if you got the email from then can you please reply back to it with your details, you can also send them email from voip support that we granted access to you.

I got Telinta support team message they have no solution to downloading that much number at a single time.I also tried to fetch all number’s internally and then generate excel file but it is not being possible because of request time out.I am trying my best to find the way to complete this task .

Below is the message of support team.

It is not feasible to retrieve such information using a single API method.

You can download the list of DIDs using the web interface or request the custom report with the needed values.

Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, we just need to allow customers to download their numbers not all Telinta numbers DiDs so we need that customers could download their numbers. If the file is bit the download should be executed on background and once the file ready the customer gets email for the prepared file.
This functionality works on Telinta web same way so we just need to make that function set on Voip and customer’s can use it from Voip Interface.

Sure please check it out whether we should use API or WebHook. If numbers request not too big then customer can download the file straight away and it customer has got huge amount of numbers then we can display a message saying that your file download is being prepared on the background and you will be notified by email once it has complete.

If in doubt you can ask Telinta and clarify with them how to make customers’ numbers exlel file being generated on the background and then once the file ready notify the client that file is ready for download.

Hello Andrey,

May you please ask site admin to provide me voip cpanel terminal access.

The proposed solution involves the following steps:
When the user clicks the download button, a notification message will inform them that they will receive an email once the Excel file is generated.
In side the background
A database entry will be created with the user ID and the selected detail options.
To handle this process, I will set up a cron job to execute in the background, iterating over the necessary queries to save data and generate the Excel file.
The user will then be able to download the file via a document link provided in the system.

This solution is a time taking process but i think it is the only solution and also i am hoping that, it will meet our requirements effectively.

Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, i can see some emails coming trough from Telinta and yourself, we have now enabled Terminal on cPanel voip please check and confirm. Please let us know when you done we will disable this option from cPanel after you finished.
