FTP are working will come back to the office after working hours (your time and will assist you with the rest of credentials) to make sure that you can access EN and start repairs.

#101081) we believe there is something incomplete here, my understanding if the script found the number and purchased your script working well and why it does not notify that the number found and purchased. We just need to maintain auto purchase numbers very reliable notification scenario so site admin 100% sure when and how many numbers auto purchased.
There could be hundreds and thousands of numbers purchased and site admins may miss this important information which will affect them financially.Please advice how we can fix it and make it 100% reliable.

For #10106 i think we already illuminated the problem with the numbers being stored in Voip DB and when users submit they number purchase from voip portal you said that the request goes directly from API? Is there anything we missing here?
Same for notifications as you said the notifications messages being flushed after day or two so why these DB tables are full of GB?
Could you please explain?Cheers?

2) same for notification table as you have said that you complete the work regarding new numbers notifications so they being removed after sometime so why this table showing so much data still storing in our DB which slows down our Voip project functionality and recourse ability?
Could you please also check on above before we closed this job and sent to finance.

We have set a rule to auto purchase the number combination as such; 562-562-хх00
We have received notification that some 562-562 come up which is great thanks Nishit it works good
Also we have noted that auto purchase function works too as we found that the number with this combination 562-562 has been successfully purchased BUT we did not receive notification about auto purchase can you please fix it as it is very important.Could you please ensure that all notification come trough including auto purchase notifications.We must know what numbers auto purchased as well.

3) the customer detail will be Voip admin email as you did with auto purchase.
For #10083 : this path /storage/cronlogs looks from the file manager architecture but my question was if there is any page where we can see error logs from Admin Side on VOIP portal? Can site admin print it from the Voip Admin interface without going to cPannel? IF so could you please send us a URL link!
As per OLD scripts removal would you please advice why this page is still on the portal https://portal.voip.us/admin/numbersrules# ?
are you aslo removed all the temp files from cPannel area.
We just need to tidy up everything as we are going to be moving to EN hopefully tomorrow (once all from #10094 done and sent to finance).

when you will be checking on clause 1) please check why sometime notifications does not have a numbers in email, i think that when multiple numbers purchased not of them displayed in notification, do you think we will need a “download file” function or is it kind of error that needs to be fixed.Please see this screen for your reference:

Credit to you Nishit as well to keep maintaining all our points regularly this had affected our finance team to not dropping the budget for you as it takes longer as expected.Anyway almost done here but some points we would like you to fix before this Job goes to finance and we start working on different project.

Notifications
1) thank you we can see it is started working, although could you please check sometime rules we set not finding numbers in time, for example:when we add NXX the system not catching last 4 digits numbers on Peerless
we added 365-4444 without area code and system did not find it but this number exist on PeerlEss
then we added 6xx-4444 also system did not find.After sometime more that mentioned in the Chron Duration 365-4444 number notification found with a huge delay what can be the problem with this delays?
2) We can also see notifications changed thank you for this, but we noted the emails looking a bit ugly and numbers sitting not good see yourself here https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/Wrong.jpg it is looking wors as it was before. Notifications –
a) Some notifications from Inteligent provider but titled PeerLess please ensure that Title’s are correct Peerless from Peerless and Inteligent from Inteligent. Number purchased number from Inteligent but notification come with Peerless in title.
b) Please make sure that notification text is aligned, framed and looking professional on all devises as it is not so now.
c) When numbers purchased from Voip it used to be creating a purchase order https://portal.voip.us/admin/vieworders and Order # used to be sent with notification email we can not see it now. Could you please checkPeerLess –
We created rules but it is not working for Peerless please check this as we need to track important numbers and we missing them now. Peerless not searching

0000 = LINEPlease make NPA-NXX-LINE as placeholders and indicate it under each filed something like: – “Area Code NPA, Number Start NXX, Number Ends LINE”

You added Voip Us but we do not need Directory Listing Record it is not a compulsory in API and if we put this record in Directory Listing it is a paid option we do no need it please leave it empty.
However for trunk group please use this below:
