Hello Nishit thank you for your updates we have checked Inventory numbers it is loading but found following issues:
1) when we input pin number the pin not being recorded at the vendor’s side (inventory Numbers).

3) By default please let it be first phone number, then Status and PIN code

For your #11438 please check Vendors API documentations and API guides , we can ask their support if there will be an issue for example it is in API guide but it does not work then we can request support ticket from them.
