for your #11438 and #11443 please use parameters from Telinta:

Rate Centre – please let us know if you find it and if not will contact site admins for more details.

Status Filed Can be: – (In service, Inventory Numbers, Active Numbers, Pending Port Out, Ported Out) and this filed can not be edited by the customer as it just display customer number status.

Note; Also Can not be edited by the customer this info also comes from the the Telinta customer note.

Pin Number field can be changed by the customer as and the pin method changed explained in the task description. I think you were already tested this option but plese let us know if you still not sure about this.
