there is an other problem we found:

Voip upgrade job has a search numbers and we have added rule to find 9999 numbers and it found 1 number but when we manually logged in to Peerless we found 5 numbers with same 9999 results but notification come only for one can you please check this issue as well?

Hi Nishit i have got a message from one of the voip personale and as they say that API should work by the vaucher number so it is not suppose to be affected if account name changed or pass. Can you please check if it has got such a parameter in the code.

Hi Nishit format in numbers search is one number in a raw as below:

xxxxxxxxxx

and etc
we can see as site admin input bunch of copied numbers in the search field and click search and page goes loading and frezzes

That would be great if you can fix it today.

we have tried to upload some numbers from file and it worked good however we tested only some numbers 3-4 and will try to upload more 5000, 15000 numbers later to see if it works for large amount and let you know how later on. So we still keep testing it from our end.

When you back would you please check the next priority error we are also need which is on the job page “Back End Errors” clause n).
