I have just checked the video for you and found that we need to display all the fields but more compact. See how other developer fit so many fileds under numbers drop donw.

IF you find problems fitting so many fileds in very compact space you can make two or three tabs where you can make one tab for user name and account and second tab for address and numbers selection
then next…
