Hello Nishit thank you for your, very good progress Nishit i have already sent your tasks for testing and awaiting for responds or comments on them, usually we allow some time to the EN site admins to respond and they do if they find some big mistakes but they may get back to us later on with some adjustments or comments and we will get back to you.

However after some time we still send your complete tasks to finance for payment procedure.
For #10690 yes please if you could send us a MockUp that will speed up our understanding as well as task cost estimate and approval.

For Product Page Search :
– as i have explained before can i just give you a short answer this time – so te site admin wants this product search to be able to search ANYTHING on this page Numbers, Orders and etc no mater how the search parameter input and all the searching info pops up immediately.

Currently site admin try to find something and if it is input not really accurate it does not find but it is hard for them to remember everting in orders this is why we need this improvement:
As an example if we have Nishit in our orders, when we input “Ni” – it should already auto suggest as Nicaragua , Nill, Nimea, Nishit and etc.. so site admin will find what they need.

for Overrule Reservation –
yes you are on the right direction, some customers keep some numbers under their control but submitting reservation for multiple times but however not buying the number. For example i found number 5555555 and reserved it and assuming to buy it but could not and then i wait or cancel reservation and re reserve it again. By doing so im not allowing any other customers to buy this number and in the same time not able to purchase it myself.

So when site admin sees such situation on that page site admin can untick this reservation which should equal stops customer’s reservation and when site admin ticks on this tick box again this number become reserved by site admin for unlimited period of time. This operation should be implemented from that backend area as per task description.

for your #10691 – hard to say as per task description i read: “Please ensure the mobile site looks professional and easy to navigate” we can ask site admins to clarify but it may take time for them to respond. I would suggest make a screen shot and where do you think to put this options we will advice to site admin to review and confirm or probably come up with an alternative decision.

Hello Nishit just an update that we haven’t received any complains regarding your #10667 so looking forward for your drag&drop completion and othre tasks and will continue checking.

As per Advanced Search we will prepare some errors for you to fix later on and add them to this job but please let us know if you have any ideas about the advanced search upgrades. My idea was to create a US map with its states so customers could click on their state and expand area codes and continue searching their numbers, please let us know what do you think?

for #10660
1) as long as it is not junking our HD if data still needs to be generated please implement auto flush procedure.
2) please make it autosave once raw has been repositioned = autosaved.

For advanced search we have got some more details from the site admin and as they say on deck top when customers click on quick search it brings them to advanced search and when they continue their search process takes time and not display “please wait” globe but showing old gif image that we already suppose to get rid of.

After each search page jumps up and reloads but customer wants searched numbers results appeared without reloading the page in the numbers block only.(probably additional task) Also when searching area code there is an extra dropdown comes up with additional input box which looks ugly.

There are some other little issues mentioned we would need to check them too and let you know later.

On mobile the search and quick search sit on one page and it confuses ppl where to input their query, when they input number to search in quick search it goes to to the advanced search but not updates state, if customer requested particular state on the state field shows all states instead of the one requested.

The area codes dropdown list is not full and shows “load more” link, we did load more task before but that was related area codes in the menu not for the search so we would need on search drop down to see all area codes to scroll.

There are some other little issues mentioned we would need to check them too and let you know later.
Probably we would need to modernize advanced search so it looks more fresh and modern.
Please let us know if you have any ideas – probably extra task for this.

we overlooking at your drag & drop development, we understand that it is still in process but just letting you know about new comment come trough. When the column grabbed by mouse it jumps down the screen a way far from the cursor position i though we better send you a screen shot now rather while development is still under process:

Telinta developers are looking at your #10652 comment i hope will get back to you on that soon.
If there is anything we can check on this week let us know we will inspcet.

There is an other comment coming tough regarding advanced search, some ppl complain that it does search incorrectly, it gives wrong area codes upon searching, not finding numbers , mixing area codes with states and ect, would you please keep it in mind too as we would like you to fix it too.

Not sure if i able to request some funds for advanced search repair as we have already done it sometime and paid for development and fixes but we will check what we can do.

Hello Nishit, thank you for your updates, we still waiting for some updates from Telinta, however as we can see reports while you were doing something on Numbers Activations there was sometime when customers could activate their numbers but site admins not, hoping we will get a reply today so we can send it over to you.

for your #10654 –
1) Not really – the answer is in 2)
2) Once the mouse over a column and all the column highlighted or shadowed so it brings an effect of a column being stuck to a mouse cursor . This will already give an indication to the site admin that this highlighted column is now stuck to a mouse hovered and ready to be moved to a different location just by holding a left click of the mouse. So there is no need targeting an icon since entire column has been already got highlighted and indicating ready to be moved.

However i got your point here – by putting an icon to these columns we allowing site admins to see (without even mouse hovering or tapping on mobile) that these columns with an icons – are draggable and relocatable) this will help them to be navigated by the icon so on this page columns are draggable.

For example there are other pages similar on the EN admin side that are still remain static and there wont be any icons which means no drag and drop functions implemented there. Please make it nice so we will see how good and effective it is and we may do the same on other EN admin pages.

Hello Nishit thank you for your updates and changes on drag and drop page

it looks very raw but you are on the right path. It would be great to have an icon next to each column so it will be visible which column is actually draggable, also would you please make a mouse over effect when cursor hovers each column the column sticks to the cursor and when site admin holds the mouse key over selected column it can be dragged and moved to desired location.

For now as i have mentioned you got the task right and going on the right direction.

for number’s activation – as we expected will be some questions from you while working on this, we have forwarded your message to our Telinta developer to review your snippet and provide appropriate respond to your query so you will be able to rectify this issue.

I guess once we will get adviced parameters from Telinta Devs some of us will transfer them to you immediately.
