just to add to #10049 our goal when building Voip Upgdrade table is to capture ONLY those numbers that we need;
one more example :

IF WE ADD 417 area code but number ends with 444,555 script shoudl get ONLY those that Voip site admin mentioned in the rules NOT ALL 417 🙂
