    Hello NIshit, yes you are right let me ask voip team to help us with this.
    I think Telinta Sand Box we need for the file downlad job rihgt? can we use File Download forum instead so we wont confuse and mix up jobs and topics https://webmaklay.com/forums/topic/voip-repair/

    Hello Nishit please let us talk here https://webmaklay.com/forums/topic/download-file/, while we wating for ths administration team sand box creation please check if you can start some work on that is it may take some time with sand box. Voip team are bussy with some othre staff but they said they will help us soon.

    I will check the documentation again to find the solution.

    Just for your knowledge:
    There is some info like pincode i am having to call the API one by one for each entry . Now you think , because i know you also have technical knowledge so you can think . How time taking process to calling an api 100k time for the 100k entry and how the server will react you can think about it.
    I have suggested mark when i was in talk with him that instead of fetching the data from the API we should store it inside our own database, so whenever we need to fetch it we can fetch without long time waiting.May be they do have some genuine reason to denied this suggestion and we haven’t did it.

    Hello Nishit i think if we keep all data in our DB then it may overload our db resources and need to keep data bace flush scenario so it wont slow down all the instance, what do you think?

    Hello Nishit there is no 13235 found in the junk file only posts 13236 and 13234 and no 13235 could you please resend?
    Yes Telinta provide support but i think we need to ask for permission for the direct support for you so you can contact them anytime you need.

    I will ask voip administration to maintain a support stream channel for us.

    Hello Nishit we have received an approval for you to contact telinta support but you will be needing to email them from voip email address (voip developer) email address which is added to your office page.
