Hello Nishit thank you for your reply we are here now and ready to support you,
for your #9926 it is all clear but there is only one problem mate, for some reason Voip site admin stopped receiving life notifications from the vendors.

It used to work every 2 hours and were sending life updates notifications before this script email (6 hours ) sent.
Could you please advice the reason why site admin stopped receiving life updates?
