how is CLEC inventory task process?

We have got a comment regrading this task, site admin switched the search to Inteliquent and in most cases of our search the respond was error, there is no error details in the message which is very bad as we need to see all errors details.

We searched x888 state California and others

Thank you for update.

I added the vendor selection in CLEC page.

The search functionality will search for numbers based on selected vendors. If the user doesn’t select a vendor, it will search numbers from the vendor(s) defined by the admin.

Currently working on bulk removed from reservation numbers.

Hello Nishit, thank you for your updates, please let us know if any difficulties.

For some reason when we attempt searching on Intelliquent with first three numbers request it has been a error display “There is no Number found” could you please double check it it is working?

Hello Mark,

There is no issues/query for order generation.

For First Three Digits search issue :

I checked the search using three numbers, and I did not encounter any errors.

Here’s how I conducted the search on the CLEC page:
I selected the State as “Alabama,” the Vendor as “Intelligent,” and I added the First Three Digits as “551, 489, 781, 658” (I searched these numbers individually). The search function worked perfectly without any issues. Is there anything specific that I might have overlooked?

Hello mark,

Have a one question regarding the order generation,

Currently, the order generation process is determined by the selection of either Intelligent or Peerless API in the admin panel. I am currently working on implementing changes that will allow users to select and order numbers from both APIs within a single order.

My question is: What steps will be taken if we order a combination of numbers from both APIs, and one of the APIs fails to generate the order for its respective numbers?

Hello Nishit thank you for your #10865 will check again and get back to you.
For #10866 i guess if the client can run one provider search in a time and if the numbers could be selected and added to cart so both Inteliquent and PeerLess numbers could be under one order would be very great.

Alternatively if it is hard to implement both under one order# it is ok having two separate searches and two different orders generated. In that case i would put a message so client knows that order generated for one provider only and if they want to search other provider.

Please let us know if that make sense.

Hello Mark,

It is possible to generate the combined order for both provider’s Numbers in on EN Order.

Currently the issue is after generating the orders on Api the script is finalize the order on EN script. And if one order of API is failed then we have to rollback the entire order lot of numbers.

And for separate order process it is good but as i explained above we have to put a limitation of vendor selection on reservation. If user already selected a number from a one api then it can Not search/reserve numbers from another API. If it makes sense then let me know.

Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, from your #10868 we understood that it is not sequred to make a combine order from both APIs as there can be a filure during ordering / reservation process and that affect entire order.

If that’s the case please make a separate order from each API individually if the order made from Peerless then let it be one order and the customer create an other order from Inteliquent separately. I guess we would need to think how to make the orders generating process more secured so we can make both API searching / reservation/ Purchase under one purchase order.

Please note some additions in the CLEC Inventory task clause 3) where we would like site admin to control vendors search availability for the clients CLEC inventory search page.

Also there is a comment for this task below:
Please adjust CLEC Inventory vendors spelling so both Vendor’s titles spelled correctly as below everywhere where their mentioned on the site:

Inteliquent
Peerless Network
