Hi Nishit thanks for more details, i have just checked you can access this file trough cPannel, please find cPannel access credentials in your office page. The file you can not access from FTP had been modified from Cpannel and this is why you can not access it from FTP.

Please try to open it from cPannel -> File manager.
Please let me know if you could do so.
