Hi Nishit as per nanotel email we have just checked that your cPannel access remain unchanged and we could login to it and checked email server all working finr, however you still did not change recipient email which still sends notification messages to voip.us domain but as we mentioned to you earliere that voip.us domain no longe exists this is why our customer not being recieved notification emails from nanotel.in autopurcase lists.

Please kindly change this email to nanotelecominc at gmail.com as adviced in #16300

You can find nanotel.in access still the same in your office page as it was there till now 😉
