Hello Nishit we have still been receiving messages from NanoTel administration so i have added some notes to Inteliquent support. Also Inteliquent support requesting you to provide them some information as below:
“Can you please submit a disconnect order for the numbers that are not needed?
Keep in mind that portal support is not authorized to cancel or close any orders in production, and orders that are already closed cannot be canceled. Can you also share the sequence of API calls you’ve made?
If no TNs were returned in the reserved list, what prompted your code to order random numbers?”Can you please provide them the above.
regarding your message #12988 – will check back with the customer so they are happy with your work as they have been going trough a lot of stress with this multiple issues with notifications and now these unwanted numbers. We may need to give them couple days or so so they will see that your code works stable with ordering numbers and accurate notification emails.IMPORTANT –
1) Please check that all the notification rules has got maximum purchase quantity but some of them do not have could you please advice make sure that maximum purchase quantity function 100% works and those rules that do not have maximum purchase quantity do have it.(see my screen shot link in red square box) https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/qty.jpg

A. You – please provide Inteliquent support what they have asked you so they can respond back to us about what had has happened and why.
B. Myself – will communicate with site admin regarding your code functionality if it works well as they want it and they happy with it.
Then will catch up with you on next week and report to each other about our A and B plan results.

I am trying to understand what exactly they want from me , i will send after getting what they exactly want .
We have seen you asked them a question regarding unwanted numbers purchase and you said that you checked reserved numbers and there were no reserved numbers but still unwanted numbers have purchased. So they want to help you with investigation about your query. Customers also want to know why this junk numbers purchase happened.
If you have any questions to them you can ask as per now they are waiting for a code samples from you.
Will try to find if any numbers released for the last day and a half and see if your code is working as there should be some numbers released today but we not getting them
Hello Nishit, we have noted code has started buying numbers which is good. Not sure if you changed something since my #12993 but so far it has been going good. Please note we have also purchased manually some other numbers – this time do not worry we have purchased all the numbers that we want no unwanted purchases has been detected.

Believe me i have not made any changes since last Friday. I think now it is working and purchasing maximum released number.
that’s good then it looks i is working well, today have spoken to site admins they are happy with current situation. I think we can close this job soon.
Next we need to think is it possible to make reservation option in some kind if we can not then it is fine will keep it as it is.
Do you think we need to look at Voip notification system so it works same way as on NanoTel so both sites pulling all the numbers from telecom provider?
Please let me know your thoughts about Voip notifications if we need to tune up the script there too and reservation options if possible. The reason why we may need reservation as some clients asking us to reserve some numbers for them but after they may not pay for reservation this is why it is good to have some numbers reserved but not purchased.
Again if reservation not possible then purchasing is more prioritized

Reservation functionality should not be implemented using current company detail, because it will reduce our number purchasing count. I have to make dynamic functionality and that dynamic functionality will take time in execution and that execution will cause your number loss.

=> I was working on port-out page for webhook integration changes according to webhook .I have informed mark that the webhook integration will take time and extra budget then he said me to go with notification task first then after will work on webhook integration for portout data.

So is there anything we still owe you or there is something not finished on the job?

If i correctly remember then there was task like to make interface like inteliquent on port out page where there was import and export functionality on admin port out page, order export functionality and some text changes. And letter i got complain that page loading is taking too much time then i responded that it is because of API taking time to fetch the record. There after mark come with webhook and they were saying why we did not used webhook before and about that we have some chat exchange on that. In this process i also responded that for complete integration of webhook your admin will have to make different budget. Then there after we again exchanged some text message and i integrated webook on admin port-out page on the previous budget and informed mark that now for the user portal my finance team is not allowing me to work .
There is task like reduce loading speed of port out page on user portal and back to portal button. For this i will have to make different functionality which will behave differently and can reduce loading seed.
Concluding remark:
Admin side port out page all functionality done and webhook functionality integrated and loading speed is also as it should , On user portal loading speed is still high.i see so admin side done and user portal loading to be finished, have you finished port port out approved and rejected, and notification so customers can add more emails, can you please check what is complete and if it is working and i will check with the site team if they can fund any more for this work.
