Hi Nishit it is late here we are going to close , i still did not get what is the progress on:
webhook- have you tried webhook, did you get it sorteded or not. Are you going to finish the PortOut upgrade task as customer wants, currently we can not use it as the loading time is just ridiculous. We understand that ortout some loading time be there but as mentioned before page should instantly loaded and content loading later.We have seen multiple web pages from other developers and they all say that all the websites use this tehcnic and no one waiting for sllooooow time loading page. We could see when ppl click on the page even most busiest pages opening in just second and we can see a frame work with other content being loaded afterwards you can not do it we just can not understand.
Please let us know as we need to inform finance.
Cheersin reply to: Voip Repair 24 #12742All good Nishit accepted that, so now when we mentioned to you that customer losing numbers and can not use Portout page and we keep saying to you find a rapid resolution for that. Why it is not done yet?
If we haven’t mentioned to you about Webhook before and did not asked you tos store data in our data base you still have access to all documentations available and as a developer you could advice us that if we use webhook we could obtain external data more faster and we also could flush our Voip datable time after time but we could use proper and fast loading infrastructure.
In addition i would say if you see the ways better/ faster more efficent to achieve the goal please have you say this is why we rely on your experience and skills. We do not want you to be a robot doing a work from the list but we want you to be a inteligent human specilaist who can read the task and grasp the idea and goal which is behind that task and provide your profectional knowlage on how to get this work done better.
In other way we think that you knew the the better wasy how to do the job but not sharing with us and our customers just paying money but not getting what they want to have.
So now you know a lot of information from us from inteliquent, our team come up on the forum so you should be aware whats going on and what their need – now what are you going to do?

in reply to: Voip Repair 24 #12732Hi Nishit as we have already mentioned to you when site admin opens your upgraded Portout task they can not use it due to looong time page load if it is not mentioned in the task description but the page still remains unusable this is why we asked you why you did not use webhook when you build it first time. So now finance requested a second budget from the customer to fix this issue and do you want them to pay for this task again without ability to use it?
You are developer and even if it is not showing speed loading it is obvious you can not report job as finished but it is not finished because site admin can not use it. This is why we suggesting to you to use other toold to make this task properly functioning like using webhook in particular.
The task description also does not say about collors on the page and styles but it is not because we do not want it but because we assume that you are developer and understand that it is all obvious. We also did not mentioned that the fold on the page should be black so we can read all the Portout content on it because we know you as developer understand this and wont make white font on white page right? – same for the page speed if you did upgarde on the page but the page not loading that means something is wrong there and it has to be resolved.
In fact you were saying that you are working on it while connecting to Inteliquent and we also suggested to you with webhook. Our other competitors they got that working and why you can not?
So what did you mean when you were saying: – ” I did completed on admin side and already reported to you but come with loading problem. That’s why we are working on different solution like web-hook. I also made some changes on user page for port-out but not yet completed”
are you still working on Webhook solution or not? We can see the Inteliqunet support also helping you with some valuble advices how to make all thinks get working properly. We also mentioned to you multiple times about why you not trying webhook which can be a speed ssolution for many tasks as port out and notificaion settings and otheres?
All othre companies and developers buying all the numbers from Inteliquent and our client loosing almost all the numbers possible but we already spend a lot of money for this task upgrading them multiple times?
Can you please advice?

What is the latest updates? I have attached the following update from you as mentioned in #12723 where it says that you still finding resolution for “loading problem” and we though you are still on “working on different solution like web-hook. I also made some changes on user page for port-out but not yet completed”
So are you going to fully complete the PortOut upgrade task?Please confirm.

Good news is that finance approved partially close this job and rest payment + new budget will be relocated for notification task on new directory where we can set up ONLY notification settings for dedicated functionalities with your wild card , webhook and your sequential execution we hope we will be taking all numbers.Cheers

in reply to: Voip Repair 24 #12724Hi Nshit thanks for confirming this #12723 will send it to finance, as per numbers purchase – it is not new it is same notification rules with wild card when site admin set up a notification rules using wild card or without and then they choose if this number for notification or auto purcase, we have done this already but it does not work properly due to speed issue or webhook thats what we are wating for resolution from you.
We are sure it is same problem that affecting all the voip areas on portout and notifications (notifications where customers missing loads of numbers) so i would not split this issue as we paid for most of this work but it is still not functioning as we want it. So we can not forget it and flip the page over to a new chapter.
Loading problem we hope webhook will resolve this we just can not understand why we did not do it before?
When planning seting up a task for you we rely on your skills and experience if it reqires to use API for poryt out or numbers purchasing then we should use that method and if it is reqire webhook then it should be done that way so we could also benifit from your input.So now we spend months on this and as a result customers missing all the numbers from the portal and this impacting their entire business and no we hear from an other developers regarding webhook but i think we should hear it from you as a better option to achieve best goals.
It is ok now we hope you can fix this situation asap and find the right way so our portout and notifications work great what ever it require webhook (that we haven’t use for some reason)
Please let us know if there is somthing not clear to you and you need more clarifications.
When new instance had set up we will use new instance to take (already build notification functionally – which is numbers chron purchasing) and move this functionality to a faster instance.By then we should already have to get all the webhook and and wildcard functionality up and running properly.

for #12699 clause A. – can you please confirm once tried Inteliquent solution for webhook, it seems that Inteliquent support guide will change all the story and we can grab numbers properly.
for wild card – please see the task mentioned in here https://webmaklay.com/voip-notification-repair/ which is paid and we are now https://webmaklay.com/port-out-upgrade/ so paid works should work.
If your concern regarding new instance that Jeff and tean have been working on – that will be an other job so do not worry about it.
For your: “NOTE:I will integrate support team solution if the solution work then i don’t think we will lose any number” – we can not hold to Inteliquent support these guys trying their best to help you out to resolve the issue and they are not developers but they provide valuble information to you as well as othre team members.
We’ve been trying to give you all the tools, infomarion and resources so you can beat other developers and we can provide Voip team to capture their numebrs that they used to capture but now stopped and loosing them because other developers use same information and resources maybe less but currently taking all the numbers from our customer.
So if you change this situation we will see it and that will give you more jobs.

We understand your frustration will check with finance if we can release some funds for you.
Here is what’s going on there are few companies using same Inteliquent numbers archive and some of them we now. All these companies have their own developers and their developers do the coding that way so they purchase all the valuable numbers from inteliquent and us Voip no longer catching any numbers AT ALL.This is a challenge for you and the team is looking at you if you can change this situation and we start purchasing numbers that we use to do. This is a developers skills battle if you want and many ppl rely on your skills and experiance so we can start capturing more numbers from Inteliquent.

for #12712 well done Nishit your message is great we have got already some comments from the team that you becoming independent and communicating directly to Ineloquent support.We have checked and haven’t seen any replies from them yet but they will get back to you soon. While waiting Jeff is preparing an access for you to an other server where we are going to copy and add a notification settings functionality to, but this is going to be an other job for you. I hope by then you will get more info about webhook and other answers for your questions so we can get all API’s data being flowed faster.
How are we going with port out upgrade job? Would you please let us know when we can test it and close.

We have got approval from Voip site admin so you can communicate with Inteliquent support. Just use Andrey’s account to find out answers for your questions.
Please ask them about webhook and your other questions mentioned in #12709. We need to resolve that as soon as possible you do not need to wait us which is 24 hours after your time and then an other 24 hours for me transferring questions back and forth.
Please find what is necessary so we can resolve this issue.
As per server speed do not worry Jef is working on other instance for you so we will move purchasing to an other fasters server soon.Cheers

The team still believe you are good professional and can find ways around this problem. Team thinks about creating alternative instance where we what you to create ONLY auto purchase, notification system but yes before we go any further we would like to hearing from you.
So please le us know you professional analyze about what we need to make notifications system working perfectly so we stop losing numbers and our client is happy this will be a good recipe for your further work and client expectations.
Please also reply to us regarding webhook why we not using this and if we use it will that be a game changer?
