Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, sorry my doubled screen shot for 2 ) issue this is the right screen shot https://webmaklay.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/IMG-6b9ffec270586b8b30275f2731d39f92-V.jpg it shows old template i wonder if we can remove or disable old templates?

for #9524 i have contacted server team here is what they say:
it is highly unlikely that this issue related to the PHP version but rather missing syntax aslo to double check please try changing PHO version back to the previous V to investigate.
