Hello Nishit, i have just got a reply from Telinta and here is what they say:

Could you please provide us with 2-3 example rows of the expected information in order to prepare the report/instructions more accurately? For instance, please clarify what data will be imported as PIN code, Rate Center, and Note (which parameters in PortaBilling correspond to it). Is it related to DID or SIM service?
