There is no one changed anything on Iteliquent, unless some updates applied we missed and did not appply to our codes library. I have re activated your Inteliquent access please find it at your office page i have just tried to login so it works. Please login and take reqired parameters (as they might change) aand you can also see API documentations there.
If the issue is not from our end please let me know details then as will need to add some funds for your labour!
